Steps to the beach, heated pool with guest house and courtyard
Cette ferme rustique spacieuse avec des plafonds voûtés a un plan d'étage ouvert, idéal pour se divertir. Grande cour clôturée avec barbecue et gazebo couvert. Le 2ème étage dispose d'une chambre principale et une 2ème chambre et zone de flex donnant sur la grande salle en bas des escaliers et une salle de bains principale avec jacuzzi baignoire d'angle, douche et toilettes séparées pour les deux chambres à l'étage. La troisième chambre est en bas de la grande salle avec une salle de bain complète dans le couloir. Il y a une salle de soleil bonus de la cuisine qui est un grand salon, salle de jeux ou peut être une 4ème chambre pour les 7ème et 8ème invités en utilisant le canapé lit gigogne et en fermant les portes françaises avec stores pleine intimité. Grande cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable. La maison est à environ 250 pieds de la plage et l'accès à la piscine locale club et resort est disponible. Une nouvelle digue et des escaliers sont en cours de construction pour un accès facile et sûr à l'océan, à la suite du dernier ouragan. Trois pâtés de maisons à l'ouest jusqu'à la fin de la route, vous pouvez capturer des couchers de soleil sur la voie navigable intracoastal. Profitez des restaurants à l'avant de l'eau dans le quartier sur la rivière et l'océan. Tante Kate's Cap sur l'eau, le récif, et les plages de Vilano sont nos préférés à quelques pâtés de maisons. Notre maison est un saut hop et un saut au centre-ville historique de Saint-Augustin, à seulement 5 minutes de tous les sites et attractions touristiques. Il y a une épicerie Publix 2 miles au sud sur l'île pour stocker la maison avec tous vos besoins.

House is gorgeous and the in-law suite was absolutely perfect especially since my parents came! They had their own peace and quiet when they wanted to turn in early. You can't get a better location as there is a trail to the side of the property to get to the beach across the street! Best of both worlds -pool and beach-exactly what we wanted! Great outdoor space for grilling and hanging out. Best sleep of our lives! Mattresses were super comfortable. The only thing I would change (for us personally) is having the pull out couch in the house instead of the in law suite. In law suite should just be for 2 people in my opinion. My son had to sleep on the couch because we ran out of beds in the house...overall should we come back with everyone we will be booking this house again! Little more than we usually would spend for a place but we all had a great time! Owners were amazing when we had to reach them and answered us immediately.

This was our first experience traveling with three generations. The house was perfect for our needs. The separate apartment gave each family personal space for the week. The kitchen was nicely appointed. Beds were comfy. The pool was great - loved the large "shelf" areas for little ones to swim and play without getting in over their heads. The shed contained so many pool toys and beach items to make our time at both places enjoyable. The very short walk to the beach was fantastic as we could run little ones back to the bathroom in no time! Nice, quiet neighborhood and beach.

This house met all our needs for our family that ranged in age 1-18 for kids! Easy access to the beach and getting to town. Very relaxing, we enjoyed our stay!

Just as advertised! Beautiful house with all the amenities. In-law suite was perfect for our grads. The outside pool area was relaxing. Wi definitely stay again next trip to St. Augustine.

This was my first experience with renting a property through VRBO. This property provided a wonderful home away from home for our entire family. Our hosts provided a very clean and well supplied home. Grandparents, adult children and grandkids all enjoyed the heated pool everyday. We utilized the beach toys and chairs, the child’s infant high hair, portable crib and safety gates. The ease of walking to the beach and also walking to beautiful sunsets and nearby happy hours were definite positives. I can not say enough about how awesome this property is and we hope to return in the future! Thank you to Jess and Jody for your attention to details and for providing such a clean and welcoming home.

We had a great stay at his property and would go back in a heartbeat. The house and hosts made everything so convenient, even the quick hassle free walk to the beach! We brought some extended family who loved using the guest house. Weather was great and the pool was just right. Thank you!

We enjoyed time in this comfortable and well-equipped home during our son's wedding weekend. Beautiful inside and out with plenty of space to get comfortable, flexible bedroom options, and a heated pool for relaxing (even in January). The host was super responsive and the home lived up to the photos. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the St. Augustine area!

We’ve stayed at many Vrbo & air B&B houses & this was one of the BEST. Spotless, all the necessities thoughtfully provided (soap, detergent, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, even a baby gate for the stairs & a safety net around the pool…) Our group was me, my husband, our 20’s daughters, 2 year old grandson, & my in-laws including my wheelchair-bound father in law.Everything was perfect for every age group. The pool was great & my grandson loved the beach toys. The decor was beautiful, the bedrooms were so comfortable, the bathrooms were luxurious…. We never got to use the guesthouse but if we had had one more couple that would have been perfect. We only had a few days in St Augustine this time but, as it’s one of our favorite getaways, we hope to stay here next time we come down!

