Lovely boutique hotel with an in-house premium florist shop and a cozy café. Great location in the heart of old town - smooth check in - friendly staff who received me with a free complimentary drink - great value for money - got a free room upgrade- highly recommended.

Hyvä sijainti ja helppo liikkua kävellen. Saimme ilmaisen huonekorotuksen ja saamamme huone oli viihtyisä sekä tilava. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Majoituspaikkassa oli ihana tunnelma ja viihdyimme siellä hyvin.

Suihkun vesi oli ajoittain erikoisen hajuista.

I did one night here as I had an excursion early the morning. I ended up flying in later than expected and Pavida was gracious enough to offer an airport pickup. ( $800 baht which seemed reasonable) Late check-in went a little sideways as another guest had taken my room key by accident. Pavida was quick to respond even though it was late and got it all taken care of within the hour. The room was small but very tastefully decorated and CLEAN. Facilities were up to date and modern. A pretty good location. Within comfortable walking distance to the town center and nightlife, food etc. All in all good value for the money. Would definitely stay again next time in town.

Not sure if its a con, but it's inside, in the back of a flower shop. If you have allergies etc. this might not be the place for you as you have to walk through the flower shop to get to the rooms. Not a whole lot to complain about. Worked well for my 1 night stay.

La ubicación

El lugar está en remodelación, no debería estar abierto a el público, tal cual en la entrada dice cerrado y hay tablas tapando la fachada, lleno de polvo, el recibidor huele a agua estancada y en pésimas condiciones. El lugar te lo muestran que cuenta con alberca, pero ni es alberca y no es para todo el lugar, es exclusiva para una habitación.

Die Nähe zum Zentrum. Das Personal war grundsätzlich nett und hilfsbereit.

Obwohl wir pünktlich angereist sind, war niemand vor Ort anwesend, noch telefonisch zu erreichen. Das angepriesene Café war eine Baustelle und es roch sehr penetrant nach Farbe/Lösungsmittel. Die Bauarbeiten begannen entgegen der Information bereits um 8 Uhr morgens. Der Zugang zum Pool war versperrt. Im Zimmer kein Tageslicht und es roch nach Schimmel, vereinzelt schwarze Haare in der Dusche. Als wir uns einmal aussperrten, war auch niemand vor Ort. Erst durch mehrfaches Anrufen verschiedener Nummern, konnten wir endlich jemanden erreichen, der uns aufschloss.

Loved the vibe of this hotel- a mixture of traditional yet very cute and instagrammable. On our check-in day we were given a free upgrade which is always nice! The room was spacious and decorated tastefully with nice touches. We were able to leave our bags at the property after checking out until our flight which was a nice touch.

We did not realise the pool was not for communal use. This was a shame as we were excited to use it and felt it was not clearly sign-posted on the page, only in the questions section of booking.com. The café at the front of the property also only sells cold patisseries which are in a cabinet display, we were hoping to have breakfast there in the morning but found a great place elsewhere anyway which sold hot food. The location is also tricky- for some reason, there were two 'Isara Boutique Hotels' in Phuket on google maps and our taxi driver took us to the wrong one on arrival, the host was quick to respond and speak in Thai to our driver who was luckily understanding. Once arriving at the hotel we found we were given the wrong room key which could have ended badly since we arrived late at night! However, again, the host was quick to rectify the issue and wasn't too much of a big deal for us.

Service was great, as a small hotel you were always looked after. Coffee was great, as was the room.

The mattress was super hard. I like a firm mattress, but this was very hard.

Location is nice! A lot of restaurants and stores at the streets nearby.

The room is very small and the pictures are nicer than it’s in real life. The breakfast is Thai, we didn’t like and I think it would be easier for everyone if they offer a ocidental option of breakfast.

ac shuts once you remove the card which is fine but we tend to come to a very warm bedroom after being in the sun

A bit difficulties with the keys, but got a few beers for the time waiting, so it was all good at the end.
