Fraîchement décoré et avec 2 piscines, courts de tennis, restaurant / bar sur place, aire de jeux pour enfants et marché, vous serez tentés de rester à quelques pas de la célèbre vieille rue commerçante de La Carihuela avec un merveilleux choix de boutiques et de restaurants. À quelques pas de plus, vous êtes sur la plage de 2 kilomètres de La Carihuela, où vous pouvez vous promener sur le Paseo, manger dans l'un des célèbres Chiringuitos de Carihuela ou simplement vous prélasser au soleil. Les merveilleuses améliorations apportées à ce bel appartement incluent toutes les nouvelles portes et fenêtres en 2017 et une nouvelle cuisine et salle de bain en janvier 2018. De plus, nous avons remplacé les anciennes garde-robes à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pour nous assurer qu'elles sont propres et efficaces. Ce que nous avons fait en juin 2018. Internet fibre optique est inclus pour un accès illimité pour accueillir vos adolescents! Fenêtres sur trois côtés offrent une vue imprenable sur la mer et les montagnes avec une vue à 180 degrés sur la Méditerranée depuis le grand balcon.

The apartment is in a residential area which includes a lovely pool and well kept gardens there is also a tennis court, childrens area and a fitness area. There is an on site club that includes a restaurant. There is also an on site supermarket. The apartment is on the ninth floor. The good sized balcony faces East and boasts a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. There is everything for you to enjoy your stay.
We welcomed by Kim who gave us all the information about the apartment and the surroundings. We loved the two weeks we were there and made friends too

Our stay at your condo was wonderful. Your immediate attention to the check in confusion was so kind and unnecessary, but thank you. The only thing that bothered us a little was coming home at night. The lights on the walkway to the apartment do not light up, there was no light in the porch light to see to use the key or lights on the baloney. Minor things, but I thought you would like to know. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us.

Return visit to this property and again it didn’t disappoint. The apartment is extremely clean and well kept and the view from the balcony is amazing. It is extremely close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars of La Carihuela. I will definitely be back again.

Centrally situated for all amenities, the apartment's balcony has 180 degree views of the sea and beach. Internally it is comfortable and is let with pleasing extras as a welcome from the owners. With abundant restaurants bars and shops locally, it is a great place to enjoy Spain's playground.

Lots of fantastic beech restaurants and bars, plus lovely car free streets to explore with more bars and resturants

The apartment has everything you need for a lovely holiday. Ninth floor, with stunning panoramic views over Carihuela bay. Very Comfortable, well decorated and smart apartment. Quiet, despite being in a busy area. Everything you needed close by or in the complex.

Never write these reviews but this time I must. We chose this apartment to spend our holiday for many reasons including good view and nice location but also because of the great reviews from previous customers. They were spot on correct. The apartment was great, cozy and included everything that was described of course, but I really want to ephasize the great communication with the owner and contactperson at the location; everything went super smoothly from the booking all the way to the check out. Thank you again and will definitely be in touch whenever there's a need to spend time in Costa Del Sol.

Great little break
Bright, airy, large, great views, great owner and management company who where both so helpful. Beds comfy, all the facilités were there. My husband was particularly pleased with the TV and all the channels. We were fortunate with the weather, walked miles, and had a lovely stay.

What a fabulous apartment!
We loved our week here. The apartment is so clean and light and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped- especially happy with the coffee machine! Very modern, stylish, simple and practically designed/layout. Best views from the balcony. How lovely watching the sun rise in the mornings over the sea. So relaxing. The pool and grounds are lovely (huge pool- still warm enough to swim in late October) and it’s a really friendly safe complex. Great area for eating, shopping, walking and of course beaches! Communication with both Theresa and Kate was excellent- felt very well looked after. I really hope we can return next year. Thanks so much!

A lovely apartment.
We stayed in this apartment for 9 nights.
All communication was fast and friendly. The owner was very accomodating with early check in/late check out. Key collection was easy.
The apartment has 3 lifts to reach 9th floor and there was always one available when we called it.
The apartment is fresh, clean and modern with comfy beds, coffee machine, great tv channels and wifi, The owner had left a welcome pack to get us started which was great. Very secure locks. There are beach chairs/parasol etc games, books available.
The view from the balcony was fantastic (the sea and the rooftop pool across the road ).... The sunrises are stunning.
The lcation is very central, you could be in the bustle and on beach in a few minutes. There are a couple of good supermarkets within a few mins walk.
If you book this and plan to prepare any food take some seasoning, herbs, oil etc to save having to buy big packs.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Quiet, excellent location and very clean
We have spent 2 weeks in this condo with a magnificient view of the ocean. It is very close to nice beaches and to numerous restaurants and bars. The condo is well maintained. The owner, as well as the property managers, are extremely helpful. There is also some entertainment within the complex.

Our home away from home
We have just returned from our second stay at this wonderful apartment. A fantastic experience from booking right through until we reluctantly left at the end of our stay. Theresa the owner always responds quickly to any questions and is so friendly, nothing is too much trouble.
The apartment is perfect and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and we made more use of it this time as we visited over the Christmas period, so chose to have a meal or two in the apartment at night. But, with lots of restaurants literally on your doorstep, you need never use the kitchen if you do not want to. The location is top class. You are a minute or two away from shops, restaurants and bars, with a 10-15 minute walk in either direction to either a marina or Torremolinos. Every day we enjoyed a morning coffee on the large balcony watching the sun rise over the sea and felt truly spoilt. We are so pleased to have found this apartment and will definitely be back!

