Wonderful property that is very clean and in a peaceful area. 3 good size rooms and a clean bathroom. No concerns for the entire stay.
Recommend that you check out the giant Gorilla statue at the Bruce Museum for sure!
For others who may be concerned (accessibility)
If you have trouble with walking or stairs the area can be a challenge. There is a narrow staircase (which can be good for some) and a lot of stairs to get to the front door.
The house is also located on a steep hill. So if you have mobility issues this place could be a challenge
For me and my group, this was not a concern but I work in the field so I like to point it out!

Clean house with all amenities. in a perfect location for trips in the area or to Manhattan. Port Chester train station is 5 minutes away. Contact with Henri the owner is super! responds quickly and helps where needed.

We had a nice time staying here. The place is just as described. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had things to do in Purchase and in NYC and the location was perfect for us. I got to meet the owner and he even contacted me when I parked incorrectly so I could avoid a parking ticket. There is a grocery store, Costco, pharmacy, restaurants, and many other businesses very close to. If I have to go back next year, I will be looking to see if this rental is available again.

Very cozy and quaint duplex located close to the water. Henri was very accommodating in letting us check in a little early after a 12 hour drive. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend

Henri was a great host, incredibly responsive and friendly.
The apartment is great as a home base in CT/westchester. Easy drive to highway and train and good restaurants.
Very reasonable rate per night as well.

Stayed a week and used it as a "base of operations" for day trips into NYC. Greenwich train station into Grand Central worked out great. Good neighborhood and near tons of stuff in Greenwich, Stamford, and White Plains.

Amazing stay!
So the house is way nicer in person. Super cute and in a quiet street. It has everything one could possibly need. If I could have stayed there longer I would. I will definitely be keeping this hidden gem in mind going forward for any friends or family visiting the area. Not one bad complaint about this fabulous spot ! Thank you

Homey and Safe
We stayed for a month while looking for a home. Henri's place is conveniently located to freeways and great shopping on Greenwich Ave and Putnam. Lots of delivery options for great food & groceries. The space is clean and homey and has a nice little yard for the pup to romp around in. Parking is close and easy. Neighborhood is safe. We would have stayed longer if it wasn't booked.

Great location, walking distance to the multi-ethnic town of Port Chester!
Our stay was very comfortable, located in a nice neighborhood and walking distance to the town of Port Chester! Excellent selection of restaurants and food shopping! The apartment was well equipped and modernized. We would definitely request to book again in future visits to see family nearby!

Met our needs perfectly
We needed a place not too far from our son’s home for the holidays and were lucky to find this spot. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable with lamps in all the bedrooms. Thanks for allowing our dog to join us too. There are lots of restaurants in the area reflecting The diversity of people in the area. Would recommend for a couple or small family for sure. Visit Byram Park which is very close - nice little beach and play area - great for a short walk.

Great apartment but beach access is $$$$ and difficult
The apartment is immaculate and spacious but we were really disappointed by how unwelcoming the local beaches are. Wish the owner had let us know you have to buy the very pricey beach passes on a weekday ONLY during business hours. Connecticut REALLY doesn't want anybody but locals using its beaches.

Affordable, up to date, and clean rental on the north side of NYC
Perfect spot for someone looking for 3 bedrooms on the north side of the NYC. Reasonably near the train station and grocery store. Host is very thoughtful and responsive. Uber and Lyft don't work so well in this county (they work well in NYC) so you may want an auto. Quite place for being so close to I-95. In fact, it is very convenient with so many freeways nearby. Tons of good restaurants within 3 to 10 minute drive.
Note: the bathroom is upstairs at this property.

A Great Place To Stay
Loved our stay in this lovely home located in Greenwich - great access to major roadways, MetroNorth, shopping, restaurants - all that the area has to offer. The home is spotless and well outfitted - Added bonus is lovely patio area in back - if the weather is nice, perfect spot to enjoy drinks, breakfast coffee, etc. The owners were super accomodating - all in all a perfect place to stay - would highly recommend and look forward to spending more time on the property!

Great spot
Excellent place that was perfect for our family. Owner was very accommodating and did a great job communicating. The property was easy to get to and convenient to the places we wanted to go. The kitchen is well equipped and functional for food prep. There is even a nice walkway in addition to the stairs to the street. Owner left us some welcome treats and a second key that we found useful.

A wonderful modern & clean home!
This was the perfect place for my family of four to stay during our visit with extended family. The home is very modern and clean, and the hosts were really welcoming and gave great tips on what to do in the area. We enjoyed the backyard patio/BBQ area for dinners and the kids felt at home in the comfortable living room. There are also a several nice restaurants right in Byram/Port Chester that we took advantage of! It was also really convenient to be close to the train station for our trip into NYC (the train drops you off in Grand Central Station). Will definitely book again when we visit our family!

Great rental!
My parents, husband, and I stayed here 5 nights in July. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Everything was very well decorated. Shopping (grocery store and Costco), are very close by. The weather was nice, so we also took advantage of the patio in the back. This place was a great rental for us!

Absolutely perfect!
This was our second week-long stay at "our home away from home" in Byram and we were just as pleased as our first visit. Having moved from Westchester to WA state, we look for a comfortable place to set up camp for a week while visiting friends and family in the area. We have two toddler boys and even they had a blast! The owners' hospitality is top notch, the amenities of the property amazing and the location wonderful. THANK YOU and we will see you next year!

Everything you need and more!
My husband and I travelled from New York to Port Chester which took about 50 minutes. Enterprise who are based nearby picked us up and then we drove about 5 minutes to the property so it was really easy. Our inlaws came over from England too so there the four of us for three nights.
The house was lovely, comfortable and a great size. It had all the appliances that you need as well as a big table outside in the garden. It was well decorated with good storage and comfy beds.
It was great base to explore the area and Henri, our host was really helpful and as he only lived next door he popped over to help us a couple of times.
It was perfectly comfortable for four with a big settee and TV for chilling out in the evenings. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect!
Our stay was absolutely perfect! Henry, the host, and his wife are so welcoming and helpful - both before and during our stay. The apartment are fully equipped with everything you need. We felt completely at home at once. A nice little garden with a grill made it easy to have people over in the evenings. It's very central - we walked to the train, beach and Portchester, which has nice shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. We will definitly rent it again if we come over again. Thanks!

Completely as advertised!
Stayed 4 nights with 1 couple and 3 adult singles very comfortably. Nice location. Owners were attentive and friendly. First floor was plenty large enough for our party to relax and enjoy each others company. Kitchen looks brand new and we took advantage of it to cook 2 large meals as well as the use of the outdoor grill for another nights meal. Upstairs housed the 3 BR's (2 double beds and 1 single that had a trundle). Bathroom with shower also upstairs and very functional. We will definitely stay there again!
