NO AIRCON , upstairs bedroom was unusable.

Found a dirty tampon in the bathroom room bin on arrival.

Bad pillows. Woke up feeling sore neck pains.

The apartment was not as shown in the pictures. Also, it was dirty, there was food in the oven, food in the fridge and dirty towels in the washing machine (which also did not work). There was no light in the kitchen, making it impossible to cook at night. We communicated with the manager about the cleaning inconvenience and they very kindly tried to solve it, finally they did not charge us the city tax which was 30 euros.

the location is perfect!! close to the train station that goes to the airport, close to the duomo.

there is no air-conditioning and its very hot in Milan, a lot of mosquitos, and the shower upstairs is not good
