My husband, my two kids and I absolutely loved this place. I grew up, going to seaside when I was younger, my grandmother lived here. The condo was perfect very clean, very comfortable, in walking distance to everything. Everything was just amazing about it! highly suggest this place to any family!

This condo was all that was promised. It was super clean and comfortable and well appointed. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and close to shopping and restaurants. Very relaxing time!

The place was great! Amazing location, beautiful ocean view, spacious, etc. what more do you want? We had a great time for our annual seaside trip. We usually rent a house, but this condo was too good to pass up. Would definitely come back

This property was perfect for my family of five. The condo was exactly as it was listed. Clean, comfortable and conveniently close to the beach. We had a great time and were very happy with out stay!

The location of this property is perfect, it is by the beach with amazing view. Sunset view from the balcony is amazing. The condominium was clean and well maintained. They have different board games and puzzles for entertainment. When someone is on vacation prolly no one cares about TV but when tired and trying to relax some TV definitely helps. However, this location lacks smart TV option just as an fyi for those who is looking for it. Also when we first got there the room was super toasty. Especially if you are here du to my hot day you’ll find it hot. I don’t think AC was working at its full. 2nd bedroom was pretty hot and my family had to sleep with windows open and it was till hot. I tried to contact the owner but never got any response. I’ve used and been to many rental properties before and they’ve been pretty responsive. May be I had higher expectation or other previous properties used were just nice. Other than that it’s 5stars for location and view and a nice place to stay to spend a day or 2.

Clean, spacious, great location….just perfect all the way around!

Do not judge a book by its cover! As we pulled up in the parking lot, the first thing we noticed was that the building could use a serious makeover! Doubt started setting in. But once we entered the unit, all worries were erased. The unit was very clean, nicely furnished, and fully equipped. The beds and pillows are super comfortable (by the way, if I could know the brand of these pillows, that would be great :)). Fireplace was a nice touch. And the view is spectacular...just as stated in the listing. We had a nice and relaxing stay. :)

The location was great and has a closeby access to beach. Kitchen was fully equipped with utensils. My son’s only complaint was that there were no movies or games . ( normally they always provide at rentals) I love the place and would definitely go back again with friends.

It was exactly what we were hoping for

We loved our stay. The space was clean and inviting. The view amazing. Really enjoyed the furniture layout with the sofa facing the tv and the comfy chairs in the bay window overlooking the boardwalk. Perfect for our daughter to watch tv while we read and took in the beautiful view. Beds were comfy and the fireplace a nice surprise. Only suggestions: It would be great to have a tea kettle; and add the check out instructions, including key drop box address to the wall with the other info posted there. We take a vacation every January and nice weather or stormy this place is perfect. Will definitely stay again.

Loved this location. The unit was very clean and the perfect place to sit, read, sip wine and watch the winter storm waves.

This condo looks just like the posted pictures on the listing. We could hear the upstairs people once in a while. The beds were comfortable but the pillows on the spare bedroom need to be replaced. The pillows in the master bedroom were much better. We enjoyed the view and how close it was to downtown Seaside.

The water connection to the kitchen sink came apart and we reported it to two different numbers and sent an email, before getting hold of someone. We did not have water to the sink for close to 24 hours.

Location was great. Just a short walk to just about anything you would want to do.

Loved the unit’s location and proximity to all things Seaside!

We enjoyed the location of this condo. It was tastefully decorated and had all the things we needed to enjoy breakfast in the condo before heading out for the day. It was as advertised and was ready when we arrived. Our only suggestion would be to include the information about returning the keys on the sheet that is posted with other check-out information. I almost left the keys in the condo rather than to the dropbox, but fortunately, found the email with instructions and re-read them just before departing.

We scheduled this as a last minute trip. I can't tell you how impressed I was with everything! We were in #403 and the view was spectacular! Check in was contactless but I had communications on how to check in and out. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms we had plenty of room! It is close to places to eat and all the shops! We will be staying here again in the future! The only downside were the people above us were very loud and we heard them stomping around all hours of the day and night! This is not the properties fault just the guests above us!

This was a lovely condo. The chairs in the bay window with direct ocean views were the perfect spot for morning coffee. Or evening wine while watching the sunset. Condo was clean, bedrooms were big and beds comfortable. This was a perfect gals getaway. Maybe next time I'll take my husband... :)

Loved this property. Very clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable. Views were great. We travelled with our 2 kids and the only thing that would have made it more perfect would have been 2 twin beds instead of a king in one bedroom. They did have a Murphy bed Box but it was too complicated for us to set up. So we ended up using a blow up mattress for our second child. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Great Location, Great View, had to clean the sand out of the washing machine and mold out of the master shower before using. Other then that we had a great stay.

I was pleased with everything except that the fireplace didn't work. I called and was told it had been working up to this point, requested a service call, and nobody ever showed up. I suspect this property fireplace simply doesn't work and they make excuses for it. It was very disappointing. I did enjoy everything else about this unit and our stay.

Beautiful condo with awesome view. Comfortable furnishings and fully enjoyed the fireplace! Easy check in and check out. Will stay again!
