The Windward Studio est l'un des quatre appartements d'hôtes à la marque nouvelle station de la rue Main, conçu pour compléter les structures historiques aimés de Eastsound. Ceci est une unité de prime, avec spacieuse plan ouvert au sol de 430 pieds carrés, un lit queen, un canapé-lit, cuisine compacte entièrement équipée, balcon avec vue, et les escaliers à proximité de la plage rocheuse magnifique. My husband and I stayed at the loft for 4 nights and loved it. We had a car we brought over on the ferry so were able to explore the island. We took some nice hikes, went to a winery and did the orcas only excursion. The loft was in an awesome location overlooking the sound and walking distance from everything around us.
We expected direct tv in the loft but not an issue to have steaming only. The staircase to the loft was good exercise for us but may be a bit tough for some especially hauling luggage up. The loft was really clean and had all amenities we would ask for. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Loved our stay
We had an amazing time, strolled the town from the footsteps of the loft and slept soundly in the comfortable bed. Lovely view and also appreciated that it is pet friendly so we could bring our pup.

Great studio with nice bed and awesome view
Great studio apartment with a nice functional kitchen, nice bed with a moderately firm mattress. Nice location right in Eastsound. We walked from the airport which was about .7 miles away and very easy. The view and deck were fantastic and real highlights.

Great location to local shops and restaurants. The view of the water was stunning. We loved having a kitchen to make meals in when we wanted to. The bathroom has a sinker tub which was wonderful after a long day exploring. The only draw back is the bed, like previous reviews, we found the mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on.

The rental was well stocked with everything we needed, and it was easy to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We do think it's time to replace the mattress, didn't sleep well. Other thN that it was a wonderful weekend!

Fantastic Location
We loved staying at the SeaStar Lofts. The location was amazing, smack in the center of East Sound. At the same time, once inside it was very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony hanging over the bay.
We will return for sure!

Awesome space & location!
Cozy studio with water view. Enjoyed it so much - it’s not lacking in anything. I almost hate to give it such a great review because I don’t want it to book up so fast that I can’t get back in:)

Just me and a view
All I needed was an easy, quiet place to renew and look out at the water for a few days. That's what I got. The mini kitchen was perfect for my needs, as was the view of rain-and-wind-whipped waters from the couch.

Awesome view!
We absolutely loved this rental in Eastsound! It was clean, cozy and had a wonderful view of the water and amazing sunsets! Conveniently located close to several restaurants and businesses...everything is within walking distance. We loved this place and will definitely be back—thank you for a great get-away!!

The property manager Susan was very helpful and kind, housecleaning forgot to leave our keys out but she quickly resolved the problem and I was able to reach her right away. Relaxing, great location Orcas Island Find
The property manager Susan was very helpful and kind, housecleaning forgot to leave our keys out but she quickly resolved the problem and I was able to reach her right away.

Get Away
We only stayed one night but wished it had been longer. This place had everything we needed and was very comfortable. There was a big storm so unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the outdoor porch which is perched overlooking the bay. Highly recommended if you like being in the heart of the sweet little town.

Wonderfully located
Right in the middle of Eastsound on Orcas, just steps away from everything you could need. A very cozy and charming little studio with grade A views of the cove. We saw sea otters almost every morning!

Great little unit in the heart of Eastsound
Very clean and updated unit, right on the beach and in the heart of Eastsound. It was great to be able to walk directly across the street and get coffee and pastries at the bakery! We very much enjoyed our stay

Perfect Location
My daughter and I had a wonderful few days staying at your loft in Eastsound. It is walking distance to our favorite bakery, bookstore, shops, and restaurants. The deck overlooking the Sound gives us the sights, smells, and lapping waves that we love! The cozy little fireplace adds to the ambiance. We loved our stay!

Heart of Eastsound
We loved this spot. Roomy and comfortable. A short walk to everything. Windward unit is the one — not right above the Madrone restaurant next door. Noise curfew was respected by businesses nearby. Parking is around thee corner and up a small hill, but there’s a convenient Loading Zone right in front.

Only Issue
the Coffee Pot had not been cleaned from previous use. Filter and gorunds were still in the coffee filter basket. Plus, the coffee filters that were on the counter were the incorrect size. But that was corrected when I left a message.

A truly special place!
We were looking for a central location on East Sound in Orcas that was well appointed and comfortable and we found the perfect place. The owner, Susan, has done a fabulous job on this studio apartment and she provided everything that we could have wanted or needed. Our stay was truly memorable. Thank you Susan for making it a really special trip for us.

Very clean, well appointed and clean.
Extremely pleased with the unit we rented. It was very clean, well appointed, great view and located in the center of town. We could walk to all the amenities in town which made very convenient.

Fantistic View from Lovely Studio
Studio was perfect for two people. It was bright, stylish, and comfortable with an amazing view. We were there for a trail race in Moran State Park and the studio was perfectly located. We cooked one meal and it seemed to have all of the basics necessary to eat in. The fireplace was appreciated on some chilly days. The bakery across the street is not to be missed - there are some master pastry chefs hidden away here! Orcas was very quiet in the winter and quite a few of the shops/restaurants were closed for the season. It made for a calm stay at the studio. One last note, the wifi was out when we arrived and the owner addressed it immediately.

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful time staying here! Beautiful view, comfortable bed, and great location! Only downfall was the garbage had not been emptied upon our arrival and when the neighbors are watching TV you can hear it through the wall. Other than that I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location for Orcas Island Exploring & Eating!
As a Seattle native, and now a native of neighboring Guemes Island, I've been coming to Orcas for about 50 years. Staying at cabins in Deer Harbor, writing a travel article 25 years ago about an historic hotel in Eastsound called the Outlook Inn, staying at Rosario Resort also with it's historic story, being on a yacht at Rosario numerous times, camping on nearby Jones Island on a sailboat. This is the BEST spot to stay on Orcas. Pop out the door and the town of Eastsound is at your feet. Great restaurants, the history, the view.

We loved everything about our stay at Windward Studio. It had everything we needed and was comfortable and roomy. And the view is amazing. Susan was a great host and even checked up on us when the island experienced a brief power outage. When we return to Orcas we will definitely plan to stay here again. Kim

Great Location
The condo is in a great location in the middle of the quiet town. Close to restaurants and shops. Amazing views. The condo was clean and well appointed.
