Facilities are getting a touch worn

Breakfast was the best we had at a hotel. Lady that served it up was so nice. I think her name was Gigi or Gia. Overall great experience! We were there to see our grandson graduate from the Army ,and location was great.

Everything! It was the best hotel I've ever been to. I've traveled alot and stayed in ALOT of hotels but our stay here was the best by far.

We did not stay in this hotel. We were moving our daughters from PA to FL in a UHaul. We had planned to stop in Charlotte, NC for our first overnight. However, we were making better time than we had anticipated and elected to drive on to Columbia, SC for our overnight instead. I called the hotel and asked to cancel the reservations while we were enroute. The woman at the reception indicated that she would cancel the reservation (2 rooms) for us at no charge. However, I received an invoice indicating that both rooms had been charged. I'm not sure what happened!

It was extremely close to the SC Archives and History building.

My room was not ready when I arrive. And the housekeeping staff walked in my room after I got a chance to check in minor issues but great facilities

The staff was too trier friendly smiling courteous and helpful I’ve never met more nicer people

The breakfast was outstanding. Have been to many similar type places and they were no where near this quality. Very impressed. Kudos to GiGi for being so friendly and making delicious scones. She is a gem!!!

the only thing that killed it was the bed. not very comfortable, sunk to the middle and had no support and pillows were small.

Gigi and Peter were attentive and caring during breakfast. Hotel was pretty. Rooms were nice.

Front desk staff were rude and did not assign us the room type we paid for. When we addressed this at the desk, they told us we would have to pay MORE for this room-even though my written copy of the confirmation clearly showed the room type. They did not offer options or any empathy at all for the situation. They just blamed it on Booking.com

Right off I77, next to multiple restaurants. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and comfortable bed

The facility was clean, and the staff was very friendly and very professional, and took care of me and my husband in a very professional manner.

Our room was located on the side, where the lights were very bright, and will shine through into the room, which made for a very uncomfortable night sleep after traveling for half of the day.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Night desk attendant Paula was very helpful. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.
