Beau 2 ch 2 ch + loft. 3 étages avec terrasse et barbecue. 1. 5 heures de route de la vallée de Yosemite. Wifi inclus. Situé au centre du lac June. Écran plat intelligent T. V. Loft idéal pour les enfants. L'unité a des escaliers menant au salon au 2e étage. Vue imprenable sur la montagne depuis le pont. Promenade facile à la ville, aux magasins, à la brasserie, au café et à la nourriture. Très proche de June Lake Marina et de la pêche côtière. Grande unité de ski située à 1,6 km du domaine skiable de June Mountain. Situé à 32 km de Mammoh Mountain Main Lodge. 18 km de la région panoramique de Mono Lake. The condo is in a great location and worked out well for our family. The only thing I would mention that made it difficult was that there is no door to the Master bath dressing room area, which made privacy challenging. A pocket door would be a groat addition. Unit also could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

This property was pretty accurate from the pictures. The location was amazing. We even had deer outside the bedroom window. The process of renting was extremely easy. We all had a great time. Wish there were some games to play during the rain, but overall it was a great experience.

We were a group of 3 adults and 4 kids going to June and Mammoth for the weekend. Check in was a breeze, and the condo was very roomy and clean. Great big dining table for the kids to spread out and game on after a full day of snow play. Short walk to restaurants. Easy parking. One caveat: the loft area is only accessible by a ladder, no stairs. It was fine for our kids (8+ years old) but it may be a consideration for parents with younger children.

This is an amazing place that's a quick drive to June Mountain. The location is great and very nice inside. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Overall great. A few light bulbs out. Upstairs shower head (large) and sprays out shower door.
Living room coffee table (cart with wood top) had back wheel missing nut that holds wheel in place making it a little unstable.

While not an issue for us you may want to send the maintenance person to the unit and have them tighten down all the bathroom faucets and spigots, they were all a bit loose and not secured well to the countertops. Same issue for the shower door hardware, loose and about to fall off the door.

We love the place edgwatere 17. The only thing we found this time, in the kitchen we found cockroaches ( around 5-6) running around in kitchen. Never saw cockroaches prior. Also no can opener, it was broken.

Edgewater 17 June Lake.
This rental is amazing. Located right in between the lake and town. It is fully equipped with everything you need. The people are friendly and June Lake brewery has some tasty beer.

The office stuff don’t know much about the details of the property.
The property was updated but the floor was filthy and the property had a funky smell. Worst thing the property fridge didn’t work properly that we had some food spoil.

Can't wait to come back!
We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family! Having separate bedrooms is key when you travel with teens! The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room was spacious and the bathrooms were so nice! Wish the bedding would have been a little cozier and warmer...we were all a little cold because we had a hard time figuring out the Nest auto settings...but the last night we got it figured out! This condo is within walking distance to Tiger Bar and June Pizza too!

Utterly Perfect Ski Stay
We had high hopes of our accommodation in June Lake but it was even better than we had hoped for! The Town House was so spacious with incredible views from the main room & dining area - magical! The location was utterly ideal - a few steps from the lake & a few minutes from the village. We will definitely be staying there again!
