Situé au cœur de Hillsdale, dans un immeuble datant de presque 200 ans et datant de la période de la Première Guerre mondiale, cet appartement est une fusion d'influences anciennes et nouvelles. Meublé avec des objets anciens, vintage et modernes, avec la lumière du Nord ruisselant à travers des fenêtres originales de 7 pieds, le sentiment est frais et joyeux.
Le 76 North est en face de l'hôtel de ville, à un demi-pâté de maisons des magasins, des restaurants, du centre-ville et de la piste cyclable, ainsi que du magnifique Stocks Park et à seulement cinq pâtés de maisons du Collège.
La caractéristique la plus remarquable de l'appartement est sa hauteur sous plafond et ses fenêtres de 7 pieds. Depuis cet appartement situé au deuxième étage, vous avez une vue imprenable sur la scène qui se déroule dans la rue.

Cute and comfortable spot. Very clean, which is not always the case when you rent a pet friendly place. It I ever have an occasion to visit Hillsdale again, I’ll definitely check for availability here first

This was an old home with character which my family likes. Hot time of year but the place had fans and window AC. I would suggest the owners turn the AC on before the guest arrives. Location to town was great. People outside the north part of the building, probably long term renters a little sketchy, made us a little nervous. Ended up ok.
No communication with owner after booking site. I had to email to ask how to get in.
After checking in though,
Owner was very easy to get ahold of and helpful.

My spouse and I enjoyed our stay in this historic house. Sure, it's an old house and shows those signs, but we were expecting that and not looking for something immaculate. The apartment was clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable, and the location in downtown Hillsdale was perfect for us. Nancy communicated well prior to our stay, and we had no reason to contact her during our time at the apartment.
We would definitely stay here again.

It is a cute little apartment on the 2nd floor. We did not use the kitchen to cook, but just spend 4 nights while we stayed busy for the graduation and visiting friends. The location was perfect as we could walk to the church and all things in downtown and to campus. There is a long straight staircase to go upstairs and each steps a bit narrower than nowadays standard. So be aware but I think it’s a building built in 1800’s. I just appreciated the space it offered. Maybe if there were less pillows in the room, it might have been easier to find the place set our bags etc but it’s a very minor thing I noticed (since space is limited somewhat). We enjoyed staying in the apartment!

Our daughter had a college visit set up at Hillsdale College and we needed a place to stay. The location of this property was very close to campus. There was off street parking as well. The property itself was cozy and the perfect amount of room for my wife, daughter, and I. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great value, convenient location, spacious set up. Would stay again. Just a few FYIs - steep stairs to get up/in, Hillsdale's downtown is a bit tricky to navigate and my GPS was laggy so it took two passes to find it, and the daybed is not the most comfortable for sleeping on, but compared to other in town hotel chains that might not be as clean, or staying way out in Coldwater, this was a find!

The parking could not have been more convenient, and we were able to park right in front of the front door. A steep set of stairs with a sturdy handrail brought us up to the unit. The selling point for us when booking this property was that it is pet friendly. You never know what you will get with that, but we were pleasantly surprised. There were no stains or smells, and our dog was not at all stressed. The host had thoughtfully provided bottled water, and some light snacks, which were greatly appreciated, after a day of travel. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We would happily stay here again!

It was a very quaint apartment. It was decorated nicely and the hostess added several things like coffee pods and donuts to make the stay extra special. The street lights were a bit bright through the windows and there was traffic noise but we enjoyed having a nice place to stay near the college and would book again.

Quick stop over night as we drove from home to visit family up North. Cozy and enough room for wife myself and dog. Off street parking and walking distances to diner or supper.
Only negative is the steep stairs and maybe a more functional couch. Over-all i would say its a perfect little apt. to stay in Hillsdale for a stop.

This is the second time we’ve rented with Nancy’s units. It’s SO clean, neat antiques in the rooms, easy check-in and communication! The unit is very close to many downtown attractions and the college. Thank you Nancy, great job!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The apartment was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Being an old building, it was pleasantly quiet. We never heard the other tenants. We had our 2 dogs with us and they were very comfortable in the apartment and was nice that Stocks Park is so close! Look forward to another stay in the future!

Great Hillsdale College option!
We stayed here for parents weekend and really appreciated the location, ease of getting to the property, having our own kitchen, etc. The house is older and has some cute/quirky characteristics, but this was a much better option for us than a hotel. We will definitely stay here again!
