A suffisamment d'espace pour accueillir jusqu'à 13 personnes pour dormir confortablement dans six chambres (deux par étage), avec une salle de bain complète sur chacun des trois étages. Comprend une cuisine en granit et une véranda fermée donnant sur une magnifique cour privée idéale pour les activités de plein air (grill inclus). Réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et laveuse / sécheuse neufs en acier inoxydable. Parfait pour plusieurs familles ou une grande famille élargie, car la disposition permet une grande intimité étage par étage. Il y a une arcade verticale pour les enfants (et les adultes!) avec soixante jeux au sous-sol (Mme Pac-Man, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, etc.). We had a wonderful week in Ogunquit! The location is terrific and there was plenty of room for all of us - great outdoor space as well.
We enjoyed it so much that I have already booked a few days in October with friends.

This property was perfect for our group - we had 7 adults and 6 kids under 6. There was plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors. We were within walking distance of restaurants, the beach and a park. The host was extremely communicative and truly provided a wonderful experience for my friends from college and our families. I’d recommend this place to anyone and already can’t wait to start planning our next vacation to Ogunquit.

This house was perfect for a group of 10+ friends, all in our 50s, and friends since college. All communication/questions were answered promptly. The house was spotless, and you can really see the pride in ownership. We had plenty of space. The 2 bedrooms on each floor, with bathrooms on each floor was great. The open kitchen/living/dining area kept the conversation and laughs flowing all weekend. The bottom level seating area was an added bonus. The May weather was perfect for us to enjoy the outdoor area. And the location - so beautiful - park your car and you are all set for the weekend. We walked the shops in Oqunquit, Marginal Way to Perkins Cove, drinks nearby, etc. Close to everything and super easy to get from highway/Route 1. My friends and I pick a different property every time we go away, but we were all in agreement that we will be coming back to this property as it had everything we wanted.

The house was perfect for our group of 9 women. There is enough space for everyone to feel comfortable and there is plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. The outdoor space is nice and the house is conveniently located to be able to walk to everything. Ryan was very responsibe to all of our questions and evertything was answered appropriately. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was so perfect for our Girls Weekend. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor were perfect for those who had a hard time using the stairs. Having a bathroom on the first floor was an added benefit. We found the house had everything we needed and more. The dining room was great because we were able to have dinner together in one room. The back yard was private and so pretty too. Ryan was the ABSOLUTE best Property Manager we have ever dealt with of all the years we have been renting (over 20.) He was responsive, pleasant to deal with and just great! We are excited to hopefully rent it next year. One more thing, the location to town was perfect because we did not have to move our cars all weekend. Thank you!

We had a wonderful weekend! We have been going on this fall weekend for 25 years and have stayed at Nathans house for 4 years. The house is great! Perfect size for my wife and I, two daughters w/husbands and my in-laws. The house location is perfect! Walking distance to town and the Marginal Way. The house is always very clean and well kept. Nathan is always making improvements. This year we were surprised and delighted to find the whole kitchen totally remodeled and one of the walls removed to open it up to the living room. Big improvement! and he added a coffee/wet bar in the basement. The place is great! we highly recommend this house and will be booking for next year! Thanks Nathan!!

The layout is very accommodating for our family gatherings and also allows for privacy and downtime. Very clean. Nathan and Ryan were very helpful and accommodating.

This is a wonderful property! We were a group of 7 women. all of which are in their 70's. The location was great. Convenient to everything. Ryan the property manager was very helpful. We can't wait to go back.

This home has it all. 3 levels, lots of space and completely renovated with all upscale amenities. Open floor plan yet plenty of space if you need a little private time. Set up for large family or group. Exquisite back yard setting and a lovely neighborhood. Minutes to everything.

We had an amazing time. House was just perfect for a moms weekend getaway. 9 of us and 9 beds. That is very rare to find. House was great with lots of space to hang out both inside and out. We especially loved the big table. Location was perfect. We didn’t love the cars until we left. Walking distance to everything and beaches are beautiful. Impressed as well with all the beach chairs that were available. We will most certainly be back. You will not regret booking this home.

We’ve been coming to Ogunquit for many years as a couple and more recently with the whole family(children and grandchildren) and I can honestly say this was our best family vacation yet, due in large part to this home. This was the first time we all stayed together in one house, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) were very comfortable here, and enjoyed the large kitchen, dining area and backyard patio and yard. Situated in a quiet neighborhood just off Shore Road, it is an easy walk to the center of town and the beach. We especially enjoyed the very large dining table that easily fit all of us. We ate in most of the time, making use of the very well supplied kitchen. Both the host (Nathan) and the house manager (Ryan) were very responsive to our needs, responding very quickly to texts and emails.

Ogunquit is such a beautiful and quaint village. We enjoyed the beach and the shops and the restaurants all just a short walk from the house. The house was perfect for our needs. There is an area on the first floor where the teenage cousins played card games and Mrs. PacMan and enjoyed one another while the adults visited upstairs in the second floor living room. There is a large table in the dining room that easily accommodated all eleven of us. From the dining room we had visual access to the stunningly landscaped backyard. We also had actual access to the backyard which had comfortable seating allowing for sunning and conversation. The house is very comfortable and met our needs perfectly.

