Light, Airy Contemporary, Walk To Dyer Pond along Woodland Path
Cape Contemporary, entouré de bois, récemment rénové avec de nombreuses fenêtres ajoutées et 3 portes coulissantes menant à une nouvelle grande terrasse. La maison est dans un quartier calme et boisé hors Cahoon Hollow Road, à quelques minutes à Wellfleet Center et restaurants, à pied de Dyer et Long Étangs par le chemin boisé dans le National Seashore. La maison est idéalement aménagée pour 8 personnes avec 4 chambres. Il y a une chambre au premier étage avec un lit queen, une grande salle à manger et un tout nouveau salon / famille. Le deuxième étage dispose de 2 chambres, une mezzanine et salle de bain complète. La première chambre est très grande et dispose d'1 lit king size, 2ème chambre est plus petite et dispose d'un bureau et 2 extra longs jumeaux (feuilles sont disponibles pour l'utilisation). Il y a une nouvelle chambre à coucher complètement terminée dans la zone sortir du sous-sol, avec une salle de bains privative. Il ya la télévision par câble et Internet haute vitesse, douche extérieure, tous les nouveaux appareils, cuisine complète avec de nombreux outils de cuisine, grand ventilateur dans le salon, ventilateurs pour toutes les chambres, laveuse / sécheuse, barbecue à gaz Weber, chaises longues, table / chaises / parapluie, 8 chaises de plage, jouets pour enfants, fleurs autour de la maison et sur le pont.

Nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. The house had a large deck with awesome lounge chairs, and was surrounded by woods. We cooked on the BBQ, ate outside on the deck, and took long walks around trails circling Dyer Pond. The house is walking distance (8-10 minutes) from PJs (for food and ice cream). The shower had nice pressure and the house had everything we needed. Two thumbs up.

Wonderful Cape Cod house the end of a gravel road, very private with lots of scrub oak and pitch pine.The property is close to the national seashore with a single track trail,great for hiking and mountain biking. Visit some of the smaller kettle ponds on the trails. A big plus was having linens included in the rental.Nicely equipped kitchen and there are even some mountain bikes and helmets available.

This property was a great location for Oysterfest as we were able to walk into town to avoid the traffic. The house itself had a nice deck out back and a great big living room that was perfect for gathering after we got back.

My daughter, my dog, and I stayed at the VRBO home in Wellfleet. We loved the home with its many windows looking out on the trees, it spaciousness(open floor plan), the wine and chocolates left for us in the dining room, and the wonderful deck where we watched bird activity and just breathed in the fresh air and relaxed in the chairs.
All three is us enjoyed our 2 walks to Dyer Pond, of which we are particularly fond. We went to Great Island and Newcomb Hollow in Wellfleet, Fort Hill in Eastham, and the Dune Shack Trail in Provincetown. Each experience had interesting highlights and were memorable. After each busy day, we had our wonderful house to come home to, to make meals, listen to classical music, work on a crossword puzzle, and relax on the big couch!!

House was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 7 of us. Private and peaceful setting, we loved hanging out on the back deck chatting. Had some great homey touches like hooks on the backs of doors and mirrors in bedrooms and soft blankets to use while curled up on the window seat.
A wonderful supply of outdoor equipment beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles and bikes. Luke really thought of everything and was such a pleasure to communicate with, it was an amazing weekend and hopefully we’ll be back for longer next time.

Wonderful spot!
This is a beautiful house, very comfortable, with a wonderful, open living room and great bedrooms. The deck off the back of the house is great too, tucked into the woods of Welfleet. We greatly appreciated all the bikes, chairs and beach gear in the shed, all in great condition! Everything was clean, the house was so easy to spend a week in with our family and a few friends who visited. Everyone loved it! Oh, and ping-pong in the basement was also a huge hit. Thanks so much!

Perfect for a family gathering
Luke was very responsive and the house easily accommodated 8 without feeling too crowded. The large grill and nice selection of mountain bikes definitely added to the experience. We walked to the ponds and adorable downtown Wellfleet, and biked to the ocean beaches and along the nearby rail trail. Lots to do!

Well kept home in terrific location
We had a terrific time with our toddler. The best part was the 15 min walk through the woods to Dyer Pond. Short drive with parking to Great Pond was also perfect for us. The house was nice with an open family room/living room/dining room with space for all our guests to relax.

Amazing Week!
The house and location were perfect for our week on the Cape! House was clean and airy with good vibes and all necessary amenities. Bikes that weren’t a hot mess were available to use, detailed instructions for all things house and Cape related, speedy wifi, and the most amazing mattress in the upstairs bedroom! Luke was super easy to communicate with and very helpful. My only complaint is that we had to leave.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood.
We loved the house! Very spacious and lots of natural light. Loved spending the evenings on the large and comfortable deck. The big pots of geraniums added a nice touch and so did the many birds that came to the feeder. We were thrilled to be able to bring our elderly lab mix who thoroughly enjoyed her stay and the short walks around the neighborhood. The location is close to town and its amenities. Definitely would like to come back.

Secluded Yet Centrally-Located
The house is set back and private, nestled under beautiful pines in the forest; the many windows let in an abundance of light (great sunsets from the family room!). The interior is neat as a pin, well laid out, and very well supplied. While our party was small, the house clearly would work great for larger groups. Luke was super responsive and had a wealth of great suggestions for our stay. We really enjoyed hiking in the forest, thanks to his directions, rejuvenating stints on the nearby beaches, and our trek on the rail trail! The house is close to so many activities--a true gem! Wonderful Private Location
Great place for a real getaway. Very quiet and private in an unspoiled wooded area. Well-maintained and outfitted house with everything we needed for a relaxing, laid back and comfortable stay with our dog. Short drive to bay and ocean beaches (twice daily walks there) and many trails in the woods connecting beautiful kettle ponds. Very reasonably priced.

The house was perfect for our needs - plenty of space for two couples and two dogs, super convenient location to ponds, beaches, downtown and Rt. 6. Stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful week on Cape Cod. And great to have a small pond within walking distance for morning or evening swims. Hope to stay again!

Comfortable and Beautiful Stay in Wellfleet
Luke’s home was comfortable, well-equipped, and situated on a quiet road tucked into the woods. Sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds at their feeder was a highlight. Luke was a great host and even helped us after we left to recover my daughter’s beloved stuffed animals that she had hidden. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely secluded home
We stayed in Luke's home for a family vacation during the summer of 2020. A couple of friends came for a few days and the house accommodated us very easily. The home is just as pictured. Visit at the Cape
Hallo Luke, we stayed in your home to say goodbye to our mother who recently passed away. Our parents who used to have a house at the Cape just like yours stayed almost every summer at Wellfleet. We four children are spread all over the World and it was touching and wonderful to be back at Cape Cod. Therefore we had a very good time in your wonderful house.

Family week in Wellfleet
This home was a perfect place for our family consisting of 5 adults and 2 children to spend a week. There are bedrooms and bathrooms on 3 levels affording room for all plus beautiful common space including lovely deck where we enjoyed meals and relaxing time together. The location was ideal, in walking distance to a trail to kettle ponds and short bike or drive to ocean beaches and Wellfleet center. Luke, the owner was very easy to communicate with and responded to any questions quickly. I would highly recommend this property for other travelers.

Another wonderful vacation at this lovely property
Our family has been enjoying vacations at this property for five years. The house is set on top of a hill among stunning tall trees. The owners added a Great Room to the house since last year and it made an already wonderful house even better. The owner is very responsive and helpful.
