La chambre principale dispose d'une toute nouvelle salle de bains privative et sort par une porte coulissante sur une belle piscine chauffée neuve avec une étagère solaire décalée. La tablette solaire, plus bouillonnante, mesure environ 6 po de profondeur, ce qui en fait une aire de jeux idéale pour les petits enfants. La piscine est tout simplement immense, couvrant presque tout l'arrière de la maison. Vous pouvez facilement faire des tours dans cette fantastique piscine de 32 pieds de long sur 11 pieds de large.
La maison comprend de nouveaux meubles contemporains, une nouvelle buanderie, de nouveaux téléviseurs dans toutes les chambres ainsi qu'un téléviseur HD 60 pouces dans le salon, une connexion Wi-Fi ultra-rapide, des vélos et des jouets de plage… essentiellement tout ce dont vous avez besoin des vacances fabuleuses.
Situé à l'est de l'Intracostal à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de la plage (5-10 min à pied). L'entrée de la plage la plus proche est un parc avec des bancs et des douches ainsi qu'un parking pratique pour les voitures ou les vélos si vous ne voulez pas marcher. Le tronçon de plage le plus proche est très privé, avec certaines des meilleures plongées en apnée en Floride car le récif de corail est très proche de la plage.

My husband, two children (ages 4 & 6), and I had a fantastic stay! Location is extremely close to the beach (even for the little legs we were traveling with!) but far enough to not hear any noise in the evenings. The pool/hot tub were beautifully maintained and sitting area was just lovely. We simply had the best time and will definitely be back, if/when we find ourselves in the area again. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great stay at this house! Can easily walk to town, and the pool was a big draw. Nice bedrooms and overall layout too. The check-in process was confusing, however (we arrived at the 4 pm check-in time, but no one was there and no code had been sent; but that was sorted out by 4:30 and we were in). Great place to stay in LBTS!

We stayed a week in the house. Overall we thought the house was overpriced for what it offered. Upon arrival the house did not present well and would benefit from some upkeep and cleaning on the outside. Inside the house we found that the house needed to be cleaned and needs some updates. From a cleanliness perspective we found the following:
1) Mold around the ring of the washing machine
2) Bath fans were caked in dirt and hair
3) some of the bed sheets had blood and other stains on them
4) blankets in the closet were dirty. We found two of the blankets with food stains.
5) The couch had stinky spots on it
6) utensils had food residue on them
The air conditioner worked at the house but ran the entire time. On a couple of the days it was 88-90 degrees the house struggled to stay at 73. We called the owner and he sent over an HVAC technician. Tech looked at the unit and noted the issue was lack of insulation in the attic.
The good of the house:
1) quiet neighborhood
2) walking distance to beach and downtown restaurants (Lauderdale by the sea is a great area)
3) Pool and hot tub were great - heat worked well
4) plenty of pool and beach toys, beach umbrella and chairs were a plus as well
5) host was good but did get a little combative when we asked about the cleanliness and AC
Overall, we wanted to like this house but the cleanliness and AC issues will keep us from staying here again.

Had a great time staying at this location! Was in a great location with lots to do around the area. Best way to relax after a long day on the beach in in the pool and jacuzzi! Overall great experience, can’t wait to be back!

This was the second time that we stayed here. super Clean place, very comfortable mattress's. Our kids enjoyed the pool and short walks to the ocean.

Great place location ,everything what you need is in the house ,short walk to the beach we enjoyed outside a lot ,the only thing we were disappointed was jacuzzi hot tub it didn't work all our 10 day stay even we were setting up everything correctly, texted manager he responded only once ,and the other times never got back to us, so all evenings after dinner and pool we have to spend inside by tv,otherwise everything was great

This house is very cute in a very nice neighborhood. Publix is very close by, as is the beach/restaurants. The pool and hot tub were beautiful also. Great for a small-medium size group or family. The house does struggle to stay cool, the temp inside frequently went up to 80 degrees.

Overall a great stay. The property manager was very attentive and kind. The house was as advertised and very comfortable. The pool was The location is good especially with the three bikes that were in the garage. A nice sturdy wagon in the garage was super helpful as well as 5 beach chairs and an umbrella. The pool was fantastic. We were however disappointed that the hot tub never worked during our entire stay despite many follow up calls. The AC also did not perform well. We were gone most afternoons but evenings were tough as the unit did not cool lower than 76 until middle of the night.

Home was in a good location, short walk to downtown Lauderdale by the Sea area. More amenities than most VRBO homes we have stayed in before. Host was prompt in response to questions. Nice home that would comfortably accommodate 6-7 people.

Loved this property for myself and family. Everything was as pictured. The house was very clean. The highlight for my family was the heated pool/jacuzzi. We stayed outside ALL day! My kids had so much fun! Great family home to rent. I felt comfortable having young children in the space. Wasn’t too posh where I was on eggshells not wanting them to “touch anything”. But was modern enough for my adult design taste. We lived in the house as we do our own home. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was a short distance away. Great restaurants and grocery stores conveniently located. The mosquitoes in sunny Florida were in full force so I’d recommend a citronella candle or some kind of mosquito repellent when in the pool area. Check-in process was easy but gave it 4stars bc we used a code only(no key) and the batteries ran out on us the last night. Luckily a door in the back was left unlocked and we were able to get in. The owners were very responsive when told about the issue. Lastly, the house was fully equipped with seasonings for cooking,coffee,beach/pool towels & accessories. I will be returning next year with my family. Highly recommend!!!

The house was spacious, the grounds were well-maintained and the pool was clean and the pool area was very private. The house was modern, but the furniture was ALL wooden and not so comfortable for long periods of time. The second bathroom was not updated, but the master bath was GREAT ! The Property Manager was very helpful when needed. We had a wonderful stay! Can't wait to book for next year.

