La propriété dispose de 3 chambres pittoresques (chambre n ° 1: un lit queen, chambre n ° 2: un lit double complet (), chambre n ° 3: un jumeau (lit simple)). Great Stay!
I recently spent two weeks at this vrbo and found the experience to be very positive! The townhouse was as expected: very clean, with amenities as listed, a lovely backyard, and nice neighborhood to walk around.
Henri was very responsive when I had small issues and was at the house within 24 hours. I’d be happy to return if I was in the area again.

Nice property
Great location. Close to Rye, NY, Port Charles and downtown. You could be at any of these destinations in 15 minutes. Property was very clean which was appreciated due to COVID. Seating in living room was great 3 loveseats. Queen bed was a little uncomfortable for me due to my back issues. Would recommend for anyone wanting to go in the Greenwich area. Tip Greenwich beach is closed to visitors due to COVID.

Excellent place to stay in Greenwich
Excellent option for a stay in the Greenwich area. It is a townhouse so just be sure you are ok with stairs. Owner is very hospitable and quick with a response. Very clean.

Great condo & good location
We stayed at this condo to attend some concerts at the Capital Theatre. The condo was in walking distance to the theatre which was great. The condo was extremely clean and the owner was very accommodating for our request for an early check-in and late check-out. The only suggestion I have is that the condo needs a few throw blankets. It was very cold for two days we were there and I was wanting a blanket to curl up on the sofa. If we return for more shows at the Capital Theatre, we will definitely stay here again.

Great location and accommodations
This roomy duplex unit is well-located for driving access to Greenwich / Westchester County area and easy access to Greenwich or Port Chester train stations if using as a base for trips to NYC. We were spending Christmas with family in town and used this for overflow guests. The fully equipped kitchen/great room had plenty of seating, excellent large-screen TV. Bedrooms were fine, nice beds and clean, modern bathrooms. We were there in the winter but the back yard patio and lawn looked inviting nonetheless. As daily walkers, we enjoyed the quiet suburban streets and pretty shoreline in Byram Shore and Byram Park, We highly recommend as a great value to anyone staying in this area.

Charming, well furnished and convenient
Wonderful home in a relaxed neighborhood, great for a couple of friends or a small family. We drove about a half mile to a parking lot on the CT side, and then walked to the Port Chester train station to get into the city. The unit is a duplex with a beautiful kitchen and had everything we needed. Owner always replied quickly to email.
Highly recommended and I would love to stay here again.

We loved staying here! Great location to restaurants, shopping and the train. The home is beautifully remodeled and shows pride in ownership. Very comfortable and spotless. The pretty backyard with grill is perfectly manicured and clean. We had our college daughter and her 3 roommates over for a BBQ and had everything we needed to cook and serve a big home cooked meal. Henri, the owner was very quick to respond to the few questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Well appointed, Clean, Great Location for Port Chester/Greenwich Visit
My wife and I stayed here for three weeks while our house was renovated and were really pleasantly surprised. The house is in great shape, with comfortable beds and all the conveniences one could want. The location is also great...not two minutes from the best restaurants of Port Chester.
The owner is a great guy, and was extremely responsive to our scant requests (thanks again, Henri!).
I would strongly recommend this property for any visit to the Westchester coast, long or short.
