We stayed the last week of June. The house was very clean and spacious for our 2 families. The beach is a short walk from the house. There’s a lot to do in the area; we went hiking, played tennis and the kids played basketball. Colleen was very quick to respond to messages during our stay. We had so much fun we are already planning our next trip back.

The house was perfect. Walking distance to the beach. House was spotless. Had everything we needed.

We enjoyed the beach even though the water was frigid in April. The kids spent two hours skipping rocks! The place is very spacious yet cozy. It is close to the center of Plymouth and easy access to the highway. We hope to return!

We were here to celebrate our family Christmas. It was an ideal house for this. House is well fitted, very clean and comfortable. Great location and beautiful neighborhood. Would be a beautiful rental for the summer.

Super clean, fully stocked with all the comforts of home. A spacious home that was perfect for our family. The owner has thought of everything! There is also plenty of kitchen space for food. Short walk to the back and having beach supplies at the ready was so helpful. Colleen was so responsive with any questions and has truly set the stage for an easy vacation from start to finish! Thank you so much- cannot wait to go back next summer!

The property is very well maintained and was perfect for our family. There is plenty of space and the boys enjoyed the "hangout" room. Although the kitchen is on the small size, there is plenty of cupboard space for groceries (often not true in rentals). The backyard is very pleasant and the kids could play while Grandad was barbecuing. The walk to the beach is short but a beach wagon would be helpful. We would rent this property again.

Was a great get away with Family. So close to the beach. Weather did not cooperate but that was ok. Place was very clean. Thanks so much Colleen

This was a lovely home. The living area is spacious, and the deck was a great place to eat. Neighbors are friendly, and can't complain being walking distance from the beach. A really good value for a beach vacation.

We visited for a friend's 30th birthday party and the house was perfect! Because of COVID-19 we were reluctant to go out but we had an amazing weekend at the house! The house was huge, a lot bigger than it looks! The back sunroom and party room downstairs were awesome spaces for us to hang out. We had a wonderful time!

Wanted a clean and convenient place from which to explore the various areas both on and off the Cape. It worked for us.

We had a blast at Colleen’s place. The location was just perfect for our family or five in a beautiful part of the south shore. We’ll be back!!

Spacious house for sleeping,family dining, and children’s activities. Superbly clean, lots of cooking amenities and supplies provided. Very close to a gorgeous beach, Priscilla and other Plymouth/Cape Cod sights. Colleen the owner was very quick to answer questions, had lots of great recommendations for the area. The house is well kept and as advertised. We were excited with how serene the surroundings are yet close to area attractions. Plenty of grocery stores, shopping options and plenty to do. Colleen responds quickly.

My sister, myself, and a couple close friends stayed at the property and we could not have asked for a better place for a girls weekend. All the rooms were Beachy and perfect. I can’t wait to come back!

Ideal first trip to the Cape. Explored the sites and took many enjoyable walks on the beach with our coffee.This beach house is as described and much more spacious. Clean, organized and well appointed.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at this vacation home. The house is HUGE and very comfortable. Priscilla Beach was HUGE at low tide and great for our group to setup for the day on. Sand chairs and beach toys galore are provided. Backyard has privacy and full back fencing with grille, large table and wicker furniture chairs to relax in. Yard is large for everyone to run around in and there was very little traffic in the neighborhood so it was perfect for our young children. The house is extensively cleaned and put together for your stay. Sheets and towels are provided for your stay, seemed NEW! Comfortable, comfortable, comfortable home! Kitchen is well supplied. Couches, love seats( yes there are a few of them, 4+) and beds are very comfortable even the queen pull out. Washer and Dryer on the lower level with the outside shower accessible here too. House arrangement is perfect for large or small groups to enjoy each others company while also having privacy. Ideal for family gatherings and coworkers traveling to the area. Outside shower was something you read about Cape Cod vacations, that is a beach house MUST too! Such an experience and one I will definitely miss! Owner, Colleen, communicates really well with all technology or low tech modes, knows this home top to bottom and is sweet helpful/ accessible with all questions or needs. Wifi and cable worked seamlessly for us. We are all planning a trip here again for Summer 2020. Hope this is helpful for anyone on the fence in booking!

Spectacular Experience! Very Clean house, peak a boo Ocean views and a Sandy Beach with great price! Looking toward renting next summer. Large backyard. Large house. All clean and no detail forgotten. Plenty to do in the area. Owner has terrific recommendations in her well organized guide to the area at the house. Things to walk to from the house like Gellar's Ice Cream! Cute convenience store around the corner with candy for the kids. Tried out a Kayak rental and had the kids try sailing at Plymouth Yacht club that the owner, Colleen, had all the info for! We did not want to go home!

We enjoyed our stay at Priscilla Beach/ Plymouth! The house was PERFECT and had everything we needed. When we arrived we relaxed right away with the clean beachy atmosphere and the nice cool Ocean breezes. The beds and furnishings are comfortable and easily made kid friendly. the house is LARGE and a huge bonus. Some highlights of our stay: 1. Looking for crabs at low tide in the sand and swimming for hours. 2. Biking the Cape Cod Canal trail and exploring a playground near by with a zipline swing. 3. Spent the day at Edaville Theme Park. My son LOVED Thomas Land! 4. Enjoying lobster rolls at Lobster Hut in Plymouth and Green Harbor Lobster Pound in Marshfield. 5. Playing at Nelson beach front playground. 6. Boiled lobsters from the lobster pound 5 minutes up the street and everything you needed supplied at the house. 7. Glass of wine on the deck when the kids went to sleep. Our 3 year old son loved his coastal New England Experience. We enjoyed time in the backyard with privacy for dinner each night! We loved the outside shower and enjoyed AMAZING walks on the beach! The neighborhood was so sweet, friendly and welcoming of our family! We would love to stay here again. Thanks for a very memorable family vacation.