Modern apartment in a great location, fantastic view.
We were looking for a home from home for 3 weeks in November 2019 and we were not disappointed this is an excellent apartment really well equipped and well located. The view from the balcony is fabulous. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. A promenade lined with restaurants and shops allows easy walking to Benalmadena and Torremolinos.
We hired a car and visited Malaga, Sevilla, Cordoba, Nerja, Frigliana, Marbella. Parking is a bit tricky but we always managed to find a place on the street near the apartment block.
I enjoyed using the high speed wifi to stream video and watch Youtube during our visit.
We would definitely choose this apartment next time we visit this area.

Outstanding home from home luxury!!
This apartment is simply fantastic. It’s immaculately clean, more than well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday and in an amazing, convenient location.
We have just spent 9 nights here and we cannot fault it. The whole booking process from beginning to end was seamless with the owner, Teresa, an absolute star. She was efficient, informative and reliable at responding and literally at the end of an email if anything was needed. The check in procedure and contact from Kate (property management) was equally as brilliant and she was available at any time for any queries or assistance.
The apartment itself is beautiful with plenty of space to ‘spread out’ with two children in tow. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and bars is literally a 2 minute walk, yet the location is still quiet. Being located on the top floor allows stunning views across the Mediterranean with ample space on the terrace to sit and relax.
The welcome package (including bread and milk etc) was a lovely gift of goodies to receive after a long evening of travelling - very much appreciated.
Overall, we cannot wait to return to this apartment, La Carihuela and this area of Torremolinos. Thank you, Teresa, (and Kate) for providing such great accommodation and for helping make our holiday one to remember. We look forward to seeing you, hopefully, next year. 10/10. The Sherwood family xxx

A fabulous stay in the most perfect apartment
We loved our stay in this gorgeous apartment. The property is very spacious and very well equipped. You can see that the owner has thoughtfully upgraded this apartment and it has everything one might need. Theresa is an absolute pleasure to liaise with, offering a friendly service together with welcoming staff in the form of Sue. The apartment was spotlessly clean, air con worked perfectly for the very hot temperatures we had and the double bed was so comfy.
Stacks of space and hangars for clothes, a powerful shower in a light and airy bathroom, Fantastic natural light throughout the apartment.
The location is brilliant, just 1 minutes walk from the beach and all the restaurants and bars – you are spoilt for choice.
The views from the spacious balcony are just heavenly, be it watching the sun rise in the morning, to enjoying tapas in the late evening sun looking across to Malaga in one direction and Benalmadena marina in the other. It has been said in another review that this apartment is the best in the block, I agree 100%. We spent an hour or two each evening relaxing with a glass of wine on the balcony before heading for a late supper, it was so incredibly relaxing.
I would say that anyone booking this apartment has made the perfect choice. We will certainly be back.

From the initial request to entering the door of this beautiful apartment the entire process was a breeze.
The apartment is wonderful with amazing views. The complex is very safe and secure.
Wi-Fi is a great bonus and the AC kept us all cool.
Very convenient to bars and restaurants and a supermarket within 5 mins.
Communication from Theresa and Sue was amazing.

Fabulous high spec apartment in a brilliant location!
This apartment absolutely exceeded our expectations. Lovely and spacious, airy and spotless. Situated in a brilliant location on the top floor - very private and had amazing panoramic views of the sea. Literally a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and a huge selection of restaurants. The area felt both cosmopolitan and authentic. We are a family of 4 with children aged 9 and 11. Plenty for this age group to do. As well as the beach and large pool we hired electric scooters to explore the promenade and harbour; went on a mini boat trip; walked to the nearby park on the hill and spent a day at the waterpark. Communication with Theresa (the owner) and Sue (local agency) was great both before and during our stay. Will definitely be returning!

Family holiday
This property was exactly as advertised. All facilities provided were brand new, exceeded our expectations and the apartment was spotlessly clean quiet and secure. The property was convenient for the beach and for all local restaurants, supermarkets and bars. There was a wide range of eating options nearby and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Theresa was fantastic to deal with and quick to respond to all of our questions and she showed great flexibility around arrival and departure times which was much appreciated.

Another lovely holiday in this apartment
This was our second holiday in this apartment. We love the large balcony with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views and the sun. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable and spacious , with a lovely king size bed in the main bedroom.
Everything you may need is provided in the kitchen, and there is a lovely view from the kitchen window.
Easy access to the lovely prom and all the shops, cafes, and restaurants, and onto the top road to catch a bus to Malaga or Mijas.
If any small problems may arise Sue is always on hand to help and advise. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Thank you for a wonderful introduction to Torremolinos . This apartment is a well appointed two bedroom apartment ! Views of beach and the mountains are spectacular ! Diverse entertainment such as tennis courts and pool with plenty of lounging chairs .
Loved the proximity to the great tapas restaurants and the board walk!