This property is exactly as it looks. Perfect for my group of 5 that traveled in April 2023. The house is located centrally to a Publix and the center of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. So many cute restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance! Would recommend!

We stayed here with our 3 kids and really enjoyed the house. Due to the rain, we spent a lot of time at the house and were very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Great house for families!

Lauderdale By The Sea is a great area for families. The neighborhood was safe and the pool area was beautiful. The house itself was moderately furnished and a few areas needed a better cleaning. Overall we had a great trip and the house accommodated our needs.

Property needs updating in the hallway bathroom, a deep clean everywhere, and repair work throughout. The stay was worth it since we mostly just stayed in the pool and that was a nice space along with the location to restaurants, shops, and beach.

Great property. We had a great stay. Just a 10 min walk to the beach and to the grocery store. about a 15 min walk to the Lauderdale by the Sea pier area. Great food in the area. Pool and hot tub were nice and refreshing.

My family and I just returned home from a stay at this property. The home was very clean and looks just like the pictures. The pool is very large, and floats, toys, etc were provided. The jacuzzi was awesome, with a temperature that could be adjusted. We really enjoyed it at night.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet and a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants, shops, etc.
The only negative is the beach supplies. The bottom of both umbrellas were broke and there were only 2 decent beach chairs. The beach isn't really walkable with no beach cart to haul these things. The pool area was so nice though, we chose to spend our days there.
Also, you need to keep an eye out for the iguana that likes to show up at the pool each afternoon. We thought it was cute until it swam across the jacuzzi and left a pile of poop. We chased it away easily after that.

We picked this location because of how close it was to both Fort Lauderdale and Miami airports. The short walk or drive to the beach were a major bonus. Our 7 and 4 year old loved the pampano Beach with the playground and splash pad. It was only a short drive. The pool and hot tub were a hit. Our kids didn't want to leave the house. The neighborhood was quiet and it was an easy walk to groceries and restaurants. There are a lot of beach supplies in the garage and pool toys that kept our kids entertained. We had to buy a small fan for night time since there are no ceiling fans in the house. The house could use a deep cleaning but nothing unexpected since it's a vacation rental. I would definitely return to this place.

We had a 17 night stay at the villa …we got back home to the UK Saturday just gone …Arrived at the villa around 10pm Tuesday 12th July …was text the entry number to front door which was fine …the next morning we notice handle to kitchen sliding doors was broke from outside ( which agent must have been aware of as a handyman turned up to fix) which was great until we went to look up that evening! The handy man had drilled a massive screw through so the latch couldn’t move up be locked …wasn’t a happy bunny as had to leave unlocked all night and as a mother with 3 kids with her made for a very restless night .
My husband and dad had to take handle off from inside and remove screw for it to lock .The TV wouldn’t work either so carried on messaging agents ..I believe Kevin turned up on Thursday for meet and greet ! He changed cable on tv which was lovely as missed having tv in evening…Villa itself is lovely very close to shops,Bars and restaurants could do with a little TLC more so outside there’s a few lose and uneven tiles around pool not good for older visitors …was told they need the pool area clear for 24hrs to fix lose tiles properly (then this should be done between rentals as I’m not the first review to mention them) could do with a few extra lights other side of pool was quite dark out there .
3 days in and filter and pump stopped working in pool it started Turing green ! When we managed to get hold of one of the agents we was told pool guy will be with you by end of the day ( he didn’t turn up ) So I stopped dealing with Kevin and rung Gino …. The pool guy turned up the day after …so we had no pool for 2/3 days …pump was changed and had no problems after that apart from the friendly rather large Iguana that started pooing in the pool ( which nothing could be done about Unfortunately ) apparently Florida are over run with them we did find Ace hardware shop 2 mins down the road and bought some Repellent to spray around back hedges and some extra chlorine for the pool as iguana pool carriers a lot of Bacteria and stuff ! Apart from these few hiccups in first few days we enjoyed our stay at the villa ..Beds were very comfortable and there’s plenty of towels,sheets and bed covers ..Aircon was great in the villa as it was so 85/90 the whole holiday .

The pool is AMAZING!!!
We (three couples) recently returned from a week at this property. Honestly we could have stayed in a shoebox and the pool would have made it worth it, but the house itself was great, too. This pool… huge, clean, different depths, a hot tub (we mainly used just to sit in the water), pool toys, giant patio… it’s where we spent the vast majority of our time. It’s so private, you forget you have neighbors. The neighborhood is lovely and in a great location. Ten minute walk to restaurants and shops. Under 15 minute walk to Anglin’s Pier, the beach, and to Walgreen’s (very important when you don’t have a car). The bikes were great to use for quick rides, too (and the area had great bike lanes). My only recommendations would be to put mirrors in the second and third bedrooms and to put up hooks to hang towels, bathing suits, etc. I’d rent this again in a heartbeat!

Good place to stay
We were pleased with our stay here! House looked exactly like the pictures and was clean and welcoming! It is in a good location and the family was able to walk to several different places! The pool was great! Very clean and inviting! The only negative I had was the thermostat! The house is cool enough at night for sleeping but during the day, the temperature in the house never got below 77! Unfortunately, I got sick during the week there and would have felt more comfortable if the temperature could have been a little cooler inside the house! But I will add, I am usually hot all the time too! Had I been able to go outside and swim, it wouldn’t have bothered me with the house temperature during the day! Other than that, it was perfect, well stocked and I would definitely stay here again in the future! The people I dealt with were all very friendly and quick to respond!
