Location is excellent The amenities and shopping near by are excellent The hotel is a very peaceful place to stay. Gym and Breakfast are very nice . The hotel is very nice and clean👍

Breakfast is pretty dead food. No fresh veggies or fruits. Everything is prepackaged and screams: “cheap”

Good proximity to airport, comfy bed, cable tv so could watch football, shuttle bus worked well.

Call the front desk with no answer many times
Arrived at airport at 300 am and phoned hotel many times to try and find out why the shuttle was not at airport or how much longer it would be as I waited 25 minutes
Nobody answered phone and I waited but no shuttle so had to pay 20 for a cab to hotel to get to my car

Airport Shuttle unreliable - Oct 31 - 6:05 shuttle had not appeared by 6:15 - so had to take taxi!
This cannot happen with flight commitments.
Also - thermostats do not seem to be as good as necessary. Difficult to find settings, not in centigrade & fan comes on/off continuously - blasting cold air in major burst the completely shut off - the blasting cold air - assume it has to to keep temperature even? Very loud & does not allow comfortable sleep.

Very clean, we checked in around 1am after our wedding and had a very quick and friendly check in. Very nice and clean pool facility.
We would have loved some hashbrowns or potatoes at breakfast.

The coffee maker in the room is crap. Didn’t work and the coffee itself is terrible. We had an early morning flight - good coffee is important.
One of my face cloths was not properly laundered. When i wet it it was full of soap - like if was not rinsed or had actually never been washed following use.

The WiFi access was terrible. I was not able to update any of my feeds, make calls to family.

Convenient location close to the Edmonton International Airport. I did not get a chance to use the facilities but they looked nice. I would stay again.
Towels could have been softer. They felt more like cheaper motel towels opposed to nicer hotel towels. It's not a deal breaker, though.

It’s close to the airport. Rooms are big and clean. Staff is friendly.
Breakfast is a bit limited to only a few choices and you eat from paper boards and with plastic cutlery. Cutting with the knife is impossible.
Breakfast is definitely not the highlight of the hotel.