We had a lovely time in Priscilla Beach. The beach is gorgeous and right there. This home along with the entire neighborhood are delightfully attractive and well maintained with the Cape Cod feel. The manager is very responsive and knowledgeable about the home and area. We recommend this home for families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway in a spotless home. The layout of this home made our vacation even better as we all stretching room and then some, we never felt on top of each other. The beach is dog friendly May/June/July etc which was a bonus for us.

Thanks for a wonderful time! The house is a quick and easy walk with kids to the beach. We had a lovely and relaxing stay. Recommended to family and friends looking for an easy and relaxing vacation spot. The yard is large and kid friendly too. The house has sturdy furniture and the layout works well for families with small children, like us. Well maintained and very safe neighborhood.

We very much enjoyed our recent stay at this LARGE, clean, well thought out and very reasonably priced beach house. We prepared most of our meals at the house with a group of 10 and found everything we needed. My husband used the grill that is available and were pleasantly surprised that everything in the house is well maintained. The sliding door in the back opens to a private deck over looking the backyard, that is lovely. Just a quick walk leads to the lovely beach. It's an easy location to get around the Cape, the beach, and Boston. In general it is a fun area to relax and explore in. The owner is accessible and near by with great recommendations for our stay, including the Priscilla Beach Theater play schedule which is a quick walk from the house as well. We recently stayed at this great house and had a fabulous weekend. The home was exactly as advertised and the communication and process of renting was really flawless. This is a well managed property and professional all the way. We are a middle aged group who stayed for a week getaway. We have had the opportunity to stay at many homes over the last 10 years of doing these yearly trips but this house was one of the top 3 houses we have stayed at. The layout was perfect for a large group and everyone made a point to comment on how much they really enjoyed the house. The property was very clean, well equipped, had a spacious game room/family room, plenty of hot water for showers for a large group and a fantastic main area that had the kitchen, living room and dining room . Would we rent again? Absolutely we would rent this house again and strongly recommend renting it to anyone with family and groups of friends that are looking to rent without the hassle. A really Terrific home!

Clean and comfortable home. Fully stocked and close to the beach. Downtown Plymouth is very close and easy to do a night out. Highly recommend this home and owners. They made everything great for us!

Amenities are very plentiful in this vacation home and the location was a minute walk to a wonderful beach. The owners really know how to make you feel right at home. The home is big. Beds and linens are cozy. Wifi worked nicely through out the house. Colleen one of the owners was always quick with responses and very attentive. We loved our entire stay at this home! We took in the sites, approx.4 miles from the house. The house is very well equipped, with a spacious kitchen/living/dining room combo layout, nicely furnished, and is in great condition. The tranquility and peace of the neighborhood where the home is located, discussed in many of the reviews, was just what we needed after our long days exploring America's Hometown. We had some great weather during our stay and could walk the beach frequently which is very close to the house. The beach is sandy with minimal rocks and good size walking stretches at low tide. Our dog took a dip and enjoyed taking a run. Recommend this home for families exploring the Cape Cod, Boston, and Plymouth areas.

Our family rented bytheseaside to take in the rich history of Thanksgiving in Plymouth! The Plimoth plantation is a quick drive from this home. The setting of this home is wonderful, layout is great for small and big groups and extremely comfortable. The home is huge, well maintained and neighborhood is gorgeous. The offerings were exactly what we needed to have for a full Thanksgiving dinner for 11 people. The owners are very easy to talk to and knowledgeable of the area. The listing description is accurate and very in depth. The price was AMAZING for how clean, organized and spectacular the home was. Great value!

We have rented numerous houses in this area before and never known till now about the quiet and beautiful Priscilla Beach neighborhood. This beach house has a complete entertaining kitchen with all the utensils, dishes and prep materials you need for a large group. Yet it has intimate spaces for cozy family gatherings based on preferences. There were 10 of us including my 72yo parents who all felt they had private comfortable space to enjoy and relax. We stayed here for over 2 months for work but brought along family to enjoy a new place. We did not want to leave and the neighbors are so sweet! The weather was AMAZING literally the ENTIRE TIME!! The pictures do not convey the true beauty and size of this home and the owners love for this location. Higher end furnishings/ bedding was fantastic, the main living area being all on one floor was key for our group and having a washer and dryer in the house made it a true vacation ( even though we were in the area for work haha.). The property owners are very responsive, made property intros a breeze, detailed instructions for everything provided ( love it!!), outlined area amenities and had us stocked up with coupons(even more amazing). We look forward to staying here again very very soon and would recommend to all our family/friends. Enjoyed Isaacs, lobster hut, New World Tavern, Dirty Water Distillery, KKaties Burgers (special sauce is the way to go as another reviewer pointed out!), takeout from Mama Mias and China Gourmet, Surfside smokehouse ( great food a tad pricey for the portion sizes but on the water at the Marina). We plan to try many more restaurants when we come back but the setup was so great in the kitchen at the house it made making large group meals a breeze. PS the damage deposit was returned asap. Thanks.
