Notre belle propriété surplombe la baie de Vanderbilt. 1600 pieds carrés Peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Chambre principale avec lit king size et véranda à écran privé, donnant sur la piscine et la baie de Vanderbilt. Chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen size La propriété a été récemment rénovée (2017), y compris la cuisine et les salles de bains. Le salon principal a également un porche grillagé donnant sur la piscine et la baie. Cabana a un canapé-lit qui peut accueillir deux personnes. Blanchisserie complète, câble et Wi-Fi. Piscine qui n'est partagée qu'avec 5 autres unités. À moins de 2 miles de merveilleux restaurants et divertissements. Directement de l'autre côté de la rue se trouve l'accès à la plage.

The home was very nice & the view of the Bay was excellent. Great location across the street from Vanderbilt Beach. Would definitely go back for another stay.

This condo is locate on a channel facing the east, you can watch the sun rise from your bedroom or kitchen window and walk across the street to the beach and watch the sunset over the gulf. It is fully stocked with whatever pans or utensils you might need to be able to easily cook your meals. Whole Foods and Publix are close by for your shopping. It was clean, updated and quiet. There are 6 units and some of the other owners were there. They are very nice and we enjoyed meeting them. The unit is 3 stories, so there are stairs to get to the kitchen and the bedrooms. It was not an issue for us at all. The location was safe and we walked a lot and rented bikes and rode all over the place. We could store our bikes outside behind the bldg. We golfed several days at various courses around the area. They had beach chairs to take to the beach also. I would recommend this unit to others.

Enjoyed our stay in the Vanderbilt Beach area. Well equipped condo, just a short walk to the beach. By next year all of the construction will be completed and we'll enjoy it even more.

We loved staying here. We were attending our son's wedding at La Playa and this place is with in walking distance. We were able to have 6 of us stay together which helped with cost and was great being together. He had convenient things for us to use. Views were gorgous, could walk to the beach, and enjoyed the pool.

The sandcastle villa is the best of everything we could have needed. My husband enjoyed lots of fishing off the dock, my 16 and 5yr olds enjoyed the pool and beach, while I got to enjoy not having to load up the car every time we wanted to do something. The condo was clean, beds comfy, beautiful sun rise and waterfront views, and had everything we could have needed. This is the perfect location with the bay and pool right out the front door and the beach directly across the street. We will definitely be back!

We have a fantastic stay at this beautiful Naples Condo. There was a slight hiccup upon arrival but these hosts did everything in their power to take care of us. The location is amazing. Great hosts, great property, great location. The only problem was we couldn’t stay longer!