Such a a great mini vacation and celebration of my 50th birthday. Comfortable beds and linens. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. The walk to the beach was delightful, although if bringing a lot of gear I would suggest driving to a public parking spot as it could get tiresome for some people. Great pool and although we didn’t cook much there were plenty of pots and pans and spices to whip up some meals. Kitchen was fully stocked. The cottage out back was a nice respite from the main house. We all had a great time and felt very much at home away from home. The host Jodi was available immediately if I had any questions at all. 5 stars. Can’t wait to go back again! Thank you for having us.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. The house was beautiful as well as the mother in law suite. We had two families so this was a perfect bonus! The pool and outdoor sitting area was perfect to hang out and barbecue while the kids played in the pool.
I was initially hesitant about being across the street from the beach with kids, but so glad I didn’t let that deter me. The walk through the pathway right by the house was super easy and was not an issue at all.
I can tell that the owners have put thought into the little things as well. All of the extras are noticed and appreciated. Definitely recommend!!

We stayed here for my son's spring break trip (6 of us). I knew from viewing the fabulous reviews online that this home was going to be beautiful but I must say, this property far exceeded my expectations (and I'm pretty picky) lol ! This home provides anything and everything you could ask for. The sheets, linens, towels are so nice and smell so fresh too. The home was extremely clean...actually spotless. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals , the outdoor shed has several nice beach chairs , boogie boards , floats, so many beach towels. Basically, we dropped our bags when we arrived and had everything we needed to have an amazing trip ! The beach across the street is just a quick walk away and it's quiet and gorgeous. The pool was always crystal clear and refreshing. I will share this gem of a home with all my friends / family when looking for a trip to FL and I can't wait to come back. Thank you for the top notch hospitality !

Thank you for a wonderful time in this lovely home. It was beautiful and comfortable for four ladies, friends from college (in the '70s), to have a mini reunion. We enjoyed touring St Augustine, time at the beach, a brief side trip to Jacksonville, and hanging out at the house. Coming from winter in Minnesota, Illinois, and Colorado we spent hours in the awesome heated pool. Publix was super handy for picking up a few groceries. We also enjoyed eating out at several restaurants including Beaches, Fish Camp, and Raintree. The owners were very quick to answer our questions. As we are not very techy we could have used a manual on how to use the TV and all the remotes. We had a great time and would love to come back again.

The house was great. We swam in the heated pool in late December. The upstairs bath is amazing. Plenty of room to spread out. Very clean and well decorated. House had everything we needed including extra blankets and kitchen stuff. Owner was very nice. Beach is easy, quick walk.

A lovely home in an excellent location. A very short walk to the beach, wonderful heated pool and a quick drive into St. Augustine. The house is well stocked with paper products, including detergents for washer and dishwasher and bathroom soap. The pool and yard were great for a stay-at-home day. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of room and privacy for four adults. Close to groceries and shopping, we couldn't have asked for a better base location to explore the area.

The house was absolutely beautiful. The pool was perfect after long days sightseeing or at the beach. Amazing location, beach access was very convenient and only a few minutes to downtown St Augustine. The owners were kind and fast to reply to my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was very comfortable and a short walk across the street to Vilano Beach. We considered a few of their other properties and this property ended up being perfect for us. The house has been updated since these pictures were taken and has a very serene vibe. The kids loved lounging on the comfortable couches after a hot day of exploring St. Augustine. They swam pretty much everyday, since the pool was the perfect temperature. The beds were comfy, the kitchen table was big enough for all of us, and we were able to relax. The distance to downtown St. Augustine was about 10-15 minutes, there is a Publix 5 minutes away, and the beach across the street made the location very convenient while being in a quieter part of town. This house is perfect for families.

We had a wonderful stay in Vilano Beach!
The house is beautiful! It's very nicely decorated, coastal, not overly beachy. Everything we needed was there, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools (pots, pans, blender, coffee pot, etc) The owners are very quick to respond to messages and very helpful. There is storage in the backyard with beach items, which we didn't use, but is very nice to have on hand. We especially appreciated the pool! It was just right for us to cool off in, particularly for those in our party who don't appreciate the beach.

Adorable house by private beach
We pulled into the cutest, quiet neighborhood to a great little house. The house was clean and adorable. It had all the necessities in the rooms and kitchen. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the short driving distance to attractions and restaurants. The beach was the best part though! It's just across the road, barely a minute's walk. Since it has no car access, it was wonderfully quiet and made for the perfect beach vacation spot! All in all, we enjoyed our stay!!

Our family really enjoyed this property for our vacation. The house was clean and so nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and outdoor space was great and the kids loved it. Just a short walk across to the beach through a beautiful little tropical oasis. I would definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved staying at this property! We stayed with our 5 kids and my in laws and it fit us all perfectly. It was clean, provided everything we needed, we loved being in the outside area and having the ability to walk to both the beach and ICW. Sand toys, chairs, beach cart are all provided which was a wonderful bonus. Thank you for providing us the space to make wonderful family memories!

Great family house!
Great for families. We were from 19 month old to 86 years old. Grateful for accommodations for baby; high chair, play pen, pool fenced, baby gates, sun room/playroom. Our first vacation with grandson.
