Without water, roaches, the smell of urine and weed. Men in the parking lot dancing with bottles of alcohol

The location and bed was comfortable.

Too many “suspicious looking Men” that hung around and stay there! Didn’t feel that safe! But made it through the week.

no trash bin, cockroach every where, noisy every night, drug infested no security.

They never came and saw us. Two weeks never saw one cleaning lady or a knock on the door to ask if we needed our room cleaned or anything. They never knew our name

No real breakfast when we physically live there looking for a home and working.

That the room was liveable, if you are not too squeamish. That there's soda vending machines, a ice maker, and a laundry area. I haven't actually been to them but I'd assume they work fine.

Room did not look like how it does in the pictures, roaches, stove hardly works, the smell, hot water doesn't work during the day, the carpet has a lot of stains and stick spots, the cabinets and refrigerator were filthy, and the fact I didn't get my moneys worth.

Staff was nice & friendly. Any issues that popped up were addressed promptly and fixed just as quick..including after hours issues..maintenance man was AWESOME..I appreciated his promptness..he was great!!

Not being able to get more than one wash rag and one towel..not being able to use coins for washer & dryer..only credit card

Everything is crappy falling apart the floors bubbled the attitude from the staff is not exactly the friendliest most days and the control over customers and who are who they may not have a visit or stop by. I run a company that has a multitude of employees doing different tasks for the community such as landscaping tree work electrical work automotive work etc. so for them to be so nosy as to tell me that there sure is a lot of traffic for your room is quite offensive I thought staying there would be private or at least semi private but when I am asked why so much traffic it lets me know that people are watching meWhen it’s none of their business
