A Very cosy, cute cottage. Jo went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. Decor was amazing and all the extra treats, wine, choc etc so appreciated.

we loved it here! Jo was so welcoming. The room is very comfy. Great shower. Nice garden to sit in. The breakfast food was great! Loved the fresh fruit. The pub next door was fun. We had two interesting evenings there. I had never seen hurling before and they were great to explain.

Jo and Jim were incredibly sweet and generous hosts. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like family. The amenities included in the room were above and beyond my expectations, and the sleep I got in that bed was marvelous. I liked being able to choose my own breakfast. Jo was kind enough to explain how the microwave egg cookers worked and it was fun to use those. Everything I needed and more was at my fingertips. I would love to have stayed longer. I hear Jo and Jim are wonderful singers/musicians as well, so I must return for that. :)

I liked everything, but here are some notes in case other people might find them useful: The shower is a little small, so a bigger or taller person might not feel comfortable in it. It's a short drive to Kilkenny town. If you don't like "live laugh love" signs, it won't be your vibe. This is such a wonderful place that any shortcomings are easily overlooked.

The accomadations were charming. Beautiful setting, lovely decorations. Jo was exceptionally hospitable and helpful with suggestions for traveling l, food and pubs. Definitely recommend.

What's not to like! Very cosy, warm, clean place, has a lot of character. The bed was so comfortable. Jim and Jo thought of everything. We were greated with a bottle of wine. They supplied us with breakfast food, eggs from their very chickens and an abundance of treats. Exceptional hospitality!! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

it's a bit out of the way but Jo was only to happy to give a lift into the town and pick us up when we called I asked was it available for the next weekend I enjoyed it so much

As this is a self contained apartment the fridge was stocked up with everything you could want even the fruit was washed and prepared. We stayed on one of the coldest night of the year the place was warm and cozy all night. Jo and hubbie two lovely people. And i love all the little touches around the apartment. Will be back.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Jo and Jim are fantastic hosts that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location was a quick drive from town and the apartment itself provided everything we needed and more. We truly can't say anything bad about our stay!

Everything!!! from the moment we arrived till we left it was such a perfect wonderful break away. warm welcome on arrival, lovely little touches, close to town centre, super comfy bed, very clean and tidy with all the amenities you could want. highly recommended!

Great location small touches around the apartment made it feel so homely

Our hosts went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and safe. They offered us a number of outstanding breakfast options every day, from fresh eggs from host's chickens and freshly made Irish bread, to many kinds of cereals, milk, yogurt and fresh fruit. We would come back to our room after a day's adventuring to wonderful pastries or apple pie. They checked in with us every day asking if we needed anything and were welcoming to us when we returned for the day. We had all the household items we needed from kitchen appliances to bathroom supplies. These hosts know how to make their guests welcome and feel taken care of. We hated to leave and would definitely stay at Graisin again when we are in Ireland again.

Everything that one would need was available at this property. Delicious and fresh produce every morning, we had a gorgeous healthy breakfast. Nice surprises left for us too! The hosts were extremely friendly and very helpful.

Jo and Jim are the most friendly, accommodating hosts and did everything to make our stay so memorable.

Small, cluttered and lacked space for us to put our things. The B & B did not provide a cooked breakfast. It included room in our room to prepare on our own

Everything was so charming. It was fully stocked way above and beyond our expectations. The hosts were so friendly and even drove us into town and then picked us up later. If we are ever in the area again we will stay there again without a doubt.

It is unfortunate that there is only one room. We would have liked to come back with friends.

Close to town, but far enough out to be peaceful. Lovely gardens.
