Très bien situé directement en face de l'accès à la plage. Grand porche attrape les brises dominantes. 3 ch, 2 sdb avec cuisine complète et salle à manger. Espace télé séparé de la salle de réunion privée. Télévision par câble et WIFI avec Netflix. Machine à laver et sèche-linge. Parking pour 4 véhicules avec beaucoup d'espace supplémentaire dans la cour arrière. Zone arrière pour le stockage de bateau. 6 personnes. Animaux acceptés avec caution non remboursable. Doit apporter ses propres draps et serviettes. Cuisine complète avec des produits en papier également fournis. Certains vue sur l'océan depuis le porche. Design familial entièrement meublé ... La pièce à vivre peut être isolée du reste de la maison. Rock sur le porche et écouter les mouettes et surfer .... venez vous détendre!

Worked well for our situation, having three dogs. Across the street from beach access. Nice to have beach chairs, boards etc at our disposal. Bikes were available but a bit old and rusty. Kitchen very well stocked. Owner very responsive to questions and resolved minor issues in a timely manor. Would rent again if the need arose.

This one of the true OIB homes. It feels like a beach house. It needs a few fixes but the owner is on top of that.

Everything about the house and area was spot on. The issues I had, were 1 what I assume as mold on the walls up next to the ceiling. Return AC vent in the hall was covered in dust, there’s about 5 too many junk drawers, and cabinets in the kitchen. (Possible Hoarder) Daughter got bit by a spider in the outside shower, luckily it was just a black house spider. Then I had a recluse of some sort jump out of a kitchen cabinet towards me.

Such a clean, cozy little rental with beach access right across the street. Well stocked, host even had food and water bowls there for the dog. We loved sitting on the covered front porch in the evenings, listening to the ocean. The host was A++ with communication. He even messaged us to make sure things were okay when we arrived. I HIGHLY recommend this rental. On our next trip to OIB, we want to rent this place again.

This is a great property. Especially perfect for a family with pets. There are pet bowls inside & out and plenty of supplies for the humans. The porch will close off to keep anilmals & kids safe. We greatly appreciated the chairs, umbrella, & boards that were available. It's clean, nice, super close to the beach.

Everything you need is there, even bowls for the dog. It's the first time I've seen a dog friendly porch! See through screen all the way around and a gate to keep the dog safe and humans relaxed.

The house was so cozy and comfortable . It had everything we needed . Our favorite part was having our coffee on the front porch . Wonderful weekend!

Great house, very clean and accommodating for us and our senior puppy dog. We loved hanging out on the front porch and having the beach access right across the street. It was so nice being able to close the porch gate and keep our pup on the porch in the shade while we sat in the sun. The host is very responsive and helpful, and they are generous with all the chairs, bikes, and games available for use with the house.

Traveled with the family for a mini spring break/Easter weekend trip. Great stay. Excellent location. We loved the big porch to hang out and listen to the ocean. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean Isle. It is nice house that has been loved by someone for quite some time. It has easy beach access across the street. Fully equipped kitchen. Bring your own sheets and towels. This helps the owner to minimize cost, which benefits everyone.

We felt right at home! Everything was perfect! Clean and quiet! Bed was comfy and all appliances worked great! Dean was so pleasant from the beginning with communication. Recommend this place to anyone that likes fishing and relaxing on the porch or beach!

The convenience of this property cannot be overstated. It is just 30 steps to beach access. As for the house, it was pet friendly, so practical with water outlets up and down on the front deck as well as underneath in the parking area. It was completely furnished, and nicely arranged. I will be looking to stay there again very soon. We loved it!!

It was a nice place to stay. It is a little outdated and some things need a little work but overall it was a nice place. Everything was set up perfectly for our dogs that we brought with us which made it even nicer. We enjoyed our stay!

You can't beat the location - right across the street from the beach. The house was perfect for my wife and i and three teenagers and dog. Kitchen is stocked with all necessary items, including paper products. The bikes were a plus along with some of the beach equipment. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Sea Jade is the perfect beach getaway! It’s so charming and convenient! We loved being directly across the street from the beach access. Our family made wonderful summer vacation memories here! The host Dean is very kind, gracious and thinks of every detail! He stocks all supplies you can imagine, including paper products, ziplocks, dishliquid, laundry detergent, and every kitchen item & appliance you need. It’s super clean and feels like home. We had so much fun grilling out, playing cornhole, taking walks on the beach with our dog, and relaxing in the hammock & porch rocking chairs. It was also great having an outdoor shower and laundry room. We’re already looking forward to our next stay at Sea Jade! Thank you Dean!

Perfect place for our stay which included 4 adults and a dog named Bennie who belongs to our son and his fiancee. This little beach house was absolutely perfect for what we needed, and having the beach access directly across the street was very convenient. The front porch and sun sail is a really great place to hang out.

We had such a wonderful time here. Thank you for having such a well stocked pantry (paper towels, tp, ziploc bags, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, etc). It was such an easy way to the beach in the mornings and we loved having evening drinks with our dog on the porch. Very clean and comfortable. We already rebooked for next year!

This house was everything it said in the description. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it! It was very clean and the location was great. We loved sitting on the front porch and we liked being able to bring our dog. The house is equipped with more than enough of everything you need. We had no problems at all. Highly recommend!!!

While we did visit in the most freezing temperatures of the year the house was cozy and felt like home. We cooked great meals with the wide assortment of pots and pans and enjoyed very cold but beautiful sunrises and sunsets being only walking distance to the beach. This would be the perfect place for a summer time retreat, he has all the games and activities you could want available!! Thanks so much for a great stay!
