Le Cottage à Twin Notch Farm est une destination relaxante et romantique; un endroit pour échapper au stress quotidien de la vie et découvrir le comté de Loudoun, en Virginie. La ferme est nichée entre les Blue Ridge Mountains et la Catoctin Ridge où vous pourrez profiter de la vie à la campagne sur un vignoble nouvellement créé de Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot et Petit Mensang. Notre chalet est l'endroit idéal pour visiter la plupart des meilleurs vignobles, restaurants, brasseries et distilleries du nord de la Virginie. Ou, profitez de la randonnée, du vélo, des antiquités et des visites de sites dans les magnifiques zones historiques de Virginie, du Maryland et de Virginie-Occidentale. Situé à seulement 60 minutes au nord-ouest de Washington D. C., à 30 minutes de l'aéroport international de Dulles et à 12 minutes du centre-ville historique de Leesburg.
Ce chalet privé de 900 pieds carrés est niché dans un vignoble de Sauvignon Blanc avec beaucoup d'intimité pour profiter du magnifique lever et coucher de soleil sur la campagne vallonnée. Il dispose d'un porche grillagé pour profiter de votre tasse de café le matin et d'un patio privé pour profiter de votre verre de vin en soirée tout en vous relaxant à la ferme. Le chalet dispose de deux chambres. La chambre principale a un lit king size, tandis que la deuxième chambre a un lit queen size. Il y a un canapé-lit gigogne supplémentaire dans le salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour que vous puissiez cuisiner vos propres repas et un barbecue à gaz sur le patio est prêt pour vos barbecues. Le Cottage a la télévision par satellite et Internet.
Nous sommes maintenant à la haute saison, il y a donc un minimum de deux nuits le week-end.
Le chalet est situé sur un vignoble et une ferme équestre opérationnels, donc des restrictions de sécurité s'appliquent tout au long de votre séjour: interdiction de fumer sur la propriété; pas d'animaux de compagnie; pas d'enfants de moins de 10 ans. Aucun grand rassemblement, événement ou fête (c'est-à-dire, brunchs nuptiaux) n'est autorisé, sauf approbation préalable avant votre enregistrement. Aucun enregistrement anticipé ou départ tardif sans approbation préalable. Toute violation de cette politique entraînera la perte du dépôt de garantie.
Des visites à pied du vignoble et de l'écurie sont disponibles pendant votre séjour sur demande.

My wife and I stayed at The Cottage for a month and it did not seem long enough! It was our second time staying there. The setting was breathtaking with the brilliant colors if the changing leaves and horses grazing on the hillside. We love staying here thanks to the thoughtfulness of Nancy. We are looking forward to our next visit.

This was a lovely cottage, with amazing views. It is a bit off the beaten path which would have been great in other circumstances, but I was traveling all over Virginia so the night driving back the cottage was a little nerve wracking, but so beautiful.

Enjoyed our stay at The Cottage! Our host went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our week stay while our daughter was recovering from surgery. The house has everything you need and more. The views were spectacular. Hope we can return soon!

You know that rental cottage where the furniture was the leftovers from grandma's house, the kitchenware came from the chip 'n' scratch bin at Goodwill, and the decor was someone's amateur version of a Salvador Dali painting? Well, this is NOT that place! Everything looked brand new and was spotlessly clean. My wife has back problems and what a relief to find the king bed had a very comfortable feels-like-new mattress. And the setting, surrounded by vineyards and horse pastures, was so quiet and restful we wished we could have spent the whole time just soaking it up from the porch. Our hostess Nancy was very helpful and welcoming as well. We definitely plan to return!.

First time staying here and hopefully it won’t be the last! From the lovely layout of this quaint cottage to the beautiful view off the screen porch our time spent here was too short. The property is perfect for a quiet sleep in after a day of wine tasting or in our case, recover from NYE!
We appreciate the great communication with the owner and fully stocked coffee maker! Can’t say enough about this great place, or maybe I should lay low to ensure there’s availability for us. :)

We had a very enjoyable stay at this cottage. The area is absolutely stunning. We were there over Christmas so really only spent nights in the cottage and were out with family for most of the day. The kitchen appeared well-stocked but we didn’t cook any meals. There is a Keurig coffee maker, with a variety of K-cups provided, which was perfect. The cabin was immaculate, private, and instructions were provided for everything. I appreciated that all of the light switches were clearly labeled!
The couple of miles off the main road directly to the cottage, for me, were a little harrowing (unpaved, no lights, curvy) but my husband felt it was fine. He did find the cottage WiFi to be a little slow and thought it would be handy if there was a streaming stick or some kind of streaming device for the television.
We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank you so much, Nancy.

My experience first we should have privacy to enjoy the owner of property lives next door with remodeling another house and noise of construction and fire place did not work finally we did not enjoy

Our stay at Twin Notch Farm was absolutely lovely! The area the cottage is located is in a beautiful area of northern Virginia and the fact that it is a working vineyard and horse farm made it more special. The hosts Nancy and JC were very welcoming, as well as their feline 20 year old host Squeaker who immediately befriended us! The property was comfortable, clean and a perfect getaway accommodation for my friends and I. Hope to be able to stay again in the near future and highly recommend for others looking to do a little girls getaway close to the wine country in Northern Virginia!

If you are looking for serenity, beauty, and a well appointed kitchen, this is it! The kitchen and bath are all new and gorgeous. The bed is so comfortable. The screened porch is idyllic and the host friendly and accommodating. I doubt you'd find anything any better, and I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's.

If you are looking for serenity, beauty, and a well appointed kitchen, this is it! The kitchen and bath are all new and gorgeous. The bed is so comfortable. The screened porch is idyllic and the host friendly and accommodating. I doubt you'd find anything any better, and I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's.

When we first arrived, I took a walk behind the house to the barn and was pleasantly surprised when 2 horses came around the corner to say “hi”. The views from the porch are to die for. We were looking for some peace and quiet, and we found it. Thank you, Nancy and JC, for making us feel so welcome to your slice of heaven.

We rented this cottage while attending a horse show at Morven Park and the location was perfect. Actually, everything about it was ideal.

We stayed at the country Cottage for a Christmas getaway and it was perfect. The decor is magazine perfect, quite possibly the cutest most picturesque place we’ve ever stayed. The owners were accommodating, we had everything we needed and more. The cottage was extremely clean. The best part, when we arrived there was a beautiful Christmas Tree in the living room. If you get the chance, visit Virginia wine country and stay at the cottage, it is well worth it.
