It’s was a cozy apartment even nicer from the photos attached. The host was very helpful and kind. It was in a very convenient spot in the island and very clean!! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The layout of the suite was fantastic. Efficient, cozy, and clean, we had plenty of space to spread out for a family of two adults, one child, and an infant. We requested a crib for our baby; it was quite roomy and comfortable for our 5 month old. Our 4 year old loved the loft bed, which was a really unique experience! I ended up staying with him just to be safe, but for an older child or teenager, it is a fun way to sleep on their own. It was great having a washer to get laundry done. Since we reserved with the breakfast option, we had a wonderfully stocked fridge with basic essentials plus extra goodies. Our son loved eating breakfast at the spacious table on the terrace. And the view was fabulous! The bathroom was also nicely equipped with quality toiletries. The hosts were very considerate, thoughtful, and responsive to our needs. We felt welcomed with true Greek hospitality!

Managing climate control was a challenge. Of course, we were staying during an intense heat wave, so it's understandable. It took some time to cool down the loft bed space, even at night, with AC on full blast. Perhaps if a safe (childsafe) fan were to be installed in the loft to help circulate air, that would help. We did come across a variety of bugs inside and outside, but honestly, that's everywhere on the island, so you get used to it. Parking was difficult as the property sits on a curve, but parking is generally a challenge on the tight roads of the island. We eventually found a decent spot up the road, including a little shade.

The house was beautifully arranged and furnished, making for a very comfortable visit. It had everything we could possibly have needed, including comfortable sofas for resting in the evening, a washing machine, and a well-appointed kitchen. Air conditioning throughout made for comfortable nights. Nick and Chara had left us wine, food, water and gifts for our arrival - a very nice touch, and the wine was delicious. We had our breakfast each morning outside on the terrace, enjoying the spacious views up the valley towards Chora, We were a bit disappointed with the location at first, but we came to realise that it's actually spot-on. Three minutes walk takes you to the main road at Elies, where there are shops, a supermarket, a choice of tavernas, and the bus stop to Pothia, Massouri and Plati Gialos. And a short walk of 10 minutes takes you down to the beach at Linaria, one of the best sandy beaches that we came across. No need for a car, especially as Nick had picked us up at the start of our stay and then took us down to the port on our final morning.

It was pretty much perfect. From time to time a noisy truck or bike would pass by on the road outside, but there's not so much traffic as to be unpleasant.

Beautiful Cocomat decoration. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Fruits and sweets when we arrived. Great view from the balcony. Privacy. Fantastic accomodation!

Nicos and Hara who are the property owners are trully amazing hosts. They offered us help with the rental car, they came to greet us at the port and showed us the way to the property, they were always available to help us with any questions that we had. We also ordered lunch meals with our reservation and the food was delicious, a big help when travelling with kids. The house is a traditional island house, super cute and comfy for a family with 2-3 kids. The appartment had all the necessary amenities. We also had our small dog with us which was not an issue. The AC works perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped. We had the breakfast option and the hosts filled our fridge with food and we actually didn't manage to eat all the food for our breakfast. There is also a washing machine which was very useful for us. The bathroom had tooth brushes and wonderful Apivita products which we used with pleasure :) Overall a very positive experience which made our holidays even better.

It’s a very nice place, really peaceful. It’s perfect to relax and to enjoy the nature. The owners were very nice and helpful.

Chara (and Nick) were wonderful hosts that went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Chara checked in with me as soon as I booked the place, and then regularly prior to and throughout our stay to see if there was anything she could do to help locate anything from information for ferry schedules to special breakfast requests to moped rentals. She tried to accommodate each and every request with kindness, efficiency and alacrity. She was like our own personal concierge for our stay on the island (and helping us get on and off it), offering flexibility to us when our initial ferry was canceled during a storm. We really appreciated being picked up by Mikes at the ferry on arrival, it helped us to feel comfortable getting our bearings on the island, and renting our moped straightaway so that we'd have independent transport on the island. The housekeeper came halfway through our stay to wash towels and replenish breakfast supplies (which were abundant and more than we could eat), and the grocery store is just minutes away for anything else you need. The location was perfect for winter off-season, since it seemed most of the restaurants still open were either in Panormos or down by the port in Pothia. I had thought more things would be open in the more central Masouri, but everything there was closed up tight for the season. So we were always happy to come back from climbing to our little house and have great restaurants open right on our corner. For climbers, the climbing areas starts about 6 minutes away by moped and up to 30 minutes (or more) up and around the coast, but it never felt like a long ride since it's such a pleasant coastal view. The house itself is so tastefully decorated and redone, a really modern oasis that still feels like a local place. Minimalist, seaside, Greek beach house chic, and super clean and new. The beds were comfy.

You have to remember to shut off the hot water when you're finished with it, and we felt terrible when we forgot! She was very gracious though and they fixed it right away.
