One of the many things we loved about staying at this property was the photos all accurately depicted the property. We had great communication with the property manager and very quick response time on all of our questions. Situated in a lovely residential neighborhood with close proximity to shopping, dining and hiking. We will definitely try to book for our next stay!

The property was one of the best stocked and prepared rental property we’ve stayed at. From linens to kitchen supplies to hand soap in all the bathrooms, everything you needed was there and in it’s logical place. We appreciated the detail in the checkout instructions and that it was very simple and logical requirements. The location was perfect for our family as well. We spent 4 mornings at Zion and the drive in was beautiful. We enjoyed not being in the craziness that Springdale can be and being able to explore other things like the Dinosaur Farm and Sand Hollow State Park. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay! Townhome and community were fabulous! Pools were heated.
Internet wasn’t so great at night when the entire community is using it. But tv stuff streamed week at night. Highly recommend. Will stay there again!

We stayed during Spring Break and this place was perfect for our family of 5. Accurate description and our kids loved the heated pools and hot tubs. The basketball goal and arcade game were fun too. Thanks for making our trip to see Zion National Park a memorable one!

Enjoyed our visit
The townhome is very nicely furnished and comfortable. Perfect size for 6-8 adults. Good location Easy distance from shopping and site seeing. Only issue was the soap containers in all the restrooms and kitchen had been watered down and the sanitized wipes container was empty. However everything else in the townhome was great.

Sparklingly clean spacious fun townhouse
Our family of 5 had so much fun at this townhouse that boasts a games, videos and TVs in nearly all rooms. The two pools and hot tubs were so much fun after a day of paddle boarding, hiking in Zion, driving side by sides, swimming, and jet skiing. Sand Hollow Reservoir and Quail Quail Creek are very close to the townhouse and provide a beautiful location for water sports. I would highly recommend this location.

A great location for visiting national parks
The property was nice - comfortable, clean, quiet. It had all the comforts of home. The pools and hot tubs were an added bonus. We had a truly lovely stay.

Soccer and Fun
We came down for a tournament but needed a pool of course. The house was great; clean and comfortable. We liked the neighborhood and the pool was awesome. It was simple to find with the instructions and close to sand hollow and St. George. We plan on coming to stay again sooner than later.

Overall nice place to stay. It was comfortable, and quiet during our stay.
Property met our expectations, check in was easy and the codes worked properly. Brandy, our host was an absolute gem to work with, she responded very quickly to any questions or concerns that I had. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener for the garage door, kind of a hassle having to get in and out of the car to close and open it. Overall, everyhting was fine!

Fabulous!
We loved our stay! The unit was so comfortable, clean and allowed us plenty of space to enjoy our vacation. The pools in the community are so fun for young kids. There are two pools, each of which have big areas that are 1.5 feet deep. Our kids loved swimming here so much! We'll be back.

Fantastic home away from home in southern Utah!
This place is as good as advertised -- once you've decided on location (southern Utah area near or around St. George / Hurricane), and you're good on price, this is a no-brainer. This was a great place to come back to at the end of each day after "doing Utah". There were four of us (two adults, two teenagers) -- the space to move around and just relax was wonderful. The kids actually looked forward to coming back to the house each day after a long day of hiking or doing whatever.
Sand Hollow State Park is a short 5-10 min drive, and is a great place to just relax and go swimming (or cliff jumping!), or rent an OHV or jet skis (we did both).
Absolutely recommend this place -- it's as simple as that.

The property was every bit as nice as our own home. Just right for our family of four.
We visited Utah for a week during our spring break. We are a family of four from the suburbs of Atlanta. We rented this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bath, condo/townhome for the week to serve as our home base while we visited Zion National Park, Kolob Canyons, and Bryce Canyon National Park. We loved the house and the neighborhood. It was reasonably close to the parks and very close to St. George which has all the restaurants and shopping that we would normally need.
The only downside was that, because it was Spring Break, the pools and hot tubs were absolutely packed.
The highlight of our visit was our half day tour with ATV Adventures at Sand Hollow State Park. We explored the desert and played in the sand. It was a blast.
We would absolutely stay here again if visiting the area.

Perfect!
This place was perfect! So fun for kids. Comfy beds. It literally has EVERYTHING! We were so comfortable and are already talking about when we come back!! The only thing we wished was a little better parking for more vehicles and razors. But it wasn’t bad! Thank you!!

Great place and welcoming home away from home
This little place felt huge! plenty of space for kids to play during weather. Tile floors made for easy clean up and no worry about messes. Close to all the places you would want to go to in the area. Great pool and quiet neighborhood. Parking is a little tight but there is plenty of overflow quest parking within walking distance. Would stay again for sure.

House is roomy! Pool was fun. They had pool towels which was great. We slept 6 adults and 3 kids comfortably and could have fit s few more!

Loved it!
This rental was great! Very clean and decorated beautifully! Great for couples or families. Lots of space and a great price. We also used the pool and hot tub and was really happy with it;) It was easy to check in and out and Brandy was great to work with. We will for sure be going back to this rental!

PERFECT Location and very comfortable!!
This townhouse is PERFECT!!! We had 6 people in our group and we had plenty of space for all. Its stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. It located close to Zion Park and sits right on Coral Canyon golf course. We will definitely return and would recommend it to friends and family!

Clean and Spacious
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The space was clean and inviting with lots of great amenities. They even left a bag of delicious apples as a welcome and mints on all the pillows! The carpet is plush and the kitchen was well stocked. The nearby amenities were fun for the whole family (fishing pond, two pools, two hot tubs, Foosball, and ping pong). It's also a quick drive to Zions and not too far from other St. George attractions. I would stay here again on any future trips to the area!
