The house was nicely decorated and immaculate in a great location minutes by foot from the shops and restaurants of Eastsound. We were there just as the weather had turned from warm to chilly and initially needed assistance with the thermostats in a couple of the bedrooms. John came over in a jiffy and got everything in working order. The WiFi was on the slow side, but overall, a very enjoyable stay.

My friends and I stayed at this lovely townhome for another friends wedding. This was the perfect spot close to town that we walked everywhere. The property was clean, quiet, and just like the pictures showed. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Orcas.

The house is really charming and very nicely decorated. We appreciated the ability to walk to shops and restaurants, even if that location was a little noisier than we anticipated with planes, trash trucks and landscape services. But the convenience was terrific. We stayed during a warm few days; and while the main room had A/C, the bedrooms did not and were really warm even with all the windows open. It's a shame the deck wasn't large enough for the 4 of us.

Upon our booking one year ago until the moment we vacated the property, our experience was more than we expected. The location for our son's (and now daughter-in-law's) wedding at The Outlook Inn, was perfect for enjoying the wedding festivities AND the amenities that Eastsound affords it's visitors. The property is extremely clean and well appointed for a family, and in our case, the small gatherings of friends pre/post wedding whom we entertained with ease due to the location and well stocked kitchen and living space. Thank you for your hospitality and we would return to you and recommend your property IN A HEARTBEAT!

Our stay could not be better. The house was very comfortable and clean. I was delighted that it is very close to town and we were able to walk to breakfast, dinner, etc. Everyone had their own room! This property does not have a BBQ but with all the dining in town, it doesn't really need one. We would stay here again.

This house could not be better in terms of being lovely, spacious and incredibly convenient to all of Eastsound amenities! We had plenty of room to spread out and snuggle up, in addition to being able to easily pop into town for a coffee or meal. Loved the dock at the end of the street for short walks with the dog. All in all a delightful rental!

We absolutely loved our stay. The location could not be better. There is a view to the water from the deck. It was warm when we arrived and the windows had been thoughtfully opened. They really think of their guests here with items in the kitchen as well. We highly recommend.

Great property in perfect location for watching to town and the water. Perfectly comfortable for 6 (many places say they fit more people than is actually comfortable). We would return!

Perfect location in Eastsound! Lovely, well appointed townhouse steps from downtown. Walkable to many spots- community dock, Crescent Bay, juice bar, shopping, restaurants… We would definitely stay here again.

As east coasters this was our first visit to Orcas Island. We came out to visit our daughter who lives in Seattle. Orcas and the Madrona Point Cottage did not disappoint. In addition to being charming and comfortable, the cottage is the perfect location to access everything on the island. The in town location allowed us to walk to restaurants and shops before or after our daily hikes, yet private enough to feel like your on an island. We appreciated the modern amenities, beautiful gardens, access to a public beach (very private at the end of Havens Road) and the balcony with water views. The Madrona Point Cottage is pristine and our host made us feel at home with special touches such as homemade granola, oat milk and a French press for morning coffee. We highly recommend this townhome and hope we can return on a future visit!

This is a very cute and very clean town home with a water view and in walking distance of town. So fortunate to have found such a great property, especially that allowed us to bring our adult children and our grand-dog! Everything is new, modern and well decorated. We enjoyed our stay on Orcas Island!

Our youngest daughter was married in a ceremony at the Outlook Inn so the house was perfectly located. Everything was walking which was great. The house was also perfect for my wife and I and our eldest daughter, her husband and their two sons. We had a wonderful time on Orcas and very much enjoyed our stay at the Townhouse.

The location alone would bring me back. About 100 steps from town and a view across Fishing Bay. This building is very new, but you could believe it was built 100 years ago based on the interior doors, wainscoting, and tall ceilings. Great communication throughout.

We loved our stay in Madrona Pt. townhouse and look forward to returning! Cozy and cute townhouse, short walk to all of downtown Eastsound, room for at least 6 people. Highly recommend!!

We simply love this place! We have rented in numerous times. its perfectly situated in Eastsound. The house is an excellent layout for just a couple or a family and dogs. Our little dogs love the house as well walking around town. The owner truly treats you like a friend and that sentiment is reflected in all interactions as well as the care and aesthetic on the homes interior and exterior. Many times when you rent a house the photographs are always better than the actual place. That is NOT the case with this place. The actual house exceeds the photographs and the views from inside to the water and mountains are always stunning. Simply put, its place to stay on Orcas and they love dogs!!!

Exceeded our expectations in all aspects, especially location where a quick walk will get you whatever you need (in Eastsound). Super-helpful host and so easy to check in and also appreciated her responsiveness and sensitivity to the planet and fauna.

We stayed here last year as part of our pandemic exploration of our beautiful state and liked it so much we decided to come back this year, at the exact same week. This townhouse has all the amenities you need -- including a microwave, which they added since the last time we were here. It's a beautiful space that served as a soothing home base for a relaxing week. From here it's easy to walk right into town (a block away!) and get to a variety of stores, restaurants and the grocery store. Also an easy stroll to rent ebikes and kayaks (Crescent Beach). This will be our go-to whenever we visit Orcas.

Thoroughly enjoyed our state house could’ve been a little cleaner when we moved in, my daughter found a loaf of bread in her dresser, but otherwise it was fantastic

Modern beach cottage charm Near Main Street— recommend for Small families.

We arrived a bit early Friday to find a welcoming note on the door and some treats to eat. The home is in a perfect walking location to every shop and restaurant in Eastsound. There was a wedding at the odd fellows a few 100 yards away., again perfect. One this trip we had three adult couples all of us had plenty of room and enjoyed a great meal at the large dinning table. Thanks for the stay.

Loved our stay, the only small suggestion I’d give is to put a hook on the back of the bathroom door. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Orcas Island is the most wonderful place!
