The home was wonderful. More than I expected. It was comfortable, clean and lots of room to spread out. We had everything we needed to cook there so we did not have to go out. But there is so many restrurants in the area to try out. I would rent this home again.

Everything was great. The house even had soaps and shampoo. And hair driers! And the house had a lot of space.

It was a great stay, convenient for all that we were there for, easy to get in, safe and secure. Clean, with all the little things. We will be back

A group of us from work and our spouses went to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival so we rented this house. The place was awesome. The huge kitchen allowed me to cook and bake for our group. There was plenty of room for all of us and the house was cool. We would all highly recommend this listing for anyone traveling to Albuquerque. It's a lovely home in a great neighborhood.

Loved the house, the cleanliness and the location. Check in and out were super easy and we loved it! The home is great with zero complaints -- loved the vintage feel!

This place has all the amenities you need for your trip. It was close to everything! Hot tub was awesome! Kitchen was fully equipped, plus everything you need to grill!

Nice place and we weren’t going to complain until as I hate to bother folks and things happen that are out of their control. Unfortunately, we got a bad message about damage to a garage door and a credit card charge for $250 with no attempt from landlord to reach out before. I asked for photos twice and never received. Our dog was never in garage. Got no response. Am disputing charge with my credit card company and filing a dispute with your organization.

While this property was in a safe neighborhood, and clean, it did not meet our expectations of a super host. If you are staying, make sure you bring a sleep mask because there are skylights everywhere and no curtains. We did not have dish towels, or any utensils in the kitchen. We did not have ice and when I asked the property manager about the ICE, he never responded. I did ask about dish towels and toilet paper and he put them on the front porch. While the hot tub is nice, the rest of the home is very old, but spacious. I would not stay here again, especially for the cost.

The property was very convenient to everywhere we needed to be. The home had everything we needed, and we all slept very well in the comfy beds.

It was good except for the dog urine on the comforter in the master bedroom. The shower in the master bathroom dripped all the time It would be to the owners advantage to get it fixed to save water. CJ the manager was amazing. He brought donuts for a small inconvenience. We would come again

The patio, grill, and floors could’ve been cleaned better but overall the house was picked up and presented very well! The hot tub was clean and very enjoyable. There was stuff to cook with and AC worked well. The lights in the backyard over the hot tub made for an excellent ambience. Location was great and we had an excellent stay. Would stay again.

On arrival we found a very poorly cleaned property. Very disappointing. Dirty floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. The property managers did send another cleaning crew while we were there, but it's state on arrival was poor at best. The property is comfortable, but dated about 40 years in accommodations.

The neighborhood is lovely. Pretty quiet, very close to shops and restaurants and the neighbors are very friendly. Check-in and out were very easy. The house is comfortable with a retro feel, lots of natural lighting provided by sky lights but there are a few things that need fixing and a few things I feel need to be provided. The shower head in the master bathroom sprays EVERYWHERE if set to use the wand and does not completely shut off so it’s constantly dripping. The vertical blinds in the master bedroom were hard to open and close. The screen door in the master bedroom does not move. The one time we used the hot tub, we found a lot of white, goopy blobs floating around and stuck to the filter. It should be drained and sanitized. There needs to be: more bath towels a sponge or scrub brush in the kitchen more silverware regular-sized shampoo and conditioner bottles, not just travel-sized bottles and toilet paper. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay.

This is a very spacious and nice home .The first night we got there and checked in we did a walk-through and checking out the doors and lock we found out that the sliding glass door in one of the bedrooms was unlocked and open which was concerning we then reached out to the property owner to let them know that this was a problem they tell us a resolution to try to lock the door and that was not successful . Then we took a picture and sent it to the property manager said that we like to get this solved immediately and there was no response back the next morning we text them back letting them know it needed to be resolved even though they did come out and resolve it the next morning after reaching back out to the property manager .. it should have not took over night and for us being in a new area and expressed our concern an asap response should have happened.

We had a good time at the house. Everyone loved the hot tub and back patio area. Since there were 8 of us we took food to cook at the house and the kitchen did not have enough stuff to work with. There’s not even enough forks for 8 guests. Most of the dishes were dirty so we had to wash everything. It’s fine, but if you plan to do any cooking at the house, take everything you need. There’s also not an adequate amount of towels and extra blankets for sleeping 8. But we did have a good time and would probably stay there again.

Fantastic time- great location! Nice amenities and love the 60s/70s vibe of the house. Great combination of memory lane mixed with 2021 convenience! Peaceful and private backyard; family enjoyed the hot tub too! If we’re ever back in Albuquerque, then we would love to stay there again.

I originally booked this home for last year, but with COVID restrictions it took a while for us to finally stay there. But, I am so glad that we chose to postpone instead of canceling. And the host was awesome about working with me to finally schedule our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. It was also nice to have a garage to park in. The host was quick to respond when I had questions.

Upon arrival the house looked great. Easy to find and great location....however the problems started day one. No working light in large walk in closet and the arcade game that was promated did not work. We had children with us and this was a big reason for choosing this house. After enjoying the hot tub for about an hour we noticed what looked.like a lot of mold. It was on us and the walls of the hot tub, needless to say that was a bust for the rest of the trip as well. The grill was promoted as "Ready to Use", well, it was ready to use for 15 minutes until the tank ran empty in the middle of cooking steaks. The worst one for me, tha ac and heat thermostat is wifi and the owner continually changed the thermostat settings to where he wanted. I am an HVAC contractor and am familiar with all controls. This is not OK, my wife requires it to be cool while sleeping. After setting control to desired temp would wake up hit as hell. Even adjusted the schedule settings, then magically it was back to something different.Beyond all the issues it was just a metiocor house that could use some extra TLC and updates. Will not be staying here again!

This is important because when we go into another person's home, we want to be clear that we're leaving it in good condition and won't have any issues with the damage deposit.
