Tina’s condo was clean and comfortable with all sorts of great amenities, right down to the shampoo and salt and pepper. Comfortable beds. Great sheets and towels. More than enough plates, bowls, silverware. Excellent communication with owner. Perfect location, near a grocery store, restaurants, and a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach.

Proche de tout
Emplacement idéal , pas trop de monde à la plage . Tout peut se faire à pied(épicerie, pharmacie, restos). Système de trolley pour aller à John’s pass ou à pied (30 minutes).Le condo est propre et très bien équipé (cuisine, serviettes, équipement pour la plage). On s’y sent en sécurité. Tout le complexe est bien entretenu. Les gens sont sympathiques et de bonne humeur.

Great Condo!
Was so happy to find this rental for Spring Break 2022. The condo was just as described in the listing, very clean and comfortable. There is a well equipped kitchen and the beds were ok to sleep on (did not pull out the sofa bed). The beach was close enough to walk to (about .37 mile away). Plenty of shopping nearby (CVS, Winn Dixie, pizza, Thai, etc.). Pools were small but clean. We would definitely book this condo again.

Everything was very good here and as promised, but no view at all. Clean pool, very well equipped kitchen, and beach supplies, everything nearby from beaches to grocery to restaurant.
One big complaint, bed seemed new, but way too soft for my needs.

Property is amazing
Tina was a huge help and very quick with her response. We even extended our stay because the days were available. Everything was very clean. The guest room has toys for the toddler and beach essentials. Gated community was very nice and fishing was extremely convenient. We will be back!

The condo is well equipped with linens, kitchen items and beach/pool items. Easy walk to the beach and surrounding neighbourhood. Great restaurants and shops to enjoy at John's Pass. The park across the road is wonderful!

Excellent!!
We had such an amazing vacation! The condo is exactly like the post, check in was super simple! We had trouble getting through the gate our first time and two different couples from the club out walking, came over to help us, everyone was so friendly!
The gated community was awesome, our daughters, 8 & 11, felt comfortable bouncing around together and I wasn't worried. The walk to the beach, grocery store, liquor store and CVS was all short and enjoyable.
We had a couple questions while we were there and Tina replied immediately each time, she has been super to work with. I recommend renting this unit, it us right next to one of the pools which was really nice. We grilled 4 or 5 times and there is a nice tabe by the grill

Madeira Beach Yacht Club Unit 380F
Everything was excellent. The unit has been recently totally upgraded. Extremely clean, anything you might need for a beach vacation was provided, beach chairs, plastic cups, cooler, etc. I would have given an over rating of 5 stars except that all of the beds need new mattresses. Otherwise, I can't find a thing to complain about.

Great condo!!!
We stayed here 3 weeks. Condo was comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary items we needed. The pools were never crowded and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk. You can walk to grocery store and liquor store. You never hear any noise from the condos around you. We had one incident with a slow drain and we called Tina and it was fixed pronto! We would definitely stay here again, Easy to obtain keys after hours as we arrived late. There are small restaurants/bars right by the condo that you can walk to and the food is delicious, This is an excellent place to stay.

Beautiful Madeira beach yacht club
This our fifth time visiting Madeira beach and staying at MBYC. Our condo was very good. Well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday.
We would have no hesitation returning or recommending this condo to family and friends.
There is also a nice small balcony.
Our favourite part of MBYC is sitting on the pier watching the dolphins.
A very relaxing and peaceful location.

Spring Break 2019
Me and my four grandchildren visited Madeira Beach for spring break of 2019. We had a blast, loved the area, everything within walking distance of the condo we stayed at which was perfect.
Our accommodations were perfect for us. Everything we needed was right there in the condo, including beach towels, chairs, pool toys. One of the resort pools was right beside our unit which was great.

Condo was very nice. Met our needs. Beds were comfortable. Condo was clean.
The only thing I would change is the table. It looks very nice but knees were bumped frequently. My husband had to sit sideways at the table.
Hot tub is too hot. Temperature could be lowered.

It was a lovely apartment and as it appeared in the pictures. The location was good. It was next to the pool and not far from the beach. The children enjoyed the pool and there were some buckets, spades and other beach equipment that we could use.
There was a supermarket nearby and several places to eat and drink.There was also a play area opposite and crazy golf nearby. A lovely place to relax.

Beautiful condo
Very nice condominium! It was very clean and stocked with everything that you need. Has plenty of clean towels, sheets, dishes. Huge plus is laundry in the bathroom and swimming pool right next to this building. Beds are so comfortable. Lots of toys and stuff for beach so we didn’t have to buy anything extra for kids. We really enjoyed our stay here and will recommend this place to our friends!

Immaculate modern condo!
This condo is beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. It is within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, dollar store, and liquor store. It has everything you need to get started in the kitchen including dishes, pots and pans, utensils, linens, paper products and cleaning supplies. In addition, the pantry has coolers for your use and a number of kitchen products and gadgets. The bedroom closets contain ample linens, beach towels, extra pillows, boogie boards, pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs, and sporting equipment for use at the park next door. This condo is in a wonderful location on Madeira Beach and is in close proximity to so many other areas such as beautiful Clearwater, John’s Pass Boardwalk, the Tampa Bay Rays, Busch Gardens, St. Petersburg and so much more! We had a wonderful vacation and definitely plan to come again.

A great place
4 of us stayed at 380F april 24 to may 11th 2018, it is a beautiful condo, everything there you need, a great location, a short walk to CVS pharmacy, Win Dixie supermarket, dollar store , liquor store, a snack shop and the beach, we went for a walk most every evening , it was so beautiful to see all the boats and saw dolphins jumping a couple of times, we all enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, we have stayed at many places on the gulf boulevard , this condo is definitely one of the best, we will go back .

Perfect Condo
This condo was absolutely perfect!! Great location and everything we could possibly need to enjoy our vacation. Sofa, master bed, etc. were nice & cozy and the place is nicely decorated. Lots of space to keep your luggage and other personal items. Kitchen is well equipped with items needed for meal prep so cooking in was a breeze. Very short walk to the beach and for the days you just want the pool, there are 2 right there. People at the club are very friendly as well. Even the cleaning lady was very nice and responsive. Would definitely recommend renting this condo!

Very quiet and a beautiful condo
This is a very nice condo close to the ocean. It has everything you will need for your getaway. We didn’t have to buy things we were expecting to buy because it was already in condo for us to use. So much to do in the area if you don’t want to spend the day at the pool. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Perfect!
We loved our stay at this condo! Our family with two boys age 7 & 9 loved fishing off the dock. We caught a wide aray of fish, an eel, a stingray, and even a small shark! The dolphins visited the dock each evening and it was so peaceful to listen to them. The locals were very welcoming and we felt right at home in this condo. We were walking distance to the beach, stores, and park. We would have liked a water view but we were at the beach and fishing dock so much that we really didn’t miss it. Our week long stay was way too short and we are already planning for our return! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful condo!
