Daphnis Villas se compose de 4 villas, Chloé, Ioli, Fedra et Danae construites autour d'un 96 mètres carrés. M Piscine, 200 m. de la plage, avec vue sur la mer et la montagne.
Chaque villa est pour 6 personnes et il est composé de 3 chambres, 1 salle de bains entièrement équipée et 1 WC.
Initialement, Daphnis Villas a été construit afin de vous offrir une expérience de séjour unique.
Chaque villa est de 110 mètres carrés. M. en taille, divisé en trois étages.
NIVEAU DU SOL
Comme nous entrons dans chaque villa -de l'entrée indépendante au rez Niveau double nous rencontrons à une grand salon entièrement équipée. Le plancher de la salle de séjour est couvert avec la plus haute qualité de carreaux de marbre.
À côté de la salle de séjour, il ya la salle à manger, avec une belle vue sur la piscine. A la cuisine entièrement équipée, vous pouvez préparer toutes les spécialités que vous désirez.
Au rez de chaussée, il ya une petite salle de bain invité (WC).
Chaque villa à son rez de chaussée dispose de son propre espace à côté de la salle de piscine avec chaises longues, un parasol, une table basse et un 6-pièces salle à manger ensemble.
PREMIER ÉTAGE
Comme nous prenons l'escalier de marbre jusqu'à au premier étage, nous pouvons voir deux chambres et une salle de bains.
La chambre principale possède un lit queen size, un grand placard, et un poste de télévision.
L'autre chambre a deux lits jumeaux, un placard, et une belle vue du balcon vers le bas à la piscine.
La salle de bains est en marbre bordée d'une grande baignoire. Toutes les salles de bains disposent d'articles de toilette complémentaires.
Au premier étage, il ya une grande véranda constitué d'un 6-pièces ensemble de sièges. Fondamentalement, il est composé d'un deuxième jeu extérieur du salon, avec une vue panoramique sur la mer et le Lefka Ori.
DEUXIÈME ÉTAGE
Le deuxième niveau, il ya un loft spacieux qui contient deux lits simples et un placard. Le loft est accessible directement à partir du premier étage avec pas de porte entre les deux.
Le plancher de bois franc de chaque chambre est faite de la plus haute qualité du bois de chêne.
Le Service de nettoyage chambre est assuré deux fois par semaine et les draps / serviettes changer deux fois par semaine ainsi.
En outre, chaque villa possède sa propre place de parking individuelle.
La grande piscine centrée (96 sq. M) se compose également d'un jacuzzi et d'une piscine tot pour les enfants.
L'espace extérieur de chaque villa dispose d'une salle de détente ainsi que pour d'autres activités.
Dans le complexe de sous-sol, il ya un mini centre de remise en forme, qui comprend également un sauna, un hammam douche (frais supplémentaires seront facturés) et une petite salle de sport.
Sur le côté sud de complexe, il ya une belle 600 sq. M herbe jardin où nous pouvons trouver une aire de jeux pour enfants et un tennis de table.

We are a family of 22 aged from 0.5 to 60 years old. Every year we stay in a house in a different country. Daphnis Villas was probably the best one to date. The overall plan with the 4 villas, the common area, huge pool, and BBQ/dining/playground area offer the rare option to have both privacy and be together in family. The quality of the infrastructure is very good. Last but no least, Maria is a gracious, friendly and efficient host who leaves in front of the property and is always available to help or fix any issues. Not to forget the delicious olive oil gifts from Maria that we are bringing back home. Kids loved it, and so did adults.

This is a wonderful place for large groups. We were a family group aged between 15 and 76. We have been on many holidays together but everyone agreed that this was the best yet! The villas are so well equipped, the pool and garden areas are delightful and would also be suitable for younger children. It was perfect. We were all together, but had our own space too. Maria and her husband went above and beyond to help my mother with a medical issue and we were so grateful.

We stayed at Daphnis Villas for one week, 15 persons with an age span from 5 to 73 years. This place was perfect for us, being a big group with people with different needs and day rythms. Each family had their own house, but most of the time was spent in the common area for meals, sunbathing and swimming. The pool is quite big, and there is also a ping-pong table which we used a lot. The barbeque area was perfect for common meals, but we also had many of our dinners at restaurants by the beach (5 min by bike, 15-20 min on foot). The owners provided several bicycles to our disposal, which was very practical. The beach is just a couple of minutes walking distance from the houses, and there is also a restaurant with tables in the shadow and sunbeds for the customers in this part of the beach. The landlady Maria was very helpful, she drove us around and showed us the area the first day, and stopped by to see if we needed anything during our stay. The houses and the area were clean and wel held. We rented a car during our stay, which was practical for grocery shopping, but we also could have managed well without.
We would definitely recommend Daphnis Villas!

Excellent service from Maria G, the owner. We enjoyed a lovely family vacation. Fresh food in fridge upon arrival, baby cots an high chairs provided, the pool area is fantastic! Kitchen well equipped. All of us loved our stay at Daphnis Villas!

Maria’s villa is an absolutely perfect place for a family vacation. We were 14 people between the ages of 8 - 80. Every single one of us loved the villa. The pool is beautiful and so much larger than it looks in the pictures. Maria is an incredible host. She is warm and helpful and can give you any advice you need. The villas themselves are so well-appointed. You will not need anything at all. Everything you can think of is provided. The location is also perfect. It is a 4 minute walk to a small beach with great swimming. It is an easy drive to Balos and Falassarna if you want to see more famous beaches. There are so many great restaurants and bakeries within an easy walk of the villa. We would absolutely love to come back again. Maria has really created the perfect family vacation spot. Thank you thank you thank you!!

