Captains Quarters 112 est un magnifique condo avec une vue magnifique! Ce condo de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complète est �� quelques pas de l'océan, et ���� quelques minutes des restaurants, des boutiques et des activit��s. Les installations comprennent une piscine, un court de tennis, un garage et un parking, une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité et une connexion Internet sans fil.
Réveillez-vous au lever du soleil à travers le magnifique plancher de mur de fenêtres de la suite principale! Le lit king size fait face aux fenêtres offrant une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Un curseur vous donne acc��s à la terrasse face à l'océan.
Le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine offrent une vue sur l'océan loin au nord! Le mur de curseurs s'ouvrent sur la grande terrasse. Le canapé-lit est un point de vue confortable pour regarder les vagues ou la télévision haute définition.

This condo was great in accommodating our large family with 3 King beds & 2 roll aways but it could use some renovation. The tile is pretty dingy, baseboards are beaten up, and bathrooms are small and in need of a facelift.

We had lots of room for our family of eight. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful beach. I would recommend some dish towels for the kitchen. I bought some and left them there for the next guest. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

This was a great location for our family vacation. My father uses a walker and the access to the unit via the elevator was great. The condo is spacious with good access to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped even though I didn’t care for the skinny silverware and one of the kitchen drawers sticks. It could use more than one dish towel and more than 2 hand towels. Lots of bath towels and wash clothes. Bring your own beach towels. Beds and furniture were comfy. Overall this place is great and I would rent it again. It is right on the beach and close to downtown St Augustine and stores.

Met here with family to explore St. Augustines. Location was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. It took us a little bit to figure out how to get in (go into the garage and up the elevator) as we thought we could just park and go up the stairs from the outside. Very much enjoyed our stay!

The view from the Master Bedroom is second to none! It's 20 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and the Seafood Kitchen across the street is a great and fairly priced option for dinner. The parking spot for this unit is located directly below the unit and is just a few steps from the front door. Having 3 bedrooms allowed our girls to have their own rooms. The sunrise on the patio is beautiful and having coffee out there each morning was amazing!

This was a great property. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were so comfortable here for a week. Wonderful furnishings and everything we needed. The parking spot is perfectly placed near the condo which was an added bonus.

Exceeded Expectations
What a beautiful condo with stunning ocean views! Right on gorgeous beach with white sand. So peaceful and quiet, it’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer. Condo accommodated all 6 adults and 2children very well. All bedrooms were large, comfortable, and nicely decorated for a beach getaway. Marty was very responsive and prompt with the info for check in. Will keep this property saved and hopefully come back soon in the near future. 🙏🏻

Quite pleasant, a little dated
This really was a nice stay. The king beds were all very comfortable. The view was nice....it would have been better if the windows were clean. Spacious unit. For the price could have been a little more updated. But everything worked, good stove, good dishwasher and fridge, AC worked though a little loud, good location. Gopher tortoise and rabbits right outside the window. Was quiet. Next to gorgeous dunes. Missing a good frying pan/skillet, knives are all dull, but otherwise very well stocked. We had a relaxing stay. There are no ceiling fans in this unit so if you need that to sleep, be warned. TV in one of the rooms wouldn't connect to cable, I called the office number but never heard back about it. Plenty of linens. Not facing directly toward the ocean, at an angle, and you can't see over the dunes, but still, very nice.

Thanksgiving 2 020with the family
Looks were deceiving. The great beach views are the focus of the pictures online and we discovered that is on purpose. While the bedrooms are extremely large, cooling them was an issue ... no ceiling fans in the unit didn't help. The old fans in the closet look like they came from an attic. They had such an accumulation of dust we were hesitant to use them. Hard getting around in the master suite bathroom because all the space was put into the bedroom. Can't imagine staying here in the summer and trying to cool this unit for my family. Amazing views of the beach, but the beach goers from this condo can also look at you ... in your bedroom ... window verticals didn't work so well and some of the vertical pieces kept falling off despite are constant attempts at rehanging the vertical pieces.

We visited during off peak season and enjoyed everything about our stay. Property was well maintained and listing was accurate.. Ocean view was beautiful. Our girls enjoyed watching the gopher tortoises from the boardwalk as well.

This place was not as it stated, you cannot hear the ocean and can only see beyond all of the dunes. It was dirty, the sheets, towels, comforter, shower curtain, bath tub rusted, etc. We will not go back.

Christmas at the beach
The weather could have been a little warmer but it was a great week. I would like to alert you to a potential problem in Captains Quarters 112. In the shower by the laundry when you switch it full shower, I noticed the water beading up on the ceiling and temporarily bubbling up the paint. I thought it might be condensation,but it starts as soon as you turn the shower on. I think there might be a leak in the pipe yo the showerhead. It's not serious now but might get worse in the future. Thank you for a great visit!

The property was as presented. It is a beautiful location and a comfortable condo. The master bedroom has a fantastic view of the ocean. Enjoyed the close proximity to the ocean and the balcony. Working with Marty was easy as he was very responsive and helpful. My family and I had a wonderful time and will be back....

A few days with friends.
Tying to unpack when approached by your RUDE property manager. We had no clue what your rules for unpacking were so the second car pulled into garage very temporarily to unpack. Would have been nice if you had sent her to “charm school” before hiring!. Condo was tired & unkept. Furniture was very dirty.

This Condo has a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach is only steps away. There is so much to do in St. Augustine. So meany great restaurants and things to do.
Just down the same street the condo is on is my favorite restaurant in St. Augustine (Saltwater Cowboys) . You must give it a try!
Cowboys is always our first stop when we are back in town.

Could've been better
The condo was spacious and in a great location. however, it was less than clean. The floors hadn't been mopped, the towels were stained and tubs had mildew. We had to purchase cleaning materials to clean ourselves and found items left by previous guests under the bed.

Family Vacation
We had a great family vacation! The location is perfect. The short walk to the direct beach access is great, the view from the condo is beautiful. The cleaning could have been better. Dust and cobwebs noticeable in spots. And the furniture didnt seem as if it was moved for through cleaning. Great space overall. Had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Spacious and Clean
Our stay at Captains Quarters Room 112 was wonderful. The room was clean, they had everything we needed for our stay, and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us staying there. There was plenty of parking in the visitors spaces for our second car and boat. The complex was quiet and family friendly. The pool was big enough and was never crowded. The room itself could use a little updating but everything else was great. One thing i will say that took us some time to figure out, the coffee maker is a kuerig and the needle that pokes the hole in the bottom of the K cups is broken. We spent a few mornings poking our own holes in the bottom of our K cups before discovering the refillable K cup in one of the drawers. This is something that would have been nice for management to point out at the beginning of our stay. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and plan to return in the future.

The condo was just as advertised. There was plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. Parking was convenient. Pool was nice. Beach access was easy. We would definitely stay again if we return to Saint Augustine.