This is our families second year staying at this property and we had another great time. The location, amenities, and comfort of the home is great. There honestly is no better location in Ogunquit. The check-in was smooth and communication was clear. Highly recommend for all!!

This is a spacious, gorgeous, and well appointed home with perfect location. Everything was clean and inviting. There’s so many nice places to congregate. The furniture is clean and attractive, as well as comfortable. It’s just a short walk on a beautiful trail to the beach. We loved everything about the home and our stay. Nathan is a terrific host. And the property manager Ryan did a great job of communicating.

Myself and 8 other girls stayed at this house memorial day weekend for a low key relaxing celebration for my sister's upcoming wedding and it could not have been more perfect. There were enough beds for all of us to have our own. Nobody ever waited for a bathroom. The backyard is GORGEOUS and perfect for lawn games. The kitchen was fully stocked with way more plates, bowls, mugs, and silverware than anybody could ever use!! Having a code on the front door rather than needing to be responsible for a physical key relieved a lot of stress too. The house was also totally SPOTLESS. Thank you so much Nathan for having us at your beautiful home!!

We had such a great time vacationing at Nathan’s beautiful home in Ogunquit . The backyard is very private and relaxing and comfortable for catching up with friends and having a meal together or reading . The Sunroom is also a favorite area . We quilted on the beautiful table with all the gorgeous light coming in . And also made a puzzle on a rainy day and had some meals there . The bedrooms and beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped and the island and living room are both awesome to gather at . So close to everything! Thank you Nathan for sharing your beautiful home for our restful relaxing and rejuvenating week . We are planning next year already ! 😊💛

Just got home from another great stay at out favorite rental in Ogunquit! There is nothing we don't love about this home. Fabulous location for walking everywhere, more than enough room for everyone ( 6 old high school friends this visit), and spotless as always. We were pleasantly surprised to see the upgrades that have been made- kitchen/ living room area is now opened up and there was a beautiful island. There is absolutely nothing this home is lacking- Nathan has thought of everything- just unpack and enjoy! The property manager, Ryan, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We had one small issue which he addressed quickly, and kept us informed throughout the day as we were out and about. Rent this home- you won't be sorry. Just leave a few weekends for us!!

What a great VRBO! Property was spotless and very comfortable for a reunion with college friends. Extremely well stocked kitchen and very thoughtful touches for shorter stays so we didn’t have to buy this stuff (tissues, laundry detergent, foil, etc.). A few minor issues popped up (how to use the thermostat, a carbon monoxide detector needed a battery) and the property manager responded within minutes with helpful info. Loved the location and exploring Ogunquit, just sad we only had a few nights at this property. Would love to come back with family or another girls weekend. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is our second Christmas by the Sea weekend in the last 3 years staying at Nathan's beautiful home with a large group. Both times everyone in our party has raved about this home. His upgrades since our last stay were a wonderful improvement. Nathan is so easy to deal with and always quick with a response. You definitely want to consider using this property!!

11 female cousins had a wonderful weekend at the property. It was great that there was plenty of room for us to all be together and catch up. We loved the house. It was all that we hoped for and more. The host was very accommodating and and the house had everything you could possibly need.

The house was incredibly clean. Tons of room for our entire group. We didn't need to bring extra of anything! The yard is beautiful, tons of parking, walk to the beach and to town with no issues at all! The kitchen is open and had room for lots of people to be in there at the same time. Same with 2 of the 3 bathrooms. We were traveling with 11 women trying to get ready all at the same time and it worked great! We are booking this house again for sure!

Stayed here for a weekend in October for a girls getaway and it had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of room to have your own space and to hang out together. We enjoyed all aspects from walking location to decorations!

This house was amazing! We were a group of 11 traveling through Maine. The house was well stocked and clean. Plenty of bed space for everyone! One highlight was the big farm table we could all sit around for meals… 5 stars for sure!

Beautiful house in a great location with plenty of room and privacy for all 8 adults who stayed. Nice layout with comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, nice backyard with grill and large table for family dinners. A full bathroom on each of all 3 levels making it quick and easy for everyone to get ready for a night out. Best of all walking distance to shops, restaurants and the marginal way. We will stay again whenever in Ogunquit! Thanks!

This home was perfect for 10 adults. It was immaculately clean and free of any personal belongings. The large table was perfect for dinners, games etc. We all agree that it was a wonderful choice.

The layout of the house, three floors, was great for our large family of twelve. The kitchen was well supplied, and the large dining room had enough room to fit our family around the table.

We had a great stay at this house with 11 family members ranging in age from 2 years to 75. Great location on a quiet street and a short walk to Shore road, Marginal Way, and the beach. The house came well supplied with practical and thoughtful amenities. We greatly enjoyed this house and would love to return!

Ogunquit Stay
Our family had an amazing time at this property. There is not a better location in Ogunquit. The house is on a quiet street with friendly neighbors but all of the best local bars and restaurants are a stones throw away. With less than a 15-minute walk to the beach, this location is very convenient for families. Rooms were comfortable and the backyard was great, highly recommend!
