Recent upgrades are nice

It's not a good value. It was too expensive. I have stayed at this location many times over several years, and up until the last 1 - 2 years, it was a decent value for the location. That is no longer true and I won't be staying there in the future

It was well located. Fold out couch was horrible. Bottom of it kept falling down. It was a very depressing room- no decoration , dark and very expensive.

The room was without adornment and ugly. Fold out bed so uncomfortable that our daughter had to come and get in bed with us.

Large room with mini-fridge. Helpful staff. Covered exterior entry, free parking. Location on bus route near train station.

Indoor pool no longer available. It's still the only hotel in Rye - and expensive.

Attractive Marriott property in a decent location right off I95

The Courtyards of old could command those kind of prices because they had great amenities. Now, the room rate is bloated. $20 breakfast, $8 cuppa. I could understand if it was a JW but a Courtyard? And we were literally flooded in the next morning.

Great location, just off the highway. Hotel staff were pleasant and always available. Lobby and room were clean and AC was quiet.

People working are nice. Good access to the parking lot because there are a few doors and can choose closest door. Could you use microwave. Overall enjoyed our stay at Marriott.

Bed sheets are not so clean. Main elevator was out of service so we choose sub elevator which was ok.

It was clean and the room was adequate.

We had a very bad experience upon check in and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was confusion about payment and the front desk clerk was hostile and unwilling to work with us to resolve the issue. The police became involved and as the customer, I felt threatened. I plan to follow up with Marriott corporate as well; we attempted several times during our stay to work with management but they were not as helpful as one would expect. As of now, the payment issue is still not resolved to my satisfaction.

I had mistakenly booked 2 rooms and the staff at front desk were very helpful in resolving this mistake with no penalty

Breakfast was not included but there is a decent café - overpriced though

room was awful and not clean - I found an empty beer can, hair in sink and tub. The A/C was laud and hard to sleep. just terrible

They are renovating the hotel, but the electrics seem to be shady. My room had a crazy high pitch noise that was constant. I called reception who moved me to another room but the new room also had a buzzing noise. Walls are super thin, the couple beside me were fighting loudly till 2am.

Everything felt fresh and up to date.

The doors to the room didn’t have a good stop action to avoid slamming upon closure. And, the restaurant choices seemed more like pub fare. It was disappointing.
