The location was amazing, across the road from the Olympic Village with great shopping, restaurants and cultural gems. Place was great but I had great sleeps every night with a great bed and pillows, which can be hit and miss when you travel.

Condo was close to mountain. Shuttle was a breeze. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Never took my car out of garage once I arrived. Hot tub appreciated. Staff did a great job shoveling. Quiet too. Did not hear any parties or loud music

Place was nice. 2 Staircases with only bathroom on top floor. No soap or any other bathroom/shower essentials. Parking was very tight. Hot tub was nice.

Great location for us. A short walk for groceries and restaurants. Great access to biking and hiking trails.Our unit was clean and suited our needs.More of an effort towards routine maintenance. Our toilet bowl was cracked, the shower enclosure needs to be recaulked and the shower on/off handle was very loose. The heater cover at the entrance had a 2” hole burned into it.

Second time staying at this property this year, and we'll be back. Great location, across the streat from the supermarket and shutlle to the slopes. Fully equipped with everything you might need. And to top it all, a private hot-tub, off the bedroom balcony.

Great place and convenient location to everything. The hot tub was really nice and great way to relax after a long day on the slopes. The only negative I have about the place is the heating system is so outdated and hard to control. We would turn heat up and walk in blazing hot and turn it down and would turn extremely cold.

My wife and I had a great nine-night stay in February. The property is exactly as described and in photos. The location is great, across the street from the local free shuttle to the slopes, as well as from the main super-market. The private hot-tub in the evenings was perfect. Just booked a second trip for March.

It was amazing I quite regularly rent from glaciers reach and will continue to do so I love the quick easy keyless entry and private hot tubs. Only down fall was that the jacuzzi tub wasn't working properly

We had a 3 night stay in Glaciers Reach. The accommodation was larger than expected and very comfortable. It was in a great location, less than 5 minutes walk to Whistler Town Centre and all its shops and restaurants.Secure parking was available within the complex. The owner, Trevor, provided clear emailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation and a door code for access.The accommodation was up stairs but was accessible. The bed was comfortable as was the sofa. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Even a selection of books by the bedside. The hot tub was large and very welcome.There was a washing machine and tumble drier which would be very useful for a longer stay.I would definitely recommend Glaciers Reach as your accommodation in Whistler.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the unit was very clean. Nice and very clean hot tub. Due to its northern view and abundance of trees, a bit dark. The kitchen is well equipped. Check- in was seamless. The bed was good as well.

Great location but a bit noisy
Excellent property! Clean, well maintained, well equipped, and close to everything you'd ever want. We easily walked to several stores and restaurants. Free and convenient parking is a massive plus although the spaces are a little small even for a normal sized car. (There is alternative parking for large vehicles.)
Maybe I didn't look close enough but I didn't realize the condo was 3 stories and you had to walk up stairs just to get to the main floor. You walk in the door and are immediate greeted by a steep staircase. There's a good mud room area at the entry but other than that, you have to walk up stairs. Living room and kitchen are on one floor. Bedroom, bath, laundry, and the hot tub are on another floor.
Two balconies are very nice to have. They are private and surrounded by trees. So no view but you do have privacy. The hot tub is very nice esp after a long day of hiking! It was clean and great working condition. Both floors have thick blackout curtains for the long summer daylight.
Only downside is the noise. We constantly heard noises from the other units. We could hear people walking around and their cooking smells drifted in. Fortunately, we didn't have any noisy party neighbors so it was only noticed during the day and didn't disturb our sleep. We could also hear noise drifting in from around the town.
We really did enjoy our stay and I'd return to the same condo. Even if the noise became an issue there's a security number given. Just be warned of the stairs in case you're mobility impaired.

Great location and space
Very clean and as expected, although the hot tub wasn’t hot when we went to use it. While this was disappointing because we chose this condo specifically for the hot tub, hopefully not the norm.
