Fast online check-in gave us the ease of getting in the room immediately. The facility is clean, well-equipped and exceptionally well-located.

Good location, easy to gain entry. Convenient that you can use a code so no issues with keys if me and my partner decide to do separate things. Very clean and friendly housekeeping staff. Comfy bed, good lighting and convenient plug sockets. Nice balcony, but I would have liked there to have been partitions between each room's balcony area rather than one big shared balcony.

It was a little disconcerting to realise that any other guest could just walk into my balcony area and look into the room through the balcony door. They did provide net curtains though.

Super comfortable rooms for us as a couple. Just 20 minutes walk to the big street in the city of Cagliari. Easy to check in and out.

we never met the owners so nothing to say there. The check in was great but you have to press the button more than three times and every time someone did that it was a super strong sound we heard all of it from our room. A great place but if you don’t like to walk 20 minutes to the city center you should stay at something else. The taxi was a bit overpriced.

The rooms are always spotless. The location is central. There's a park just 20 meters away from the property where you can exercise or just chill away from the busy road. Room 1 has a gorgeous window view towards the "Castello". Been at Mapi's Room twice in 2022 and already planning my next visits!

Access to the property is via the internet and while it seems good on paper, in reality it is not practical.. You need internet to access the property (which for foreign tourists can be tricky) The wifi was extremely poor - it seemed that the provider is limiting the connection speed /and or the number of devices. The noise levels are very loud, you can hear the other rooms. There were other guests arriving at 4am who were slamming doors and taking showers

Newly renovated, very clean and comfortable room. AC was working well, you can find free parking nearby. Location is OK, 15 mins walk from the center.

Wifi was really slow in room nr 5.

Free parking is somewhat of a misrepresentation in that there is parking that is free but there are no spaces available. There is no convenient place to stop while dropping off luggage on this busy street. The remote control locking system on the building, apartment, and room doors are awkward, confusing to use, and a pain to have to trigger both entering and exiting. The shower floor is slippery and an accident waiting to happen. The shower pan is very shallow making it is impossible to keep from flooding the bathroom floor even using caution not to send spray toward the doorless shower entrance.

the way to get acces to the room is the mist complicated you can image with a check in link-then an app- to get into the building and once arived inside ..the doorlocks are challenging to get open… sorry but there are way easier and faster ways…
