Détendez-vous sur l'immense véranda à quelques pas du lac Martin. Tranquille zone de Sandy Creek a l'équilibre parfait de l'activité contre la vie privée. Ski / tube, pêche juste à l'extérieur. La cour est plate et herbeuse, parfaite pour taper dans le ballon ou pour s’étendre. À l'intérieur, divertissez-vous avec divers jeux de société, livres et puzzles.
La maison a une rampe de mise à l'eau privée et un quai, donc pas besoin d'aller à un lancement public. Beaucoup de stationnement.
Avec la maison sont divers flotteurs pour la natation et deux kayaks pour les plus aventureux. Dans la buanderie, il y a des jeux de plein air - fers à cheval, jeux d'échelles, etc. Si vous apportez un animal de compagnie, il y a un lien solide mis en place si nécessaire.
Trois chambres, deux salles de bain maison avec un canapé-lit dans la tanière dort facilement 8. Grande chambre avec salon et salle à manger a une fenêtre donnant sur le lac. Cuisine entièrement équipée et buanderie. Mangez à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur des ventilateurs de plafond sur le porche blindé. Immense suite parentale avec coin salon et fabuleuse douche à l'italienne. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond. Dans le placard principal est un pack-n-play (pas de literie est fourni).
Wifi gratuit. Un câble Charter Select pour regarder le football - ou autre chose!
Il y a une Smart TV dans le salon avec le câble de base. Dans le salon principal, vous trouverez une autre Smart TV avec accès à vos comptes personnels Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first (but not last) trip to Lake Martin at this house....it had everything we wanted and more! This was a multi generational family get away to celebrate the end of the summer and multiple birthdays. The house was perfect--we absolutely loved the screened porch and the shed filled with kayaks, tubes, life jackets, everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and communication was timely and very easy. We loved the water hammock and floating dock! My son who turned 14 on this trip was ecstatic to be able to bring his dog, our yellow lab, on the trip with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Yard overgrown not cut, could not use the yard for yard games. The exterior of the house had several spider webs that could be easily cleaned or taken off and both front and rear porch needed to be cleaned. Access to the water was great, the deck was also great.

We absolutely loved how the house was just a few feet from the water! It had a boat ramp with dock making it super convenient for swimming, boats, and jet skiing.

Wonderful house. The yards were filled with beautifully filled with blooming flowers. Then the view from the screened porch was what you go on vacation for, relaxing. The morning were my favorite. The sunrise on the docks just sitting and giving thanks. The owner was easy to communicate with. She gave some helpful hints about the area. Would love to go back . This was just what I needed.

We loved how equipped the kitchen was for us to enjoy cooking while watching the Bowl Games. Also loved a sunset fire in the fire pit that was supplied with lots of wood too! So many little touches make this a great getaway house! We will be back! Happy New Year!

We loved this house - perfect for our family and a few friends. House was clean and had everything we needed. One-story house was great for older parents (there are stairs down off the back deck). Prior guests had left water toys out so they needed a little TLC, but otherwise we had a wonderful time and will stay again for sure!

The house was spacious for the 8 of us staying there. The front yard was great for yard games and the screened-in porch was perfect for hanging out in the evenings. A huge bonus was having our own boat ramp on property.

Our second annual Lake Martin family weekend was another great success. The house and its location are perfect for the 6 of us to meet and enjoy some time together. The owner has everything you need and it is only an added bonus that our fur babies get to go with us. They love swimming in the lake. Before the weekend was over we began to plan our next trip to this wonderful place.

This was our first time going to lake Martin and this property had it ALL. Great back porch views, easy quick access to nearby grocery, great location on the lake, all the amenities you could ever think of. Great property for families with young children due to easy access into the lake for swimming and floating. Kids caught a ton of fish off the dock. Bring a boat if you have one to go out to chimney rock and do some cliff jumping and to also take in all the great scenery this lake has to offer. My best vacation to date. Will make this place my annual family vacation for now on. Communication with host was great! Property was spotless!

One of the best properties at Lake Martin.
The kayak and paddle boat were really a great addition to a already very nice and cozy house. The back screened porch was very relaxing and the view of the lake was awesome. Very nice hostess, she communicated quickly and answered all our questions in very friendly way. The deck sitting area was also a nice touch. Even with the rain it was still a great weekend vacation here.

This was our 3rd time staying here. It is a great location. Not a lot of stairs u r right on the water with dock and boat ramp. Pam is great to work with also.

Perfect long weekend
This house was wonderful more than we could have ever asked for. The house and kitchen were well stocked, and the location was great. The property had everything we needed and more. The screened-in back porch overlooking the lake was our favorite place to hang out. Our family will is already trying to plan our next long weekend together at the lake. The Joneses were wonderful hosts and I am so thankful they allowed us to stay at their house. 10 out of 10 recommend this house!!!!
