Bienvenue sur le meilleur de Folly Beach! Lounge dans le hamac sur la véranda spacieuse et profiter de belles vues de Morris Island Lighthouse et couchers de soleil sur la rivière Folly. Bronzer, le crabe, le poisson et observation des dauphins à partir du quai avec dock flottant. Bateau, voile, jet ski, kayak et baignade dans la rivière. Marcher 3 blocs courts à la plage pour profiter des vagues et du sable! Papa Paradise vous propose tout ce qu'on peut souhaiter dans une île de vacances. En outre, vous êtes à seulement 11 pâtés de maisons de l'amusement et de shopping de Center Street et à seulement 20 minutes de l'histoire, le charme et la beauté du centre-ville historique de Charleston.
Notre maison de 3 étages dispose de 3 grandes chambres et 3 salles de bains. L'étage inférieur dispose d'un garage spacieux, et l'espace de vie principal est sur les deuxième et troisième étages. La chambre principale, située au deuxième étage, dispose d'un lit king size, grand walk-in, et la vanité séparée et zone de bain. Les 2 autres chambres sont à l'étage au troisième étage et reliés par une salle de bains jack-et-Jill, chacune avec sa propre vanité privée avec lavabo. Une chambre avec un lit king size, et l'autre a 2 lits doubles.
Un salon spacieux surplombe le grand porche et Rivière Folly. Connected est une grande, de style familial salle à manger et cuisine entièrement équipée.
Il ya un porche magnifique hors de la salle à manger avec une table pour manger al fresco.
Le salon dispose d'un deux grands canapés, dont l'un se retire d'un lit queen, deux fauteuils, une grande télévision, et beaucoup de jeux de la famille, des jouets et des livres.
Le porche se connecte à la fois le salon et la salle de bain principale et est livré avec un hamac et un canapé confortable pour la lecture, sieste, ou tout simplement traîner.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house over Memorial Day weekend. It was so busy in the island but we felt like we had a piece of quiet heaven back on the porch and on the dock. We brought our boat and spent time fishing and paddle boarding right off the dock, watched sunsets and saw so many dolphins! We cannot wait to come back and stay again!

Annual family reunion, had a wonderful time. So much space for all ten of us. Child-proof/safe for the youngest (4 years old). Incredibly easy to use our boat straight off the dock, love the huge kitchen for the food we made every day. Definitely would return.

Beautiful Get-away
The picture do not do justice to the peace and beauty of this low country listing. We canceled plans on our first full day so we could enjoy the dock and nearby beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a great location. A quite cul-de-sac with beautiful river/marsh views. Short walk to the beach. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The rooms are large and we had everything we needed. Would stay again!

We came to Folly for my sister's wedding and a few of the family members stayed here for the weekend. Very spacious kitchen and living area. Quick beach access maybe 2 blocks away. There is a small market right down the road to grab some essentials. The marsh view and sunset are amazing. We sat out there every night to watch the sunset.

Had a great time, this is in a beautiful spot, the back porch and dock can't be beat! Really the only thing that wasn't great was that there were lots of cockroaches on the first floor, especially the master bedroom. We still managed to thouroughly enjoy ourselves and other than that, I give this place 5 stars.

Beautiful view, able to see dolphins. Our stay was too short. We were without power because of a storm and the weather was colder than normal, but we enjoyed a lot of family time cooking meals and playing games.

Christmas at Folly Beach
The place was exactly as advertised - no surprises. Located in a quite area with excellent privacy, large yard next to a canal and long private dock out to the deep water river. The place was very clean and comfortable, plenty big for our family of 5 adults. Kitchen in particular was well appointed and very organized. The owner was very responsive to all communications and questions. Overall a great experience.

Best staycation ever!
We are locals to Charleston and just wanted to get away but didn’t want to go far. We literally left our boat on the floating dock all week. It was so nice to just get up and walk outside hop on the boat and do day or evening boat cruises. This home has amazing views we watch dolphins and wildlife from the screen porch that is the full length of the home.
I would highly recommend and we will be renting this home again we absolutely enjoyed it. Miss Alice was extremely responsive to any emails and questions that I had.

The house is sitting in an amazing setting for fun, sun & relaxation!
Along with this amazing house sitting in the perfect location at Folly, the dock was a fantastic amenity for all! We had such a great time with my family, my sisters and their kids. The house was very spacious for our family of 8 for majority of days and then we added an additional 3 totalling 11 staying in the house. Short drive, walk, golf cart to the beach! Amazing sunsets in the evenings! All around fantastic stay! Can't wait to "get away" in the perfect location again!

Such a great house for our family! Close to beach and the water and dock in back yard. It had everything we needed. Owner is great at communicating and responding! You will not find a more beautiful sunset anywhere!

This house is awesome the location and obviously it’s an older home the kitchen is huge they were gadgets there I never saw in my entire life and I’m 56. TLC please change the carpet and there is a musty smell that I did not realize until I left and had to wash every single piece of clothing because of the smell my purse it’s either just musty or mold but it is an excellent home it needs TLC real bad. My husband and I had a little bit of upper respiratory and didn’t realize it until we left it creeps on yeah that smell

Wonderful location and property
My family and I loved staying at Allison's home. We definitely want to come back. It was so private and in a perfect location. We have stayed in the area many times before but this was by far the best choice for my group.
