The location as it is such an easy walk around the town.

The cleanliness. Mould on the fridge, dark hairs all over the white wall tiles and in the bathroom vanity. Floors didn’t look like they had been clean. As soon as you walked in the door you could smell a musty smell. All round the place didn’t not look like it had been cleaned at all.

Close to centre

The location is perfect with a close walk to restaurants and shops. I could see that the owners have a vision with the improvements they had made. ie new furniture and throws provided for the chalet. The bed was comfortable. I really like the love seat in the bedroom as well. Love the fact that the chalet has a fireplace. Breakfast was not provided even though it states B&B on the sign but we ended up eating in town (we did not book a room with breakfast as we did not think they provided breakfast). We had breakfast at Maddison's one morning - it was not so great but loved The General Cafe next to the general store the following morning.

Upon arrival it looked like someone was halfway through taking out the plastic tags off one of the throws and had forgotten about it. I was finding these tags on the lounge for most of the weekend. We arrived during daylight however the lights outside the chalets did not come on at night so we had to use a torch to make our way down the stairs on our way to dinner. The stairs inside the chalet are quite narrow and steep which meant that there was no way we were going to carry out suitcase upstairs to the where the suitcase stand was. Also a bit scary when having to go downstairs in the middle of the night as the steps are small and narrow - just hold on to the railing real tight and you'll be right. The tv in the chalet was tiny - I have not seen one that small anywhere but having said that we did not go there to watch tv. The bathroom has a got a modern feel but we found the vanity a bit small - not much room for the toiletries bag and the shower is very close to the window which means that you're almost touching the window/shower curtain when you're trying to wash yourself.

It was super close to the centre of the town. Really nice apartment i loved the layout and the bedroom was amazing! i would visit again

leaving some milk in the fridge for the cups of teas
