The owner was a really nice and friendly guy. The flat was really nice, clean and simple. Great location! It is right on the beach and balcony has a beautiful sea view. Car park right under balcony. %100 satisfied. :)

The apartment was amassing and the hosts were great.

Unfortunately our apartment was adjacent to a fish store and their refrigerators were loud and making noise constantly. That made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

There is all needed! Very clean and comfortable! Excellent location just near the beach! I was happy with the choice to stay in this apartment! I will recommend it to my friends!

Nikos was very helpfull, provided answers to all our questions. Apartment just like in the pictures, very clean, we received complimentary coffee pods.

The owners of the apartments are very friendly and helpful. The property has everything we needed, even more. The beach is just a few steps from the building. The apartment is clean, has a nice balcony with sea view , very clean and fully equipped.

It is a bit noisy because it is situated on the main street.

Thanks to Nikos for the friendly welcome and hospitality. The apartment has an excellent location - only ten steps away from the sand. It's amazing to wake up in the morning and have the sea in front of you. Lovely terrace. All amenities for a comfortable stay - coffee maker, frappe, toast, microwave, fresch, washing machine, stove, fridge and two air conditioners. It was stocked with mineral water, coffee capsules and creamer. Excellent cleanliness and hygiene.

Causes beyond the control of our host, but unpleasant night noses from the freezer generators from the fish market next door.

This place offers everything you need. Sea view, internet, balcony, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, coffee machine with capsules, towels, tv channels ....The owner is nice and helpful. The location in the city is ok few meters walk from many restaurants and bars. Parking next to the entrance door.

everything was perfect nothing more to ask i didnt understand how to run btv but i dont care about tv and i didnt ask the owner in the summer it might be noisy because the apartment is on the main street of Nea Peramos

Everything is perfect! Parking space, nice view, good lacation, clean. Good friendly host!

The host is great, the facilities are spot on and most importantly the view is amazing. The beach is 10 meters away. This is the best place to stay whilst in Nea Peramos. Shops are close, restaurants as well. At this price point you cannot get a better deal.

Nothing was wrong, we got what we expected. It is a nice place to spend a couple of days :) The bed in the bedroom has a very soft mattress. Next door there is a fresh fish shop, which has some equipment that is a bit loud in the morning.

It was excellent , very clean ,comfortable , has all the facilities!
