Good house for three generations extended family. Grandchildren loved the rock pools and beach. Adults liked deck looking over water. Owner was easy to contact and helpful

The property was lovely, we are a group of 7 girlfriends and stayed for the weekend. It was very well appointed though would be greatly improved with the addition of bedside lamps and mirrors in the bedrooms.
Our big complaint was that the property was advertised as being in Kiama but turned out to be in Kiama Downs. This created problems as a 10/15 minute drive was required to get anywhere in Kiama. It needs to be listed as Kiama Downs on the various sites to avoid disappointment.

We had the most relaxing weekend at Jones Beach House. The house was absolutely beautiful and the location was superb. We loved walking on the beach each morning which was only a few steps away and an easy drive into town for dining and exploring.
The house was clean and so well maintained. Everything we needed was there and Rachel was a wonderful host, responding to all questions promptly and ensuring we had the perfect girls weekend away. We can’t wait to head back on our next girls weekend away. We highly recommend Rachel and her gorgeous house. Just heaven

We were very impressed with this beautiful beach house. It had magnificent views with beach access. The house was beautifully styled, well equipped, comfortable and immaculate. It had everything to make our stay memorable and very enjoyable.
Rachael was very helpful and we can't thank her enough.

Located on the beach with easy access to the beach, this house is just amazing. House has a great layout, is very clean and is well stocked. Lots of space to sit and relax inside plus a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Highly recommend this property and would love to come back.

An absolute gem! A beautifully decorated home with the most amazing views. Super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, hot tub, private access to the beach, large deck at the back where our family of 8 spent many hours looking at the ocean. Rachael was the perfect host and we appreciated

Rachael’s property is one of the loveliest properties we have stayed in. True to description and photos. Great for two families, there is plenty of space. Very clean and well presented. Had a couple of questions and always quick to respond. Close walk to Jones Beach. Would love to stay here again

Amazing place
Pictures don't do the property justice. Large house, great location, very clean perfect holiday house. It has everything you could possibly need and the views of Jones Beach are breathtaking. Easy access down to your own private beach and short stroll to Minnamurra Point Lookout. The house can accommodate 2 seperate families as it has both private outdoor access and an inside access to downstairs. The outside hot tub was perfect after a swim at the beach. Highly Recommended. Thank you Rachel.

A great house which could comfortably sleep the 8 of us. The effective layout meant we had enough personal and shared space, making us all feel very comfortable. The hottub was a nice addition, with a great view. The only real issue was that the stove top fan wasn't working, which wasn't desirable, how ever It didn't ruin the experience
