The staff is exceptionally polite, friendly, and supportive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay.

The massage service at the hotel was very expensive, which is why I didn't try it. I believe they could offer a better price to hotel guests.

Beautiful room with great amenities. The towels were excellent. The pool on the 24th floor is perfect. There is drink service and food service up there. The view is amazing.

Wir hatten die Masionetten Suite gebucht und waren mehr als begeistert. Wir fühlten uns unglaublich wohl! Auch das ganze Ambiente war der absolute Wahnsinn! Vielen lieben Dank, an das tolle Personal für diesen unglaublichen Aufenthalt! Wir würden es immer wieder buchen! :)

Great value for wonderful quality accommodation.

I really get irked when hotels remodel their facilities and you cannot use, the pool, the sauna, the coffeeshop, the fitness center, or what have you. I feel a discount is in order if this happens. In this case, I wasn't allowed to use the rooftop pool and fitness room which was the reason I had booked a room at this hotel in the first place. As customers, I suggest all of us insist on some kind of compensation in this situation. Something I did not do, but will be certain to do the next time it happens.

Easy to get to, amazing rooftop pool, good location but hard to find.

Clean, nice rooms. Pool was the only truly amazing part. Laundry was paid and self-service which is fine and understandable, I was happy at the prospect of getting my own laundry done but they did not have detergent and you had to go buy your own from the store. I offered to pay for detergent if the reception can provide me some but they said its not possible. Disappointed by that but everything else was great!

Nous n'étions pas à l'hôtel Luxcity. Celui-ci étant en travaux pendant le mois de mars, Luxcity nous a proposé un relogement dans un appartement (Noden) au 18ème étage avec rooftop et piscine au 30ème. Tout était neuf et nous avons eu le rooftop pour nous tous seuls toute la soirée. Splendide. Pas de service bar mais nous avions commandé par Grab et acheté nos réserves pour l'apéro.

A l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner était compris. Ici, s'agissant d'un appartement, pas de service. Nous avons eu du thé et du café et nous avions acheté le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avions accepté le deal en connaissance de cause.
