Location was amazing. View from the small terrace over the port was very nice. Space in the apartment was very good. Very modern apartment and felt homely.

No Air Conditioning or fans. The rooms were so hot that we had to open the windows to let cooler air in. This meant that lots of midges were biting us through the night, so sleep was not good. Would have been no problem if AC had been available.

location is the best😊accessible to all while exploring Santander. lovely apartment esp for a family of 4. Roberto, the owner was very accomodating and helpful. she allowed us to check-in early and check-out late since their no guest yet. the view in the small veranda/terrace is absolutely amazing. overlooking the seaview😊we really enjoyed our stays in Casa Rosita and highly recommended to everyone. we will definitely book again here in our next trip to Santander.Many thanks Roberto😊

we love everything in the apartment. it’s in the 5th floor and their’s a lift available. Only the Wifi was broken when we rented the place and the Netflix is not working too. Roberto, the owner mentioned already that they are waiting for a new Wifi. so hopefully, the next time we visit Santander, we will book again in Casa Rosita and hopefully the wifi and Netflix will be working that time. Especially if you have teenagers with you, wifi/netflix are very important😊Another suggestion, maybe you can put even 1 proper knife in the kitchen and few proper utensils need for cooking. Like me and my husband loves to cook, but we only use a bread knife🥲If you can add 1 wall clock even in the dining table, it will be a bonus too😊😊😊

Very well located apartment in central Santander with a small balcony overlooking the sea. Modern, well equipped, quiet and secure. Short walk from many excellent bars and restaurants. Great shower. Short walk from airport bus. Would definitely visit again.
