the construction but it’s understandable at the same time! the beds were a little hard, but still nice.

Property was in a good location to restaurants and the mall. the bed was very comfortable.

we felt our room was built for very short persons. the sink and mirror were very low. the bathroom was so tiny. not many choices for the breakfast.

Nothing, they were under construction, which would have been good to know before hand but nothing really special.

price is overrated especially with the construction.

The breakfast was fine. It had yogurt come out of a machine. That was weird.

I had a problem identifying the building because it was under construction. They were hammering at 7 AM in the morning. The front desk clerk was walking around and not behind the desk to check me into the building. I checked in virtually but they were not prepared for me. I was not plaeased.

The breakfast was disappointing. the biscuits were cold and the pancake machine was out of order.

front desk lady was super sweet. room cleaned well. no cigarette smell, even with the hallway smelling like smoke. 🙏🏻 streaming services available on TV. lots of room for working, eating, luggage, etc. allows delivery right to room - important to me as a solo female traveler. i felt safe and would stay here again. the price for what i got was fair

entire property is very run down. the doors to the rooms don’t shut completely, peeling paint, etc. they are currently doing construction, which meant a consistent loud thumping noise the entire time i was there, until about 10 pm. with the TV on it was better but it was very annoying and i’m not sure why they would keep the disturbing noise going so late into the evening. bathroom is very small, not a lot of room to move around, and the door opens in instead of out, making for a bit of claustrophobic experience. because it is so out of date, the shower and floor look dirty even though they are not so bad. there is only one small bottle of low quality, drying shampoo, no conditioner, and a bar of soap available, so bring your own toiletries. very bad cell reception here (verizon) if you have a 5g phone. bathroom could be cleaned better. there were hairs and crumbs all over the floor. stains on door. the trash can under the sink had not been emptied and had an alcoholic beverage can in it. there was also a beer bottle top next to my bed which i stepped on. thin walls. had to turn on music after midnight to drown out “adult” noise

The property was good. Our problem was check-in. For some reason your system wasn’t communicating with this Hotel. We tried multiple credit cars(4) to pay and it wouldn’t confirm payment or acknowledge that we even had a reservation thru you. I had my confir# and email but no go. We ended up having to cancel the reservation thru you and rebooking with Expedia thereby costing us $20 dollars more. Never had any issue before and nothing had changed on our end. Employee was very polite and tried as much as he could but to no avail……..
