Breakfast was good and overall facilities were ok.

I had a handicap accessible room. Bed was too tall to get into without a lot of difficulty. Could have used some type of easy chair to sit in. Why are the handicapp accessible rooms so far from the elevators? I have mobility issues but try to manuvere on my own without walker, etc. It was a very long walk from elevator to room. Also, my 14 year old grandson was injured while in pool. The ladder was loose and his foot was injured by the bolt and his knee was twisted. He has been to doctor once and is returning today to check out his ACL injury. I told the front clerk who did nothing but give us a bandaid after I insisted some assistance.

Great dog walking area. The town loves dogs.

The parking isn't great if you have a uhaul trailer and come in late. I got there early, but after 7 I would have been screwed.

The breakfast was great, the room was very spacious and cleaner than other holiday inns

The hot tub looked like it could use a clean and the jets are insane.

The beds and the continental breakfast are the best.

The night clerk was out side and when she came in she was still talking or playing with snap chat on her phone as she was checking us in. Not very professional in our opinion. She was nice, but when we needed to ask where we could get ice, we had to go outside to find her again, due to the ice machines were all not working except on the 4th floor.

The room and everything was very clean and comfortable. Great hotel with lots of space.

Check in did take awhile and wish there were a few more options at breakfast. Not much I didn’t like.