What an amazing holiday we’ve had at Daphnis Villas! The owners were so helpful and the groceries provided for our arrival was a lovely touch. Each villa had everything we needed to make our holiday the best! The cleaning service provided meant we could holiday and not worry about anything else. We would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be coming back. Thanks again Maria for letting g us stay in your beautiful villas

Perfect for us. 16 people. 4 families. 2 grandparents in one. 2 families of 5 in 2 others and 1 family of 4 in other. Kids ranging from 19 to 4. All enjoyed. Pool big enough. Barbecue facilities good. Good eating relaxing spaces. Maria lives close by and available for advice eg taxis, trips and shopping. Gave us a lift to larger supermarket first day for big shop. Bakery, mini market, pharmacy, beach and small restaurants nearby. Slightly longer walk to more restaurants and supermarket in Maleme nearby. Aqua park was good. Not too busy. Good place for family bonding and relaxing

We hired the whole place for a big family anniversary. It was perfect for us, like having a private hotel. Chania is amazing, and the villas are a great base for exploring the island. Spotlessly clean thanks to Maria the daily cleaner who is lovely. Our only issue was that on the day of check out both the cleaner and the owner were camping out waiting for us to leave from 8am (we were due to be out at 10). Felt a bit like we were being told to get out ASAP, and difficult to enjoy our last breakfast on the terrace when the whole place is already being hosed down.

Best vacation in my life and the perfect place for a wedding! The owner Maria helped us get our dreamwedding! She’s an angel, she helped us with weddingplanners, catering and everything around it!
The villas and the garden/pool area are beautiful, better than the pictures! We were 22 people both children and grownups and it was perfect, there is big rooms and livingroom areas and the kitchen has everything you need:)
If go here you wont miss anything, Maria thinks about everything and is very helpful! She is very serviceminded and make sure you have everything you need and want. I Will recommend this place to everyone i know!

Our Stay at Daphnis Villas was amazing.
We were a family of 20+ people ranging between 0-70 years old.
The houses made it possible to have enjoyable times at the pool, trips to the beach and cooking for the kids!
I would have one remark: the WiFi was not very strong. But this doesn’t really matter when you are on vacation!
All my family loved the villas, and we would absolutely come again.

The villas are great, comfy beds and well equipped kitchens. There is a great size pool for the kids and excellent BBQ facilities.
We didn’t hire a car at all, very easy bus route to Chania or €25 in a taxi. Also in walking distance of some great local restaurants which are very reasonable.
The shingle beach 200m away is very easy to get to and we were lucky to have beautiful sunshine all week ☀️
We all loved our stay and hope to return!

We have spend a very nice week in the villas together with our whole family, 9 adult + 7 children(10month-18yrs). Best week of the year for all of us. The villas had it all! Nice furnished and well equiped with very comfortable beds. The owner Maria and her family made our stay unforgetable. The poolarea is clean and comfortable with sunbeds for all. Barbeque place , playground and ping-pong table made everyone happy!

Parentes, children and grandchildren in all 16 persons stayed for a week in this very nice houses. Everything was to our satisfaction: in-and out-side area well equiped, clean and with spaces for sittning in the sun, shadow or swimming in the clean pool. Maria and her whole family made us all feel at home! Barbque area was very good as well as the small playground close to a tabletennis table. Something to do for everyone. Bikes to borrow and only 200m to the Beach..

We have just returned from our 2 week family holiday at Daphnis Villas. Ours was a family of 19 people ranging from 11 months to 80 years old so needs and requirements were varied.
After an extensive search for a large villa we came across Daphnis Villas, it seemed to fit the bill perfectly. We rented all 4 villas so had exclusive use of the complex and had a wonderful time.
The villas are all well equipped, well maintained and clean. They had everything we needed plus a maid came round daily which was luxury.
For us it was all about the large pool, relaxing, being together yet having our own space when you wanted it and this certainly gave us that.
The layout of the complex means that you can have shade or sun anytime of the day. The large BBQ and play area together with the table tennis (we had a tournament) were excellent. The gym was used by some of us and was a big hit, it even has hot showers.
Our hosts Maria and Nikos were lovely, we were greeted on arrival and they ensured we had everything we needed. One of the children had a medical problem that Nikos helped with above and beyond. On arrival Maria noticed my mother had some mobility issues and asked if she'd like a bed made up on the ground floor, Mum gratefully accepted this kind offer.
Having read reviews prior to booking I was concerned that the pool may be a problem with the children 11months, 15months, 3yrs and 8 yrs but all was good as the surrounding area is large and non slip. The shallow area was ideal for the babies. Just great!!
As for location it was ideal for us, set in a quiet area with a local mini mart and bus stop just 2 mins walk away. The beach is just a 5 min walk away. A vegetarian restaurant just 2 mins walk away serves great crepes and beetroot burgers. A 20 min stroll takes you to Maleme where you can find larger supermarkets and several bars and restaurants. The bus service is regular and efficient. Just a 10 min bus ride away is the quiet village of Kolymbari, it has a small harbour, a few shops and excellent restaurants, also it's worth going to see the beautiful Monastry of Gonia while your there. If you want somewhere busier then Platanias is just a short bus ride away, it's a large busy resort with plenty of tavernas, bars and shops.
Everything is on the doorstep of these villas, the villas, pool and grounds are just wonderful. I can throughly recommend Daphnis Villas. None of us wanted to leave.
