This home is absolutely Beautiful. Our family and fur baby was well accommodated. Perfect location, ocean site, bike riding and so much more created an amazing vacation stay. Can’t wait to return next year.

The house or the property was not clean, we had to wait to get checked in they were supposedly cleaning, the house desperately needs a deep cleaning, the mattress we slept on was disgusting had stains all over it, the pool lights did not work so the kids couldn't swim at night. We rent a house 2-3 times a year for family vacation this house was very disappointing! Royal Destination did all they could and was very helpful. I would rent from the organization again but I would not rent this house.

There were 15 of us ages 8 to 72 and we all loved it The house was roomy and comfortable with plenty of space to gather together or places to have a little quiet time we had two people who had to work and they were able to easily do that the pool was great and we had everything we needed. The internet in the whole area sent out and royal destinations brought a hot spot so our crew could keep working. Their response was helpful and timely. We have stayed with royal Destinations for years now but this was our first time at this house. As always we were quite pleased and had a fabulous time

This vacation rental was the BEST! Wr had a group of 22 total (adults and kids). We had enough room to spread out and everyone had their privacy. The rooms had their own bathrooms which is a HUGE plus, you know how important this is with a HUGE group. Loved how close this was to the beach...HUGE plusWe had a very minor issue with our fridge not cooling. I wasn't going to mention it, but the company reached out to check on us, I casually mentioned it and they were over there in a spiff ❤️

Our Christmas ‘22 vacay was met with the coldest weather and snow all over the country but we made it to the property with no problems and it was exactly as pictured! We had amazing space for all 19 people. Each bedroom was furnished and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for our big family meal. The location is perfect, right between Destin and Panama City. The only downsides are the elevator stopped working a few times while there, the pipes froze on first night, and some of the lower bedroom sheets and blankets need replacing (stained) and dusting underneath beds. They were very responsive to the first 2 items and came very quickly to our “rescue.” We would definitely stay again

Very nice, but in need of some maintenance. Outside and out by the pool was pretty dirty. Lots of old stuff scattered around. I cleaned cigarette butts, dog poop, bottle caps, and trash out of the bushes when we got there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated Cierra's concierge services and friendliness, but did have some potentially significant issues: groceries delivered to wrong house, oven broken/non-functioning and unable to repair during our stay, and dirty, messy garage. Bikes that came with the house in various states of rideability. Addtl rental bikes non-functional and had to be replaced. On the plus side - the house beautifully accommodated our group of 15, large pool, easy walk to the beach and kitchen/dining/den on third floor a great gathering place. Photographer and eclat chefs for 2 nights (arranged by Cierra) - all wonderful.

Great location, plenty of space
The house had plenty of space for our group of 17 and was a super easy walk to the beach.
The rental agency was very communicative and addressed issues quickly, but we were disappointed with the number of details that hadn’t been attended to in the house. We found dirty bed covers upon arrival, pool lights that had burned out which made swimming in the evening difficult, kitchen lights that didn’t work, an outdoor shower that was a challenge to use because of a broken cord, a kitchen sink that wasn’t fixed all week, and no drying rack or dish towels. For the expense of this house, we felt that more attention should be paid to having everything in good working order.
There was no warning given about the pool alarm or instructions on how to operate it. It would be very helpful to have a physical manual for the home because the app doesn’t include all the pertinent info.

Buena Vista was a super place for a family reunion. It is spacious and close to beach. The Royal Destinations staff was prompt in taking care of any concerns that we had. We had a group of 6 adults and young people ranging in age from 22 months to 22 years and everyone was happy with the facilities.

