The owner is amazing. All the facilities here are clean and top notch. Was the most relaxing weekend with lots to do very near to the cabin. I would recommend Lampiranta highly for anyone who wants to relax at Hossa.

Beautiful and peaceful location next to a pond. Really nice cabin, equipped with everything you need for cooking and easy living. Also really good place to stay with a dog. Friendly host.

too hot in upstairs bedroom as cannot open window as it does not have mosquito net in frame ( easily remedied by owner). problems with coffee machine as filters supplied seemed too small and coffee grains overflow and block machine.

We spent 5 nights in the cabin and we must admit it exceeded our expectations. First of all, the location of the cabin named "Beaver" was awesome. You could see the frozen lake from the front windows (almost panoramic windows) and the kitchen and the living room windows looked out to the trees. We were surrounded by nature :)The house itself (inside and outside) was Christmas decorated, so it all added to the atmosphere of the great northern winter with huge frost and lots of snow ;) the living room space with the fireplace and a comfy sofa was very cosy. The kitchen was fully equipped (little work space, but who would care in such circumstances ;) and ready for cooking all meals throughout the stay. Lots of useful equipment and things to make your stay as comforatble and memorable as possible, e.g. tablet with good wifi, interesting books on Finnish nature and Hossa village and the national park, a portable JBL speaker or a variety of board games and a selection of DVDs. The hut is super comfortable for two people. There is only one master bedroom with no double bed though. There are plenty of beds on the first floor (four), more for kids or some friends staying over. The fireplace, as well as the floor heating were very efficient and kept the hut warm throughout the stay. The sauna was adjacent to the bathroom and you could literally cool down on the porch of the house. Last but not least, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Big bonus - one of them is a tour guide and a photographer - he knows everything about the neighbouring Hossa National Park (the maps are on the TV shelf, go and ask him for the deatils about the trails and animals :) Great place, we'll be back for sure. The cottage was located in a really beautiful and peaceful place. Area was decorated with seasonal lights, and made the place look really cozy and warm! Cottage was quite well equipted, and modern. Landlord was really friendly, and helpful! She took really good care of us. We will definitely rent this cottage again in summer!

Just perfect, we enjoyed our stay a lot! Warmly recommended.

The hosts are great, communication was nice and fast. The cottage is right next to a small lake and very easily accessible. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more. Everything was disinfected before our arrival and the cottage was pretty clean. We were only 2 but there is space for 6 comfortably. There are trails for different sports close by, we chose to to go the nature center and that was also a few minutes car ride away. Overall our stay was great!

It wasn’t really an issue but it would have been nice to have curtains in the living room.

It was nice and clean. Near by water and services. Easy to come. Owner of this this place is super sweet and gave us good advices before we arrived. Highly recommend and I’m sure we will visit again.
