We enjoyed our stay especially as it was an exceptionally scenic and quiet spot. The facilities were very good. The welcome gifts were thoughtful & kind. Thanks.
A slight problem with the main shower. There was another shower room which was in good working order. The host was helpful in acknowledging it & said she'd chase it up with the electrician.

location was lovely and where we wanted to be
the outside area was round the back of the property and could have done with some easy sun chairs it was just a small bench and table and it was lovely weather and would have liked to have meals outside but not easy to get from the kitchen to the back

Loved this little cottage, perfect place to stay while we surfed and explored. It was so clean and the wine and biscuits were delicious and a lovely touch. 👍💫
Sadly the mattress is far too soft for me but everything else was ideal.
Oh there was a massive ants nest out the back by the table. Once they were disturbed they were everywhere.

Had everything we needed, stayed in a lot of places, this lacked for nothing. Very peaceful, excellently equipped, handy location - away from the busy areas but easy to get to beaches. Will definitely stay again

Location of the property and views were perfect. It was clean, well equipped and really good space. Very thoughtful and responsive hosts. Ideas book by guests was an amazing idea for things to do local. .

As staying for 2 weeks and £25 added for cleaning, thought after 1 week bedding and towels would be changed. I did my own towels in the washing machine but it took a while to dry them.

Perfect location for our needs. Parking outside and a small garden at the back. A bedroom downstairs with ensuite shower having a body dryer. Full disable facilities in this ensuite. There is a 2nd smaller shower room also on the lower floor.
Upstairs, which is accessd by either a disabled lift or stairs, has a very.spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area. All catered for to a high standard with electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
All posts pans knives forks are provided as well as all plates saucers mugs etc.
There is also a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, sandwich toaster, percolator. Very kindly we were given a bottle of wine, biscuits and milk.
As a bonus the settee concerts to a very comfy double bed.
The views from thus room ar very relaxing an tranquil.
The Cherrington Arns proved a good location for a meal but your may prefer to reserve a table. The local cafe in the church at the end of the road was nice. Many places for walking and watching the clouds on nearby beaches!

This converted barn is absolutely amazing. Great facilities and location is beautiful. The hosts were very helpful and even left a bottle of wine, biscuits and milk for us. I can't fault this place. Would definitely come here again 😊😊😊
