We had a great time enjoying the kayaks at the property and lounging by the pool with the nice sound system to play music on the porch. We were nearby some great restaurants and enjoyed fishing and snorkeling excursions out of Robbie’s right down the road. The patio on the ocean side gives the perfect amount of shade during a hot day. The front yard has some neat iguanas that pass by in the morning and evening if you sit and watch them pas through. Sue was a great host who answered all questions promptly. The beach offered great space for games.

The home was beautiful and very well taken care of. the home is very clean and was just as pictured. The pool was the perfect size for our family. things we loved: has a pack n play and a crib, had so many kids things (huge for our family) baby walker, toys, and kids plates for meals. The kitchen had a ton of spices, condiments and a few dry things already there, what a huge plus!! the kitchen had great appliances and good cookware. So many beach toys, my kids had so much fun. At no fault of anyone the seaweed wasn't great, there was a ton of it and it smelled. The seaweed was all over the keys (seaweed season) so not at all a problem at just this house, but made the beach un-swimable. The bugs were bad so bring bug spray, again this is a keys problem. I always say that you can tell a lot about a host when you ask them for help and man did Sue deliver! Sue and the owner immediately tried to help, they had the landscapers come right away and we so appreciated it. They were awesome. we definitely didn't let the seaweed stop us from having a great time with all of the other things this great house had to offer.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was much more than we needed, but we enjoyed every aspect of it. It is perfect for a family vacation of any kind and we even thought about bringing our grandchildren with us next time. The pictures of this property are very accurate and Sue responded to every contact we made. It was a simply heavenly vacation!

If you want a property that is fabulous for adults and children this is the place to stay! Quiet and secluded but not far from restaurants/fishing/shopping, etc. The beach was amazing, the pool was awesome, and the house magnificent. Loved morning coffee sitting on the balcony watching the spectacular sunrises. This spacious home has everything you need for vacation from toys and towels for the beach and pool to a beautiful kitchen overlooking the ocean and the outdoor bar . We had a wonderful stay .

This home was perfect for our family. Despite a few parts of the house that need to be fixed (broken door handle to the guest house, rotted floor entry to one bedroom) it is a wonderful, spacious, and beautifully decorated home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need (could use more coffee cups), plenty of towels, sheets, supplies, and there was a ton of pool and sand toys for our use. The view and private beach are great, with plenty of comfy outdoor seating. The front yard is like a jungle! Gorgeous plants and trees, well maintained. The property manager was extremely friendly and helpful as well. We had some questions here and there and she responded right away. She helped us feel so welcome. We look forward to staying there again!

The house was splendid and very well kitted out indeed. It needed a few minor maintenance fixings. Despite a sizable cleaning fee, Renters are obliged to launder their used towels, which for a family of 10 means upwards of 30 towels (including beach towels). This costs extra time at checkout - it is a chore that could easily be done by the cleaning crew while they are cleaning the rest of the house. These are small matters. Overall, this was an excellent rental, which we would certainly repeat. Renters should be aware of exogenous factors beyond the control of management - in early November, there are numerous jellyfish of all sizes, and biting sand flies or noseeums are a real nuisance.

Simply beautiful! Having a private beach was wonderful…lots of fun things to do! The view was incredible. House was a dream come true—spacious, top end appliances in kitchen, high quality furnishings……right out of “House Beautiful”. Sue was outstanding to work with—Thank You!

We had the best time at this property. It felt like home the second we walked in. Everything was perfectly described and the details of the home were exquisite. My small kids loved the the kayaks and the pool was just the right size. Location was private, yet centrally located to multiple locations we wanted to visit. Sue was so communicative and helpful! Wonderful experience all around.

The home was amazing. Very comfortable and clean. The pool was great and there was more than enough comfortable seating around it. The property manager, Sue, was more than accommodating and extremely easy to work with. I would recommend staying in this house to anyone who is looking to vacation in the keys.

This home is perfect in every way! Very comfortable and it's easy living. Everything in the house is first class. The finishes are beautiful. Sue was amazing to work with,. It was a great property, we loved the pool, hot tub and beach. We got up every morning to great sunrises. The kitchen was very accommodating for our group of 8. Sue was very helpful and was easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We watched TV together in the living room, but it was also nice to have our privacy in our our spacious bedroom. A great time was had by all.

The house was perfect for our 8 family members ranging from 10 to 80. The ocean views are fantastic especially for star gazing at night. Nice location for Restaurants and Upper Keys. Not that far from Key West. Awesome kitchen if you're going to cook for several people. Walking/biking trail across the road. Outdoor cushions are ripped and worn but being replaced. Ocean is very shallow and filled with seaweed so best for kayaking rather than swimming. Very enjoyable week. The management company was very responsive.

We had a wonderful week at this property. The pictures match the experience. There were a few broken things that needed to be fixed, but none of the eroded the amazing views and amenities. In addition, the management team was amazing and responsive.

home was beautiful, but the pool was very undersized for a home that sleeps 10 people, really just a splash pool. There was a beach but had tons or seaweed that had never been raked and had alot of sand flys the location was excellent and it was very quiet and private. The home itself was very beautiful and spacious

Top line home with lots of space for our two families (10 total, all adult kids). The home had all the amenities for cooking and vacation living. The oceanside living space was fantastic as was the pool. 2 kayaks provided exercise and water fun for all. Sue made the checkin/out process painless and without any problem.