Needs Some Tender Loving Care!
Don't get me wrong, our group was not too pretentious or snobbish to be able to handle it, but this property is overdue for a one week break from vacationers for a punch-list style run thru to update/fix little items here and there (fridge, oven, elevator, door sensors to pool area, one of the dryer's, wine fridge, etc...). The rental company was on top of all of the issues we found upon arrival that needed repaired mid-week, most notably the garage doors, both of which needed to be repaired and would not open/close properly.
A positive, the AC units work very well (although we were there in early spring so outside temps did not reach 80). The pool heater worked exceptionally well too.
Overall, our group enjoyed the property and would return at a slightly lower price if not updated, or would probably pay more if updated.
The location is prime as it is less than a block away from one of the most popular public beach entry points we have found and a short walk/bike ride to all the shopping and food you need.

We stayed at the Buena Vista property. Everything was great except the beds. The bed frames for both king beds in the master suites were broken and we had to sleep in other bed rooms. When I looked under one bed there was no support as the frame was broken and when I looked under the other bed there were no supports but the bed was sitting on concrete blocks. For what we paid we should have had nice beds. The legs on one of the beds in the double queen room were bent out and did not support well. Other than the beds and a few stains on the furniture it was a nice house.

It was blind luck, but the fact that it was right next to a beach access makes this property very appealing. It’s a huge beach, but there are very few beach access points. From this house, You could be on the beach within two or three minutes walking. There is a pool at the home, although it could have been cleaner. The temperature was perfect. Girls trip
The property is beautiful. But it needs some maintenance. The sinks on the 3rd floor BARELY drain. The entertainment center on the 1st floor the doors are hanging off, the kitchen is poorly equipped. The ceiling in the kitchen was repaired and painted but the paint doesn’t match. The microwave doesn’t open and close. We were told they don’t make the part to fix it so just pull it open and push it shut (then replace the microwave). I would not pay premium price during peak season!!!

Royal Destinations was easy to deal with. Overall, the house was nice. However, it should have been much better for the price. The pool needs to be cleaned more often. The location was great.

Nice house
The aesthetics of this home is very nice. The quality of the main spaces are in poor conditions. The furniture is nasty and we literally bought new everyday utensils for the kitchen to use while we stayed in the house. In the description of what the home provides was very overstated. We have stayed in homes that provided many more basic features so as nice as this home was I guess that was the unknown tradeoff. I did however expect the house to have far better cleaning standards than it did. The ware of the things that are used throughout the stay (furniture, utensils, coffee pots, cookware) all need to be replaced. Please get rid of the plastic utensils it lowers your millon dollars house value and they are just gross. The cleaning crew are not thoroughly cleaning that kitchen. Oh and the kitchen is on the third floor. This may be in the house details but it was not fun to experience grilling downstairs outside and walk it all back upstairs afterwards, not to mention all the things you bring with you.

Wonderful Home!
Our family of 10 stayed at this house for 6 days! And it was fabulous!! Home was bar far best rental we’ve ever had and the amenities were top-notch! Beautiful! Also the manager was so helpful and easy to work with. Any questions we had they were on it! We had a wonderful time!

Property location a few houses from beach access so getting to beach was very convenient. Accommodations well designed: Living room on 3rd floor with view of beach. House had a lookout above 3rd floor which provided a better view of surrounding area.
One bdrm had 3 sets of bunk beds with trundle beds so sleeping 9 in this room was possible. Other 6 bdrms had either 2 queens or king in each.
Pool and patio were much larger than expected, plenty of patio chairs to accommodate large group.
We were able to park 8 vehicles in garage/driveway without any problems.
Highly recommend this property for large groups...
Note: we had an AC issue ~8pm on Sunday night and mgmt had repairman at the house and AC operating again in ~90 minutes... Kudos to Royal Destinations mgmt on call!!!

7 Bdrm 7 Bath sleeps 26+
Stayed at Buena Vista properties for a family reunion and the place was fabulous. Property had an elevator which came in very handy when we arrived to bring all heavy items to the second and third floors.
Swimming Pool was much larger than we anticipated.
Property also had balconies on 2nd and 3rd floors along with a lookout tower above the 3rd floor. You were able to see the water from all balconies.
Access to the beach was only a few houses down the street...
Would highly recommend this property.
