Let’s start by saying the house is nothing like advertised and with how much you pay for it I would avoid at all cost. The house was extremely dirty; cobwebs in every corner of the house, sticky counters, carpet filthy, all rooms and bathrooms were dirty and sticky, dead bugs all over the closed in porch, etc. There was a bad mold problem on the ceiling in the living room. Bed in master room frame was completely broken and other furniture was broken as well. The owner was completely rude when asked to address the issues. I would never book this place or through itrip again! Avoid this place.

Had an awesome amazing Memorial Day weekend at the Salt Creek property. Beautiful home with every accommodation needed for the perfect stay. The most honorable part of all is how honest & professional the staff is. I left a very expensive robe on the back of the bathroom door & when I called about it after returning 8 hours back home, it had been retrieved & safeguarded until it was picked up. See most places would have denied finding it. This is a MUST stay for your family fun filled vacation!

This place is awesome. Exactly what we needed for a golf trip. Pool is awesome. Lots of rooms. Great location. Nice to have access to the resort as well which is a 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at this house with my wife, 3 teenagers and my in-laws. The house is short walking distance to the ocean and the North Beach Resort (closer than most houses in the neighborhood). Use of the resort facilities (pools, hot tubs, fitness center) is included with the rental. The indoor lazy river was closed for repairs. The house has a private pool (unheated) and a large hot tub. The master bedroom is huge and walks out to the pool. The kitchen, dining room, and sunroom are all beautiful. The house is a quick drive to the rental office, multiple grocery stores, restaurants, outlet mall, mini golf, and almost anything I can think of. The kitchen needs more supplies (serving bowls, etc.). The cupboards are pretty bare. Overall, the house more than met our expectations and we had an amazing time in N. Myrtle!

We were so excited to get this place. Our flights changed our arrival time and made things impossible, but their team kept communicating with us and worked it out so our other couple could check in instead of just waiting around for hrs until our flight came. Hot tub worked as it should, we had pool passes and other complimentary access to things. We discovered that the grill wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest and it really didn’t look safe lol. We text a picture long story short they provided a New grill the next day! We love the privacy in the back. We all enjoyed ourselves and would definitely rebook with our kids next time!

This property was great for a large family. There were 10 of us and we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. The property was clean and the pool and hot tub are well-maintained. The management was very professional and responsive. I would definitely rent this property again.

Our family loved this home for our week-long beach vacation. The location is close to many restaurants and shopping locations. We also ordered Door Dash and had no issues with receiving orders. The iTrip staff were amazing from start to finish to include their maintenance team member who fixed our few, minor issues in no time at all. The house, itself, could use some minor repairs to to detail inside and out, but nothing that deterred from the trip or would keep us from staying here again.

They house was great! It was very roomy for all the teenage girls and my mom and I. It only took us about 6 minutes to walk to the beach. The private pool was very well kept and it was nice in the back yard.

Two families of 4 stayed week of 6/10-6/17. We loved everything about the house, the location, the size, the layout, the decor, and the pool and hot tub, which was the icing on the cake. The house was a wonderful retreat after spending the day at the beach and resort pools and caused us to cook more of our meals at the house which probably saved us time and money. There were a couple minor problems that arose, but they were addressed quickly. Overall a very nice place to stay and I would definitely consider staying here again.

This is one of the most beautiful houses on the property and maybe even the area. It’s backed into a corner lot in the cul de sac. The hot tub and house is really nice. The house is exactly as the listing described. It’s a very convenient walk to the pools and beach, and an easy drive to the main part of Myrtle Beach.

Biggest negative for me were the sheets. 100% polyester sheets that felt like plastic, (brand called chinaberry) so we went to Dillards to get our own and then we shipped them home. We could have gone to Walmart or something but if we were unexpectedly buying sheets we were going to get what we’d buy for our home and ship.
Cleaning company could do a more thorough job each week with details rather than just light cleans but nothing too terrible. Overall we were happy and comfortable! Thank you for renting to us!

The positives are:
1. The Itrip managing company has great communication and react quickly to any concerns. Their timeliness in responding is refreshing compared to other companies we’ve dealt with. This is a huge positive.
2. The house is as described in the listing and is in a great area. So much to do around the area. Beach just a short walk from the house.
The negatives:
1. Cleanliness. That house needs a thorough cleaning. It’s almost like they vacuumed and did a light cleaning. Dried food on cabinets, counters, and handles on appliances. Makeup on doors and cabinets, etc. The carpets need cleaned or replaced. The master bedroom carpet is awful. We kept tripping on it as it needs stretched if not replaced.
**we spoke with the managing company and they would have sent a crew back. But we did some of the cleaning ourselves the first day. We didn’t want people interrupting our family. And it was everywhere. Not just one area. This cleaning should have been done prior to our check in not during our stay. Isn’t that what we pay a huge fee for? There are several reviews mentioning the cleanliness issue so they just aren’t listening or don’t care.
2. Things are getting worn and need fixed or replaced. A house at this level should be maintained.
Someone just give this house a complete cleaning and some love. That’s all it needs.
We will definitely come back to this area. Probably not this house unless we see reviews stating things have improved.
If you don’t care about cleanliness then it’s a great house and area.

The property is just as advertised. Spacious and well appointed. Really nice location and outdoor space. Lots of room in the kitchen and ample space in the dining and living room areas. The stools at the kitchen island are a little worn and could use some repair r replacement and the plants along the driveway make it a little bit of a challenge entering and exiting vehicles the only two very minor issues we encountered. By every measure, this is an excellent property and I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Extremely nice!

The check in , check out experience was poor. Unable to accommodate travelers coming from out of town, only have a half hour window to check in. Office not even open at check out time to verify returned keys etc. . The property was great, had an ice maker problem that was taken care of immediately . Beach club and beach within walking distance, great location!

For the price of the rental, I would have expected a higher level of attention to the details (weeds in landscape, refrigerator water filter, Wi-Fi was subpar, trash was an issue, no usable garden hose, and walk to beach was longer than expected).

Great Location
This house is in a wonderful location, and was very spacious for our family to spread out, especially with teenagers who want their space! The pool and hot tub along with the outdoor table and gas grill were highlights for us, and we used them daily.
The kitchen is large and could easily be used to cook for the whole family, but we did find that items needed for cooking (baking dishes, pots, pans, baking sheets) were few and far between which would make it hard if you planned a nice meal in.
Overall the house is a great find, it could just use some extra attention to detail and it would be perfect!

Great vacation spot
Checking in and out was a breeze! Way easier than going through north beach plantation like we have in the past. They were amazing about an early check in which was super helpful. There were a few broken chairs on the property when we arrived which is why I didn’t give the cleanliness five stars. Other than this, everything was great and we would stay again.

My family and I arrived at the property in pure amazement. The house was beautiful from the outside and also on the inside. The pictures online showcased the property perfectly. The house was very spacious and met our accommodation needs. We enjoyed everything from the screened in porched to the hottub and pool. The house was a walk away from the beach and the resort catered to all ages. Thanks for an amazing stay and we'll definitely be back again in the fall.

Apple's golf vacation
Very nice property. Big spacious kitchen and living room. Master bedroom was really great! We really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. It's in a nice neighborhood and easily accessible. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There were a couple of things that needed fixed when we arrived, and after reporting them they were repaired the next day (very responsive to our needs). Only downfall was trying to figure out how to work the TV's. That was a little frustrating, some operating instructions would have been helpful.
