Situé sur une impasse calme juste à côté de l'autoroute de Montauk souhaitable Ditch Plains cette maison est directement en face de la plage du Lac pour les enfants du Sud et une courte promenade à l'océan à Ditch Plains. Le pont surplombe le magnifique lac de Montauk, belle de jour comme de nuit. Fini dessus du sol niveau inférieur a une chambre et salle de bain avec coin salon. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend 3 chambres, une salle de bain complète récemment rénovée et un aménagement ouvert sur la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger avec portes coulissantes en verre qui s’ouvrent sur une terrasse meublée avec grill. Câble avec WiFi disponible dans plusieurs pièces. Téléviseurs en place dans le salon à l'étage et plusieurs chambres. Laveuse et sécheuse au niveau inférieur.

Stayed here with some friends for my 35th birthday celebration and had the best time. The house had a perfect beach vibe and the view from the deck was breathtaking. Very conveniently located walking distance to ditch plains and short drive to town. Lou was also a very responsive and accommodating host during our stay when we needed anything.

Nicely equipped house, great deck, and in a quiet neighbourhood right next to Montauk. We all really enjoyed our stay. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at this property with our family and friends in July. The house is well located in a quiet part of Montauk with a five minute drive to downtown and a 15 minute walk to the Ditch Plains beach. The house has a nice large deck overlooking Montauk Lake with sunset views and a large lawn. Our check in process was easy and our host was very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location for a late summer getaway. Being able to walk to Ditch Plains was amazing. We loved the decor and cozy, spacious living and bedrooms. The view from the deck was also a dream. Highly recommend!
