The 3 bedroom apartment was large, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable - the best I have stayed in my time travelling in Greece! The apartment was laid out over three floors with the kitchen, living space main balcony on the middle floor. This suited us well with our teenage children having their own zone at the bottom with shared shower room. We stayed in the top floor with en-suite shower room and further balcony with sea view. Everyone was pleased with this set up! The kitchen had extra bits like a juicer, range of saucepans and new, quiet appliances. Helpful owner Water sports available - we used the SUPs for a morning paddle, very straightforward to arrange and easy to get out of bed and be on the board within minutes!

Amazing location, just a few meters from a beautiful beach. Spacious rooms with very comfy beds. The house was spotless with a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended, and we are definitely coming back.

Olivia Sports and Sea is hands down the best place I've ever visited in Greece. To say the hosts are amazing would be an understatement! The place is suitable for groups of friends, families, food lovers, sporty people, unsporty people, freelancers, pet owners, and both nature and sea admirers! It offers something for everybody, combining stunning views, wild nature and private beaches. We travelled with two dogs, they, as well as us, felt at home there. We visited the place 3 times this year, all of them were even off season and had truly unforgettable time..

Real paradise!!! Feels like home and we love it so much that we visited for a third time this year! Season/ off-season Niko and Haris will make sure you have the best vacation! We were 18 friends, a little girl & a dog and we had the best end of the season in Olivia! Visiting end of Sep (off-season) was just perfect time for us, not many tourists, the sea was very warm and the temperatures around 30C. Also perfect for partying without disturbing others. The villas are more luxurious than you expect, extremely clean and the views are breathtaking (both bedroom and terrace). Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room..everything is spacious enough and done with a nice touch. The cleaning team will leave you speechless and we got extra towels for the beach every time we asked. If you fancy cooking, the kitchens are probably better equipped than yours at home but make sure you also check the 5 🌟 delicious dishes in their restaurant - from octopus to BBQ...BUT make sure you try Niko's fresh fish and the most delicious "Dirty pancakes", which Despina will make for you with the biggest smile! The nearby villages have traditional tsipouro places which are lovely to visit after a short walk of 20/30min. There is a small shop in the complex and several shops in the village above - Pteleos (5min by car). From beach- /pool- office through variety of sport activities, romantic evenings, party by the jacuzzi - no matter your taste, it's there. The Internet is good, which makes it a perfect destination for digital nomads who fancy sea views as a background for their Zoom call. We went kayaking and SUP-ing daily and discover the hidden beaches around, the best time is till noon and then after 17:00 because of the wind. There are a lot of hiking and biking paths for every level, which will lead you to stunning views. Make sure you bring mosquito sprays for the evening if you visit in spring time, in Sep there were none.

The vacation was too short :( can't wait to go back!

Few things: 1. Location - close to Volos airport and the city itself, Olivia combines the comfort and calmness of a small villa complex and the opportunity to go out and about in the big city. There are shops and cafes in Pteleos which 5 min drive or 25 min walk. 2.Views - practically beachfront, the villas we stayed in had exceptional views. There opportunities for short and long walks in the hilly area with great views of the bay and you can pop over to the villages on foot for a well deserved bite and perhaps a tsipouro. 3. Amenities - the villas have everything you need, from comfy beds to fully equiped kitchens and spacious bathrooms. 4. Activities - I personally went for some paddleboarding every morning for an amazing start of the day and there are other options to choose from such as biking and canoes. 5. Food - reataurant is good and you can also pop over to the nearby villages for the best souvlaki you've ever had. 6. Staff - the friendliest, most helpful people around. There's more but you get the idea. We went there once in season and once off season and both times it was perfect. Value for money 10/10.
