I have used VRBO many times for trips. I have never had a place so exceed even the wonderful photos for this place. It is so exceeds what we expected both in terms of the views and location. Because of its facing we had sunrise and sunset views. The hot tub was perfectly clean and had incredible views. The host was so helpful with hiking suggestions, restaurant suggestions and much more. I will also add that it is so perfectly located that many of the best hikes are at walking distance.

Views were amazing. Home was clean and comfortable. We were looking for a place that was peaceful so that after daily activities we could come back and relax. Early in the mornings we had our coffee out on the deck and watched the deer roaming below. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for beautiful views and a peaceful retreat.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful property with our two adult children. It was such a wonderful home to return to after exploring Sedona each day. The views truly are unbelievably, and cant even be captured with a photo. Its just stunning looking out from the fantastic deck to some of the best sights in Sedona. If you are lucky enough to stay at this lovely home, you will definitely not be disappointed. We LOVED it!

This house is even better in person than the pictures online. The house was immaculate, and there was so much room for our family. The views to the chapel on the hill were spectacular. We ended up walking there because we were so close and there was no parking available. We were centrally located to everything, but in a nice area that avoided most of the Sedona traffic. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

This house is AMAZING! It also has AWESOME views from every room. It is clean and very well furnished. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook whatever you want. The deck is perfect. We hiked a little bit down below the house and there were 3 deer down there! We also drove to Page and did an Antelope Canyon tour which was incredible and well worth the drive.

The house was absolutely beautiful. The views were stunning and location was great. Very close to Chapel of the Holy Cross. Just south of downtown Sedona so no traffic issues and a quick drive to Village of Oak Creek for groceries.
The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The balcony at the house was amazing. We really enjoyed our time out there. It was really a nice bonus to have the hot tub and even white fluffy robes to keep us warm.
The three bedrooms were nicely spaced apart, so everyone could have privacy. The house was very clean and comfortable. We felt so lucky to be there.
The host was very responsive for anything we needed and was quick to respond when I asked some questions prior to arrival.

Views were awesome! Hostess was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond. House was clean, furnishings were high quality and comfortable, everything worked well, and directions for use were very clear. We had a terrific stay and we will look forward to staying again.

Beautiful and comfortable !
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect place to relax while enjoying the festivities our son’s wedding. Two minor things were missing that we had to run and pick up…Kleenex and cream rinse. Would recommend providing that.

Fantastic Place with Unforgettable Views
Wow, the views were spectacular from this property! The deck was fantastic and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Property is kept in great condition with everything working. The only thing that some folks should know is that there are no darkening window coverings on the 2 master bedroom windows. Unfortunately, the sun came in very early and sleeping late is not an option in those 2 rooms. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this vacation rental, especially for early risers.

This house is perfectly situated to enjoy the majestic beauty of Sedona. Nearly every room as a spectacular view of the most iconic rock formations - and watching the light change on these rocks was a source of endless delight and fascination. The interior is comfortable and spacious - the deck sunny and warm during the day - and enchanting at night when we took to the hot tub. A perfect house for a stay in Sedona!

Breathtakingingly Beautiful!
The house provided everything we needed for a wonderful trip. The views are stunning, the house is very clean, the house guidebook was very informative, and the owners were communicative. The house provides what feels like 360 views of the must stunning parts of Sedona. The hottub is a perfect place to soak in the views and to also watch the stars at night. It is also very conveniently located, 10-15 min from all the hikes and restaurants we visited. Thank you!! We would all definitely come back again.

The view is amazing
Out of all the VRBOs I've stayed at, this one was the best. The views were fantastic. You could see Courthouse Rock, Bell Rock, and Cathedral Rock. The bed was comfortable, the hot tub was in good shape, and the location was perfect for us. Riding into Sedona every day was a treat. It's just so beautiful there. I can't wait to find my way back.

Excellent home and owner!
This home is beautiful! Super clean and had all the amenities we needed! The entrance is very warm and inviting with the water effect near front door. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are super spacious. The beds, pillows, and towels are very comfy. THE DECK AND VIEWS ARE AMAZING!!! Susan, the owner, is wonderful and very accommodating. She is readily available when we had questions. Excellent experience overall. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Sedona again.

The home is better than the listing from the moment you walk into the house you are facing the beautiful red rocks of Sedona .
The views from the deck are great and all you can do is go WOW. The home is open , very clean and the Kitchen is set up with good quality equipment . The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. The rear deck extends across the entire back of the home with nice patio furniture . You will not be sorry if you choose to spend your time away here. Susan was very quick to respond to any questions . Over all just a great location .

Awe inspiring view!
The house is amazing, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. But the best part is the huge deck with views of all the iconic mountains. Bell rock to the front with courthouse to its right sun rising by chapel and setting near cathedral! Heard coyotes howl in the pre dawn hours and watched the stars from the hot tub! Awesome place

Best spot in Sedona
Have stayed in plenty of rentals before but this one takes the cake. Amazing location, tons of space and very clean. Pictures from owner are amazing but actually fall short of the shockingly beautiful view from this house. When I come back to Sedona, I wouldn’t even consider another house.
