The property was in a great area, would stay in that area again. We feel the description should have said it was a half mile walk to beach, we also had a lot of problem with the gate code

The condo is the perfect size and location for a family of 4. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything was provided that was advertised. The area is fairly quiet and the pool and hot tub are excellent. We enjoyed watching the birds on the marsh, as well.

We enjoyed staying in the condo. It was in great shape, just like the listing. Loved the screened in balcony overlooking the marsh. Property was clean, check-in was easy, and we had no problems while we were there. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time

Loved the location! Close to shopping and dining. The pool area was clean and the people were nice. The condo was very spacious and very outdated. Yet, I would stay there again. The kids loved looking for crabs on the deck at night. I enjoyed the smaller, less crowded area. The beach was half mile away but easy to get to. I would recommend bringing bikes if you don't want to drive. And Joe's bar and Grill next door is a hidden gem! I wish that the door had a code and in place of the key.

We really enjoyed our time. Condo was perfect size and in great condition. The appliances and decorations aren't cutting edge, but they work great. We will be back!

The cleanliness leave a lot be desired and the bed a mess the mattress was out of date and I ended up with a backache and make a lot of noise when lying down

Everything was just as it seemed in the listing. The only complaint I have is the neighborhood was very obviously racist towards my group of friends, so it made the stay a little uncomfortable.

The condo was great nice and clean.The back patio slide door It needed to be fixed they had a note on it stating that. The order for it had not come in yet. But that was the Least worry of my trip. It’s just there was a man who claimed he was a home owner there every time I went outside or to the pool. He would tell me I had to leave the Property. That I was violating the rules. That I had way too many people with me for the condo. When I didn’t. I have a father who lives in Myrtle Beach and friendS. He got in my face and my friends face just because they were there to see me. Every time I I turn around there he was or he was up on is Balcony just birdwatching. He was even walking around with a beer in his hand. He got in my face in front of other home owners that lived there who were also at the pool while telling us to leave the pool that we were trashing it. When we had no trash or food with us. Lol Then later when I had to go outside one of the other home owners came to me and told me not to worry about that guy not to pay no attention to him because he is just unhappy with his life. I said thanks to him. But it was like we could not enjoy our selfs because every time we went outside he came to us. I feel sorry for any other guests that stay there Because they would just be harassed. it was a nice condo but I know I will never rent here again it was not fun at all. We could not even enjoy our selfs at the pool. He was such a creepy man. And it makes me wonder if you he does this to everyone who stays in that condo.

It was accross the street from Barefoot landing and perfect for a weekend stay.
