Very comfortable and well located home in a quiet neighborhood. Split plan with good size
bedrooms/baths on either end of a large living room open to a well equipped kitchen and dining area . 3rd bedroom on one end as well.
The backyard and patio are lovely. Outdoor
Shower too.
The owner is nearby and very responsive if you have questions.

Very clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Joe the homeowner met us at the home and was very friendly and helpful and went through the house with us upon arrival. He was very easy to contact when we had a question. We loved having the master suite on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms and the open floor plan was fantastic for family gatherings. I would definitely recommend this home for vacation!

Had a great experience with Joe and the home. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a cloudy, rainy week, but the home afforded us enough space (indoor and outdoor) to still feel comfortbable even when stuck indoors. Easy access to the bikepath was also excellent.

Tough to leave!
The house was just as described in the listing. Everyone loved the open floor plan and hanging out together in the space. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet and we loved being close to the bike path.

Another nice stay at 6 Heather
This was our second time staying at this property. Had a great time. A few hiccups (clogged drain in hall shower and lack of hot water) that the owner corrected immediately. I would just add that the grill outside needs extensive cleaning.

Anniversary weekend
We went for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary and had a great time. The house was outstanding. Plenty of bicycles to choose from for a ride on the nearby trail. Beach chairs a-plenty for our time at the beach. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Communication with Joe was easy and helpful.

Great Cape vacation
The house was very comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. Really enjoyed the fire pit and outside deck! There was a lot more room than I expected from the pictures. Joe answered all my questions immediately when I contacted him. Will definitely come back again!

Lovely family get away
This is a lovely clean property with a fantastic extended patio and fire pit. The owner left us firewood for s’mores which we were able to use on our first night and was a nice touch.
The house is maintained to a very high standard and the kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and the all important Mr coffee and keurig machines :)
A much needed relaxing mini break here and we would love to come back and stay again in the summer and really get use out of the patio.

Super clean and great location!
So easy to get around to places all over the Cape. House was spotless and had everything we needed. Worked very well for the holidays. We used the bike path a lot - just a few houses down. And visited Mac's for fresh seafood and Marion's for delicious pies. Great value overall!

Getaway to the Cape
A nice home in a great location. Exceptional clean! Plenty of room. Great backyard with a gas grill and firepit. Deck with two tables and chairs. Wide screen TV's in livingroom and master bedroom. Wifi worked great. Joseph was always available if we had any issues or questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent house and location
Had a great experience staying at this property, and communicating with the owner. The house was beautiful, and was fully stocked with everything we needed (except for shower toiletries, which we happened to bring with us). The location of the house was perfect for us. We rode bikes each morning on the bike path near the house, swam in the nearby lake, visited the beach, went kayaking, and visited many of the neighboring towns. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this house to anyone interested in spending time on the Cape!

A GREAT STAY IN HARWICH
We had a wonderful stay with our friends. The house was just like in the pictures. SUPER CLEAN SPOTLESS, which is extremely important now. Great location lots of towels & bedding we brought our own which was not necessary. Loved the outdoor shower. Wifi was seamless, Gas grill in the back with a outdoor table and chairs under a umbrella.
Joe was a great host making everything easy. Would do it again.

We had a fabulous stay in Harwich. The house was exactly as listed - very clean, well-located, and had all of the amenities we needed. The bikes and beach chairs in the garage were a huge help as well. Would highly recommend this house for a relaxing stay at the Cape!

Wonderful fall stay, so close to the bike trail!
This house has just about everything that you need for a great get-away, even bikes in the garage if you don't want to bring your own. . It was wonderful to have all linens included, which I have found not to be the norm when renting on Cape Cod. Nice outdoor seating for relaxing and dining. Lots of games available. 4 beds, one soft mattress and one quite hard - so covers all needs.

We loved staying at Beach Heather! This house was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed, and was overall very relaxing. While we typically don't vacation in the same spot twice, we just might return because it was that good! I would highly recommend this property, and book soon since it fills up quickly!

Quiet pleasant stay at Cape Cod
Very nice location especially if you want to use the bicycle trails rather than drive everywhere. House was very clean and well equipped. Check in / out process very easy.
Lots of bikes to choose from but suggest you bring a few bike spanner’s so seats and brakes can be adjusted. Also we bought a bike lock to link cycles together when leaving them.
